My boss wanted to order pizza for the squad and knew that I was vegan. She wasn't sure if I would be able to eat anything from here. I wasn't sure either but according to VeggL, all the crusts are vegan along with the sauce. I told my boss that I can have any veggie pizza without cheese. She ended up ordering a pizza with spinach and banana peppers, no cheese. I have to say, it really surprised me. I didn't think I would be impressed but I actually really enjoyed it. It's hard to find good vegan pizza...this would be a good go to place in case I feel like having pizza on a spur of the moment. It satisfies the pizza craving for sure. read more

Very disappointed with my experience at Marco's Pizza on Novat Street. The pizza was extremely over-salted to the point it was barely edible. I contacted the store hoping they would make it right, but the staff simply said there was nothing they were willing to do and told me to contact Uber Eats for a refund instead of taking any responsibility. Customer service was just as bad as the food. Mistakes happen, but refusing to help or even show concern is unacceptable. I expected much better service and professionalism. Definitely not ordering from this location again read more

"Disappointed Twice: Marco's Pizza Needs to Step Up" I was excited to order from Marco's Pizza after having great experiences at their Henderson, NV location, so I was pleased to find one close by after moving here a year ago. I placed a pickup order for two pizzas on special--one pepperoni, one mushroom. When I got home, I found the mushroom pizza was topped with canned mushrooms, which had a wet texture that left the pizza soggy. The pepperoni pizza, unfortunately, was also bland and disappointing. I called the store to share my concerns and was told I would receive a credit for two pizzas. At the time, I appreciated the gesture even though this location had consistently let me down. However, when I called recently to use my credits, the person who answered had no record of it and only offered five dollars off my next order. After repeated disappointments, I can't recommend this Marco's location and won't be returning. read more

Ordered a cheese pizza with pineapple . We had it delivered . The pizza was cold and everyone who ate the pizza went straight to the bathroom . Something made us sick with diarrhea. I will not go back to this location again. Didn't bother to let the Manager know. I just will not eat at the Novat location again ! read more

Ordered a xtra large pizza and a small pizza. Small pizza I tapped on pepperoni pizza thinking it was the normal one. Turns out it was the very spicy one. Call and only asked to exchange the small pizza and was told they couldn't. I order at Marco's around town a lot. I've ordered the cauliflower garden pizza on several occasions and it's always cold, bland and somewhat tasteless.

The food is always super fantastic never a complaint! The only issue at this location is when paying cash the cashier either can't do simple math or wanted to tip herself a little extra. Not complaining but make sure you do your due diligence and count your change before you leave! read more

I work in my car. During slow times, I stop at random places. Now with COVID-19, it makes having food breaks challenging. I decided I would stop for some pizza. They sell slices of pizza for their lunch special. I was 3 minutes past their lunch special time. I was forced to buy an entire pizza which was a bit upsetting. I felt the service could have been better too. The guy taking my order wasn't very friendly. I ordered my pizza and waited outside for them to make it. I waited 15 minutes, and saw people who arrived after me leaving before. Considering they took my phone number, a simple phone call would have been nice to know my food is ready. On a brighter note, the pizza was warm and tasted good. However, it was nothing outstanding. The price was fair, so that's why they get 4 Stars. I'll try Marcos again, but not this location. With a Capriotti's next door, I would expect better service. read more

Always great, consistently solid customer service. The pizzas aroma is enticing and a challenge to not crack open the box on the way home.

I found hair inside my pizza. I didn't want to write this review, but when I went back to return the pizza, they called me a liar and I had to argue with them about 20 minutes to return my money. Also, they had at least 3 people inside the kitchen without any kind of hair covering which is unacceptable. read more

We get this pizza delivered all the time and it is always amazing! Every time we get it, I always know that it will be a cheat meal of epic proportions, because I literally can't stop eating it! We usually get the deep dish crust, and it's soft with a slightly crisp and chewy outer crust. The cheese, the toppings, everything is top notch! Whenever I remember to post pics on IG, my inbox blows up with people asking where this pizza comes from! The prices won't hurt your pockets, either. Ordered pizza and wings. Received pizza and brownie. They offered to bring the wings out in about 10 minutes but the pizza was already just lukewarm and I indicated that we preferred to get the entire order remade since we like to eat wings WITH the pizza and didn't want to let the pizza get even more cold while waiting in the wings to arrive. The self-described shift lead was very argumentative and refused to consider my request. I asked for someone else and he put a woman on the phone who said she was what sounds like a manager. She also refused to consider my request, so I asked that they cancel and refund the entire order and come pick it up. She said she was doing the cancellation/refund but didn't want to pick up the incorrect order. So we're eating lukewarm pizza and no wings. We order from this store a few times per month and usually have a good experience. I can't believe how argumentative and disrespectful they were for such a regular customer. read more

I order from Marco's on Novat St. because I liked the pizza and the wings. Food quality and service has been sliding over the last several months. Tonight was the last straw. Ordered on the app as usual... all good. Received the usual messages. Constucting pizza, then nine minutes later it is on the way. WTH, suddenly I receive a text that my dasher will be delivering my pizza shortly when he arrives at the store. How can it be on the way when the driver hasn't arrived to the store to pick my food. Next message says my delivery arrival time will be 35 minutes away since my delivery instructions were not available. Suddenly, it all made sense. Marco's is now using Door Dash for deliveries. Tonight Marco's had lost a customer. 1) I have never used Door Dash and will never use Door Dash. 2) The wings were mostly little pieces, smaller than half of my little finger. 3) Crust was RAW since it only cooked for nine minutes. After contacting the store they tell me to bring the remaining pizza back to the store. It seems they have this problem often. I am done never to order from here again. read more

This was my first time having Marco's pizza. I very much enjoyed it! I was able to order it on my phone through Yelp, and go and pick it up. The process was very smooth and my order was ready within two minutes of me getting to the restaurant. They're taking good precautions for Covid. All of the employees were in masks. And I felt very safe. There was limited dining room space available. Only one or two tables, because it's a small space. I got a thin crust pizza, and chose my own toppings . I thought it was very good! It was crispy and delicious, as I got it right out of the oven it was hot and delicious. Marcos is a great place to get some good pie quickly if you're in the mood. This is a newer location, and it sits behind the Capriotti's which you can see from the street. You might have to look for it, but it's worth the search. I will definitely be going back to Marcos in the future, as I was very pleased with their pizza. read more

Great service and delicious pizza! Never been disappointed. I live close by so I've ordered quite a few times.

Lets state one thing for the record. Marcos is my favorite carryout pizza place in the area. The old fashioned pepperoni and crust options (thin, pan, lite) complete with Parmesan or Romano cheese (your choice) is just beyond perfect! Their curbside system is very efficient . Only once have I observed my food sitting under the lamp due to some confusion. It's easy to tell when your the car curbside and their is only one order waiting for pickup ahem. The real issue is the salad/ordering system. The ticket did not reflect all of the toppings I ordered online. Though my receipt and confirmation email did. I completed the Marcos survey but never received any follow up regarding the missing chicken.. ^filing a missing person er topping report.. goes by the name "salad chicken" .. last seen, online.. not on salad.. read more

Not for me. TlMarcis uses a stinky kind of cheese in their cheese blend on all their pizzas. It's the kind that smells like toe jam. That essence gets into the grease of the pizza and gets all over everything you touch..ok so don't touch stuff? Well I washed my hands 4 times and the smell is still there. F no. The toppings were burnt, but that can happen every now and then with any pizza place. The staff seemed really nice. I won't ever be going to Marco's ever again. F stinky cheese. read more

We ordered a large pizza with pepperoni. Plain crust. Nothing fancy. We could have had the crust topped with garlic butter or Parmesan. This pizza was pretty bland. I think it was 18.99 for the pie. Definitely not worth it. We had grub hub or door dash deliver it. One of them. With that service the pizza came to nearly $30.00. And it arrived kinda warmish. Which is to say almost cold. If I'm paying that much for pizza I want to be able to say it's really good and I'd get it again rather than thinking well-yup it's a pizza, really unspecial pizza. And the crust was thick on some slices and thin on others. The slices were cut all wonky so some were super skinny and others were bigger. It was cut by a blind man who had never used a pizza cutter before I swear. Not gonna order from here again. read more

We stopped by here last night as we were craving pizza and this was on the way. Marco's is a pizza franchise that has been around for decades. They close at 11 pm. Located next to Carpriotti's. There are some tables and the place is clean. They have good amount of menu options, a bit of variety with sides, subs, salads, and desserts. We ordered the Deluxe pizza, which is their most popular and has pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, 3 cheese and their signature sauces. We ordered it thin crust with black olives. The medium size is $14.99. It took 20 mins. The crust is fluffy and crispy but not doughy. I want to try the wings next time. The staff is friendly. Some say the prices are a bit higher than other national pizza chains but I am not sure about that. The quality of food is ok. read more

I used to get this pizza years ago and was excited that they had one when I moved to Vegas. First time we got hand tossed crust-too much crust for us. We like more cheese and toppings less crust lol. Then we ordered the thin crust double pepperoni. Yess! That's what I'm taking about. Def order here again. Maybe if they had more versions of salads, other options I'll give it 5 stars. The reviews they have are for a reason. This is how I got a pizza delivered to my house I called asked for a refund after waiting 30 minutes for this garbage for a "general manager" Ethan to tell me they need the pizza back to throw it away and refund me the $20 this was. I'm suffering a miscarriage and haven't been able to cook for my 2 other children, reason why I ordered pizza. Now if a manager that you can clearly tell is a child no more than 20 years old can't have customer service and wants to have an attitude laughing at me when I'm down and instead of being understand and refunding me the money can have no customer service yes I will get upset and raise my voice and language im not proud of. Then I got a bunch of missed calls from them. I called back twice and no one knew why I was calling. Then I noticed on my tracking order thing that it said not prepared yet called them and they asked if I am going to come get my pizza and that they tried to call me to tell me I have to pick it up for some reason?!?!
