If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would! We come into this MOD all the time to have a quick bite anytime we are done shopping in the area, and always have excellent service and great food! TONIGHT HOWEVER is another story! We will not ever be returning or giving this location our money again!! We always sit in the back area at "our table" we call it, we went and sat waiting for our food no issue. The red headed guy with the worn out jeans in the crotch area exposing his underwear proceeded to call our name that our food was ready then began being so rude saying that area is closed if you would look and see the trash cans! My husband proceeded to say we had no idea it was closed since someone was just eating over there and if it's really an issue maybe put a wet floor sign up or a chair, he proceeded to give us more attitude as if seeing a walk way with a trash cans next to it is supposed to mean something to us! The pizza and salads aren't that bad, but the kids and lame mngrs they have running this particular place are a joke. Wife called to simply warn them that I just about broke a tooth when I bit into a blue hard piece of plastic or glass chunk of some utensil. They couldn't even take a complaint to warn people or employees and put the blame on the delivery service they use UE. If one we're to file a lawsuit, I'm sure the food preparer would be liable, not the delivery. I should know, I studied law. It was a warning, but the poor handling of this makes me reconsider. After a long day driving and hiking in the North Cascades for our annual larch march, we were excited to cozy up to some pizza and beer. This was our first time at this location and we were pretty surprised they had a drive through which looked like it was keeping them busy. I like how thin the crust is so you can really taste the toppings but still get a good crunch for texture. This particular visit I got a MOD size with bacon, arugula, and the balsamic fig glaze. It was delicious the first couple of pieces. What killed it for me was the over abundant amount of balsamic glaze that was on there. This location is amazing. It has a drive thru & pick up window. Great location in/out. Plenty of seating & can hold a larger group (such as soccer team stopping by for pizza). It has a great roll up wall & the staff was super fast, chill, & nice. Being from Bellingham ours is always super crowded and we don't have a rolling wall/door I am extremely jealous of this large space. The sound was great hear. Sometimes the older Mods echo. Not sure why this location wasn't busy at lunch time on a Friday. We got right in to order and they weren't too swamped with online orders either. I was pleasantly surprised to see they now have plant based sausage! So I made my own pizza and gave that a try. Our pizzas were up quickly and we all enjoyed our made to own creations. I also appreciate the dairy free cheese here. It's not my favorite dairy free cheese but if you just get a sprinkle it works. The plant based sausage had great flavor and texture. Would get it again. Called again twenty minutes later to find out our pizzas had already been out the oven for some time. The restaurant basically forgot I was even there. Then when my wife openned her pizza, she discovered that the Caspian she ordered had virtually no sauce AND was missing the BBQ finishing swirl AND the pizza was not even cut...this was my wife's pizza so naturally I was very upset. They seem understaffed, and poorly managed. The drive through format seems to complicate their process. People can drive up and basically cut in front of everyone in the restaurant. I will never be returning here due to the miserable customer service.
