I have been there for the lunch buffet many times now. They've consistently kept the buffet stocked up for the salad and they make fresh pizzas to keep people happy as more come in. Today's Pizza had generous amount of red sauce, cheese, Cleaning, bacon and sausage. They typically keep a pepperoni pizza readily available since that's the most popular. You order at the counter and for the buffet, they hand you a salad bowl and a plate for the pizza and a cup if you ordered a drink and you serve yourself from there. There's a large TV in the corner. Sometimes the volume is up sometimes it's down. You could probably ask for the remote, but I usually don't bother. There are small and larger tables so if you have a larger party, you can easily be accommodated. They don't usually have very many on staff though so you may need to wait if you have a large order. I called in a pizza for pick up However When I picked it up, the pizza ingredients were completely wrong. It was a completely different pizza. I brought this to the attention of the owner, and he seemed annoyed, but took my order over and remade the pizza 20 minutes later the pizza is ready and completely wrong again (Not even close) I walked back up to the counter to bring it to the owner's attention again, but this time just asked for my money back. He huffed and puffs and tried to blame me for ordering wrong . Then after great attitude and not wanting to refund my money he proceeded to look me in the eyes and say maybe I should try a salad next time! We were in a time pinch and came here before the airport. Not expecting much, we were blown away with our fantastic experience. First of all, the pizza was really good and they don't go cheap on the toppings like I've grown use to these days. We got an XL and and my family of 4 with two kids couldn't eat it all. I just started a job in the Arlington area and was looking for a new place to try for an early dinner. I'm so glad I chose this place over some another pizza place I had considered in the same area. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but the place is pretty spacious. When I arrived I was the only one there. The menu is large for a chain pizza restaurant and they even have a salad bar. I ordered a mini pepperoni, some twisted breadsticks (lots of garlic butter and parmesan along with ranch or pizza sauce for dipping. SO good! It was around $21 for those two items and a fountain drink which was really more than I planned on spending, but since I was there alone, I have leftovers for later. You order and pay at the counter and the guy who brought out my food was really nice. He even walked across the restaurant and got me a knife and fork when I asked him if they had any silverware. The food was much better than I anticipated and after searching the menu, I found that they also have a salad bar and a lunch buffet on the weekdays. I am in the Arlington area twice a week, so I am going to make this a weekly visit at least. Not sure where to start, it's frustrating to have known great food to go to omg food poisoning! Baked spaghetti which did NOT have any meat in the sauce as advertised, it looked like tomato paste thick with no flavor.i.e. No meat, herbs or sauce, thick paste texture. Place has disappointed before we wanted to give another chance. BAD idea! Pizzas were lacking the toppings ordered and had little to no cheese. Salad was wilted and not edible. I have been a customer of Pizza Factory for a long time. They always have a great pizza and excellent service. Normally I will have the pizza delivered or I will pick it up and I enjoy the fact that I can choose what I need depending on the day, I normally do not go in and sit and eat in the restaurant, so I'm not sure about the ambiance. We ordered the Eagle Special and the Mango Habanero boneless wings. Both were amazing. I had not eaten at pizza factory since I was a kid, we decided we would give it a try. This place is right next to where I get my haircut and I had a few minutes to spare and thought I would patronize a local privately owned small town pizzeria as compared to buying a nice Costco pizza for $10 from the food court. Our experience here last monday night was great. We called in our order at 8:15 pm since we needed to get it in before they closed at 9. The boyfriend ordered his fave, The Eagle. It's pretty yummy. First time arriving we had a girl groan because we showed up and what's worst the manager emailed justifying smoking & groaning from staff as customers arrived that they had just made a $600 order so they needed to take a break. As my family came here for the first time to support a family business I must say I am disappointed with the service. A employee that is a young lady speaks very loudly and discussed her life on Facebook, instantagram, etc. she had a creepy guy following her talking about being "pissed off". I am sure she is a nice person but is oblivious to how loud she is, and how her personal love life is not a topic for everyone to hear especially customers. Not my idea of an appetizer. So small it should have been complimentary. The pizza itself, however, was very good. Greek Pizza could have used way more Feta, though. I expect any Greek pizza to smell like a dirty old gym sock. Overall, I would consider this chain again because i really liked the crust, but will try the Burlington one. I called in an order for pick up and the lady on the phone took my card info. When I got there, a blonde kid asked me a few questions and then asked her coworker if I paid for it already. She said I did and then the blonde kid proceeded to tell me that they don't take card info over the phone for pickups and only for delivery.
