They used real pieces of chicken (yay! No thin deli meat) and the bread was pressed nicely. The pesto flavor was a bit mild for my taste but overall it was a good sandwich. I had a big birthday party. I ordered the sandwich and salad trays. Not only were they delicious but they came with a huge dessert platter, utensils, plates, napkins , Mayo and mustard packets,, pickles. It was enough to feed 30 or more people. Stopped in for dinner as I didn't want to cook. I signed up for the rewards app and didn't get the points as the cashier asked for my phone number only. I also didn't get the $5.00 discount for being a new member. She was not very friendly. I ordered my favorite which is the California Club which is always delicious. We ate at the Boca Park Jason's Deli once again this evening. Talk about wonderful service! Chloe, who took our order with several substitutions, was delightful & helpful in every way. The manager even came over to explain the spend $20, get $5 promotion to us without any impatience. And the place was busy! My wife and I visited Jason's Deli at 7305 Arroyo Crossing Pkwy, Las Vegas for dinner, and unfortunately, it was a total disappointment. This was our first time dining at a Jason's Deli, and because the experience was so poor, I felt compelled to write my very first review. Cleanliness Issues: The restaurant was not busy at all, with plenty of tables available. However, every table I approached was covered in crumbs. I eventually settled on a booth but had to blow the crumbs off the table myself just to sit down. I later noticed that while employees were removing trays and drinks after guests left, they weren't actually wiping the tables down, which explains the lack of cleanliness. Items not stocked: We both ordered the salad bar, but several items were empty or at the bottom of the pan. Both the gingerbread muffins and the chocolate mousse were empty, so I advised an employee. After 15 minutes with no refill, I saw the manager leave his office and notified him directly. He replied, "I got ya," yet another 10+ minutes passed before the muffins were finally replaced. The chocolate mousse was never refilled at all. In total, we waited over 25 minutes for items that should have been stocked, especially considering there were only five customers in the entire building. Equipment issue: To finish the meal, I tried the soft-serve ice cream. The machine was poorly calibrated; the ice cream was so soft it wouldn't even stay on the cone. Worse yet, it had a very strange, unpleasant taste, and I ended up having to spit it into a napkin and throw it away. Final thought: This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. This location when first opened was a great spot for a filling lunch, normally busy. Not it has transitioned to a mediocre lunch destination. Stopped by for some lunch and it was not too busy, about 7 tables in use and a few people picking up to go orders. Food took a little longer than expected and we got the managers special with half sandwich, chips and soup. The sandwiches arrived and were as expected but I only had about half the amount of baked chips as normal and the other meal had chips and hummus. The blue corn tortilla chips were the kind from the bottom of the bag and all broken into little pieces, obviously difficult to eat hummus with these. It seemed they poured the end of the bag on the plate. The salad bar used to have free muffins and crackers which was an additional draw but that has long gone away. There were two cucumbers on the ground next to the salad bar apparently dropped by someone and several employees just walked past it several times without addressing it. The men's bathroom was out of soap and the antibacterial juice dispenser near the counter was empty, fortunately there was another. Well shoot! I really wanted to give Jason's Deli more than 3 stars but really I only gave 3 stars because they are the only salad bar left in Vegas. This company originated from Texas so naturally I was excited to see we had two locations in Las Vegas as I am a Texas girl. I've been to both locations a few times. There have not been any times that were phenomenal. Every time has been pretty mediocre or dare I say ...bad. Still I keep giving it another shot. After Covid and there being no real options for a nice salad bar, Jason's Deli is pretty much it. So let me tell you about our experience this time. We arrived at the counter with no one in line. The employee was getting to go orders ready and after a few minutes told us he would be right with us. 10 minutes later he came to help us. We had a few questions with the menu, making sure things had not changed since we had been. I wanted to make sure if we got salad bar that we could go up multiple times. He said yes and that we just needed to bring our plate up to exchange it for a clean one. We also asked about the manager special for 1/2 sandwich + the salad. The 1/2 sandwich comes with chips and a plate for a one trip salad bar. The salad bar was decent but not great. The lettuce was a bit brown but I sucked it up. I definitely picked and chose over the veggies that still looked okay. The mediterranean olives were great. The boiled eggs looked sad and old. My favorite items are the pasta salad, the corn muffins, and the gingerbread muffins which they didn't seem to refill. I did manage to get some but I felt like I was picking from the bottom of the barrel rather than fresh food. The potato salad was good. All in all, the food was okay. Is it top notch or how I remember it in Texas? No but it did satisfy a salad craving. The beef au jus 1/2 sandwich was good. It was filled with meat. The only complaint there was that it was warm and not hot. You really want the au jus to be hot or warmer but again we just ate it. It was still good. The hibiscus tea was bitter and not even subtly sweet. It was just bad the black currant tea was good. The sweet tea container was full to the rim, but you couldn't get any tea because it appeared the nozzle was blocked or something. The unsweet tea was a bit foggy looking. A Texas girl loves her tea and this was highly disappointing for over three dollars a glass for a medium. I got up to go for my second plate of salad. My son sat at the table with my purse, and the gentleman came over to clean off his plates. I guess my son felt awkward, so he stood up while the guy cleaned the table. When I got back, I asked, why did you get up, we are still eating. He said he felt bad and just wanted to let the guy do his thing. I sat down with my salad, thinking the guy was just grabbing the plates and leaving. As I took my first bite of my salad, the guy comes back with a rag to clean my son side of the table. Seriously, I was incredibly rude to use a dirty rag on the table where we are currently eating. I don't understand why he was so anxious to clean our table when the area by the drinks was so dirty. I wish I had taken a picture of that to show you how it was left. In the past we have seen homeless people come in grab food off the salad bar and one guy even was taking a shower in the sink in the bathroom. I don't have a problem with people that are needing food to eat. Please do not get me wrong here. I would gladly pay for a meal for them to be able to sit down. Nothing like that happened this time. The only thing we saw is somebody walked in with her own cup to get a refill of drink and grabbed a couple of muffins on their way out. For a $30 meal for two and our experience, it'll take me a long time to come back again. I hate judging a place on one experience. Things like this have happened multiple times we've been here. They seem to have enough patrons to keep their doors open. I really hope they step up their game a bit. read more

Would not go here for a long time, anytime I've thought about and gone in I've walked out. It's immediately sad and depressing. Lowlight, dingy and just lack of any personality. Of the 2-3 recent times I've gone or ordered delivery I was even more disappointed, the chicken caprese panini is a sad little thing that could have gotten me far more food and better quality. The chicken tasted fake and the portion fit inside one of those tiny little 5x5 boxes. Ok so you get chips and a pickle, whoopdeedoo. The pickle in its separate plastic bag is weird too. Cause that's what we need more of, plastic! Also have had the Reuben which is just ok and the price is more justified with how much meat there is. Overall this place could use hard makeover and price adjustment or portion increase. Anytime I've called to ask for extra ranch or something special for my DD order the staff are happy to oblige. You can even order salad bar for delivery! The food at the Jason's Selinon Rampart has always been very good. However after my most recent visit I thought I would review and hopefully get someone's attention. Every time I go, there are always several to many dirty tables. I am not sure if there is a shortage of staff or no guidance. Some times the staff are just standing around. Today I went for the salad bar to go. Always very good. A few items were empty and I reported this to an employee and he filled them. However the counter on both sides of the bar were dirty.
