I wish I had my phone with me so I could have documented my experience. Also, I should have read the reviews as it would seem not much changed (at least for me and my experience). I cannot and will not speak for others as they may have had a better experience. This location needs a serious manager that knows how to manage and direct staff as the quality of food was sub-part best. The prices, while reflect this ridiculous market, need to be revised to reflect the quality. The ambiance was good and initial staff was excellent, but then we had a different staff member that appeared annoyed. Again, I'm not looking for a Disney experience and certainly understand human emotions, but there appeared to be a lack of leadership and direction. read more

Screwed again! I have $138 in reward points and they won't let me use any of it if I use a coupon. That's a bunch of BS! I've used my reward points with a coupon for the last year. Just got back from Mountain Mike's. I've got to say I imagined a different place from the inside when it said it had an arcade and such. It was very plain with an arcade like you'd see at the movie theatre, not something to brag about. The pizza was good but sliced so thin I thought it was on a diet. Those slices were like classroom party slices. One of my slices was barely an inch wide haha. However it was packed with pepperoni and tasted good. I agree with the consensus on Yelp that this is a three star experience. This is mediocre pizza with a steep price. We ordered a half Pike's Peak/half cheese and mushroom. The crust was on the thick side, which I like, but it was lackluster. I liked the red sauce, which had a nice garlicky taste, but there wasn't enough of it on the pizza. I had such high hopes for this given my California friends talking it up, but this is a mediocre pizza at best--and way overpriced. The cup and curl pepperonis are tasty but the crust is entirely too thick and the sauce is tasteless. I can see the sauce is there, but it makes no impact on the overall taste of the pizza. The ambiance is nonexistent, with a very counter-serve vibe like a Papa John's with a couple booths and tables. There's a TV and a claw machine. Terrible. This is fast food pizza- just like Pizza Hut, Domino's and Alfy's. One large (14" pizza) was $24 dollars. Do yourself a favor and get 2 pizza's at Costco for the same price. We also ordered Mozzarella Sticks and Buffalo wings. The wings were average- small and barely any sauce. The sauce for the mozzarella sticks was disgusting. It's literally tomato paste with spices. We waited a couple weeks after their highly anticipated opening before giving Mountain Mike's a try. I was glad to see they added the Spicy Himalayan onto their menu, which wasn't there in the first couple weeks as I imagine they were just trying to get established with the basics. Both pizzas we ordered - the Himalayan and the pepperoni - were quite tasty. I particularly enjoyed that the pepperoni cups had a mild kick to them and were crispy, and the Himalayan had more masala taste than I was expecting from an American joint. I really didn't mind that the pizzas were cut into much smaller slices than it listed online, which some folks have previously pointed out. The boneless buffalo wings (we wanted to order bone-in but saw they were taken off the menu) were a huge miss. They looked and tasted a lot drier than the picture online, like whoever made them didn't use enough sauce. In terms of service, it's entirely understandable that they have some kinks to work out being such a new establishment still. Even still, I was disappointed when I showed up to pick up my order at the allotted time given to me online, only to find that everything was surprisingly cold. I even called to try and confirm if it would be ready at the specified time or whether it would take longer given how busy they've been, but someone left me on hold for 10 minutes so I gave up. When I showed up to the store, it actually wasn't busy and there was no one in line/only a few tables were seated eating. I also thought the presentation was a little sloppy. I'd be back for sure to give them another try as most of the issues I've pointed out are around service/timing and I'm hopeful they'll work out the kinks with some time! read more

If I could give zero stars we would. This is the second time we've ordered and we were again very disappointed. The first time we ordered, they had opened recently. The first time, we ordered half pepperoni and pineapple/half Hawaiian. They didn't put pineapple on the pepperoni side. When I called, their solution was to refund us only the price of the topping which I didn't think was very good customer service for half of our order being incorrect, especially being a new restaurant, however, we chose to let it go. The pizza was also not very warm. Fast forward to this evening when we ordered. We ordered the same pizza as before with extra cheese. The toppings were very sparse and it doesn't look as if there's extra cheese. It looks NOTHING like the pictures with pizza full of toppings. The pizza was again not very warm. I think they outsource their delivery to door dash so that's possibly the issue with the pizza not being warm. We likely will not order from here again. read more

Very disappointed. Very stingy with the two toppings (sausage and mushrooms). All I wanted was a hot pizza on a cold, rainy night. Never tried Mountain Mike's and I won't order from them again. Ordered through Ubereats because their website kept erroring during payment. Overall I was happy with my order, but left off one star because I added mushrooms to the Chicken club and they did not add it on. We ordered the Everest which reminded me of Costco's combo pizza and the Chicken Club both in their small sizes since it was our first time trying this place. As of visiting this establishment today, our family overall was very satisfied with our visit. With that being said we have our pros and cons that did come up. The staff while the place did not feel very busy seemed helpful and ready to serve an overall friendly. The pizza we ordered a Gluten free crust for my wife and for the rest of out family, 4 more boys (including myself) We ate half of the biggest pizza. Everyone agreed it had really good flavor and really enjoyed the thick pepperoni. If you enjoy actual meat they have it here. The few complaints is first the price, I know inflation is here but nearly $50 for the biggest pizza sees a little steep and while the toppings were amazing the crust seemed a bit thicker then most of us would of liked. I was thrilled to find out though they offer a military and veteran discount. The restaurant seating wasn't the most comfortable but it still worked for us to get together and eat. Overall we enjoyed the pizza and service and feel it deserved a 4* but because of the more hefty price tag will probably only return for special occasion instead of becoming a more regular customer. read more

Chaotic entry, table service would be much better for this place. Staff were nice. Pizza was decent enough but the wait was very long. I waited 27 minutes for one small pizza, which cost more than the pizza bar that has salad included. My buddy finished his food and we both sat there waiting for my one small pizza. After having water damage in our home, and having to eat out for every meal for 4 months, we were burnt out on local food options. When this restaurant replaced the previous one, we were interested. Being a vegetarian my go to take out meal is pizza, so potentially having a new option was nice. Definitely not the case and won't be back. Tried to order online, and it rejected my transaction 6 times. Called in my order and despite online saying 20-25 mins for carry out, was told 60 mins when I placed my order. I ordered a small cheese pizza, added 1 topping of sun dried tomatoes , and an order of garlic cheese sticks. Total cost (without tip) was $28.00. When I picked it up, I was signing my card slip and the register asked for gratuity. I clicked "custom" because I like even numbers, and it auto added and processed a tip that was $3.22 higher than what I was going to give which was already well over the typical 20%. Total charge $38.71. I get home, excited to try this pizza but can't figure out where the burned charcoal smell is coming from. Until I open the box. The sun dried tomatoes were placed on top and burned to a crisp. I picked them off and decided to just go with a cheese pizza; completely bland, no flavor, and chewy. Garlic breadsticks were the same as well; no flavor and chewy. Spending 15 minutes trying to place an online order, having to call it in, then spend an hour waiting for an order that I had to pick up, being way overcharged for pizza that wasn't even good, and then throwing all of it out because it was not appetizing, is not the way I wanted this to turn out. In that timeframe, I could have driven to Lake Stevens for pizza I know is good if I wanted to spend that much, or if I wanted to go the cheap route, I could have spent $10 at Costco or Little Caesars, and had pizza that is at least somewhat edible. read more

On December 13, 2024 at 5:03 PM, I placed an order for pizza delivery. Following the receipt of an email indicating an estimated delivery time of 7:03 PM, I called and requested a switch from delivery to pickup; a pickup time was given of 6:30 PM. Upon our timely arrival, there were 20-plus customers standing and waiting for their orders. They seemed completely disorganized and severely behind on orders. Once we got to the register, the cashier informed us that our order was still designated for delivery, although it was evident that we were entitled to a $4.99 delivery credit on the screen, yet the $7.00 gratuity was still attached. The cashier sought assistance, and the manager/owner approached the register. I attempted to explain the situation, but she interrupted me and instructed me to be patient. She repeated that the order remained for delivery, prompting me to reiterate that the order had indeed been switched, which was reflected in the delivery credit. The manager, displaying a lack of professionalism, asked me to wait and returned after a short period to state that the order had not printed after the switch and that we would need to wait an additional hour for our pizza to be prepared. I expressed my desire to cancel the order, stating that we were not willing to wait for another hour. The manager said fine, and my husband indicated that due to her rudeness, we would not be returning. In response, she dismissively remarked that our decision would not impact her business and subsequently slammed the ticket onto the spike before walking away. Upon checking our online banking, we noted that we had not received a refund. At 7:43 PM, we called the establishment again, and a respectful and professional man answered. He explained that the refund had not been processed because the order cancellation had not been executed. He apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that he would rectify the issue, expressing hope that we would consider returning. As of December 21, 2024, we have yet to receive the refund. If I do not receive a response regarding this matter, I will be compelled to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's Office. ***Update*** I received the reimbursement that was due to me; however, the owner did not take the opportunity to express an apology for her conduct. This lack of acknowledgment aligned with my expectations. This business is unlikely to succeed unless it employs a qualified manager with experience. read more

We are absolutely thrilled that MMP is now in Washington State. Coming from the East Bay in California this was always the go-to when I was a kid and into my adulthood. Still the same great taste and atmosphere. Also great to see other Californians repping our Bay Area teams! I wish the building was a bit bigger but I won't complain too much. It's a piece of "home" away from home. The staff has always been wonderful each time we have gone. It's clean and the vibe is wonderful. We look forward to more locations opening up on the Eastside (Sammamish) hopefully by the end of the year since we drive almost an hour to get pizza from Mike's. This is my second time going to this Restaurant, the first time I ordered a large pizza which was a supreme type pretty mediocre at best. Tonight we tried the buffet. We had to wait over 40 minutes from the time of the buffet was supposed to begin to the first pizza coming out to be put on the buffet Line. I tried the supreme pizza and I am not a picky eater, but the Italian sausage which I like best was the worst sausage I've ever tasted. I couldn't even place what kind of sausage it was but it definitely wasn't Italian. overall, the Price is high for individual large pizzas, and the food quality is lackluster at best. I was told it would be done in 45 minutes when I got there at 350 It still wasn't ready Did not get my pizza until 420 after they quoted me 45 minutes. My Lovely Girlfriend an I went here on opening day, the buffet was Wonderful ,I loved the pepperoni, little toasted cups that crumbled soft n nice! The salad bar was the very best i have ever had!!! I did not know this was a chain restaurant until I went to the website to place an order. It makes sense now...it tastes like pizza from a chain restaurant. They recently opened so be prepared for long carry out and wait times. Carry out on 12/27/24 was an hour and a half wait. We ordered wings and a pizza and waited an hour and a half before heading to the restaurant. When you get there it's a bunch of younger adults working and it was very unorganized. They were calling out names only and a lot of the times they were wrong. Anyway, pizza was alright, nothing spectacular. We got a medium pizza with pepperoni, Italian sausage, pineapple, and black olives. The crust is a cross between deep dish and thin crust, so imagine something in between! We also ordered buffalo wings. The wings looked different, not like buffalo, but of course I didn't try it there. When we got home it was more of a teriyaki style wing. Don't know which one they gave us, but it 100% was not Buffalo. Flavor was alright though. Also, I like my wings more on the crispy side, and these were certainly soft and juicy. They were cooked, all the way through, but every bite I took, I kept checking to see if it was undercooked. Maybe next time I get a pizza here I'll have to try one of their signature pizzas to see if the combination makes for a better pie. read more
