I later found out they were saying this to others as well and it may not have been true. I did not want to pay for a large, but I went ahead and ordered one, as a friend was heading over to my house and I told her there would be pizza. It would have been nice if they had honored the medium price, or given some type of discount, since the substitution was due to their inventory. The pizza did not have near the toppings as usual, little pineapple and several slices had 2 to 3 inches at the top not covered with white sauce, toppings or cheese.
