    More sauce maybe?

All 3 bad experiences were from the same employee, receipt says "KONINGOC" The worst pizza hut i've ever been to, the past few times i've went, I was the only one there and the only order so it shouldn't be hard to simply put my food in the oven, (very small order), I waited for 15 minutes just to realize they haven't simply put my cinnabon in the oven, I wasn't too upset because mistakes happen, but it happened 2 MORE TIMES. With the same exact person, I ordered for carry out, I arrived when the food should be done, and was told "4 more minutes" and then he starts to prepare my order. I finally got my cinnabon and it had sauce all over the box.... Constantly forgets to do orders, all of these issues were by the same individual (states at the top)

One very jumbled up and messy pizza

Food did take awhile when we're just a stones throw away but it is Saturday the food was lukewarm and the pizza was an absolute mess. Will shop around for and use another Pizza Hut.

I'm only giving this one star because one of my pizzas were okay. My second pizza with the thin crust had barely no sauce on it. Like come on Pizza Hut I didn't ask for light sauce just thin crust. And most of my pizza was missing the topping spread throughout and mostly just on one side. Save yourself the money and order Dominos. Update. Actually both pizzas had no sauce. This is just awful. They did email me an apology letter but really? Thanks I'll go spend $30+ on pizza somewhere else.

So apparently zero stars isn't a thing. They don't deserve any dang stars. We ordered at SIX pm, and it's now 7:20pm and we have called twice. Apparently the driver couldn't find our house (and we put actual directions in their notes field). Called at 6:50 said give the driver more time. Gave driver more time. Called back at 7:05. Said driver called them and is bringing it back to their shop. They tried to call and apparently had the wrong phone number. I get that's an issue but there were literally driving directions in the order. We still don't have pizza and they're apparently sending it back out with a new driver or someone whose phone actually has gps. Awesome! So now we get to pay for cruddy cold pizza. That's what we get for trying Pizza Hut. Never again. And it's 7:21 and we still don't have pizza. Oh. 7:22pm. Guess what? No pizza. Literally, it's my husbands bday and Pizza Hut has failed us. We have company, and NO PIzza. I'm furious. My husband is trying to be patient and I can't anymore. I'm starving. I could have gone to the store, bought everything to make said pizzas, made them, cooked them (one at a dang time in my oven) and still have eaten already. ‍ 7:23pm, I'm still pizza-less. 7:24pm- considering eating birthday cake early, I'm so hungry. 7:25pm- I quit. Don't bother. They must have paid a fortune to sponsor the NFL. I can't imagine if I ordered during a football game. 7:26pm-make sure you order BEFORE the football game for delivery afterwards. You should be so drunk from football that you won't even want pizza anymore. 7:27pm- I didn't really quit. I'm still hungry. Edited to add- it's still not here. And I'm still hungry. And it's now 7:35 and even my dog looks hungry. 7:50- talked to the manager I'd assume. He knew nothing of this mess and found out order sitting on the warmer. It's cake for dinner. Maybe pizza will make it before breakfast.

Dinner box with chicken on white sauce pizza (I'm odd, I know)

With the online deals and easy pick up options, (especially during covid 19) I am consistently happy with the pizza I get. They brought it out within a minute of me pulling up to the curb. Hot and everything just right!

    My make your pizza.

Okay for the past 2 years I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut because the place just started sucking me so bad at making pizza, it would show up greasy as heck, flimsy crust, cold and just yuck. And the wings were horrible too, skinny little things with no meat on them and watery sauce. But I have been having a craving for stuffed crust pizza. Well tonight they did a wonderful job. The pizza taste great it's not flimsy or greasy. The order is completely correct, and the wings too! Also the delivery driver was super nice!

Timing was the biggest issue and not updating costs versus charges. Increases happen but posting them is important for transparency. So, let's review. Issues #1 Bartender/Server was nice but very distracted with other things and there were only 3 tables including us. Had to wait for refills for 5+ minutes while talking to an employee at the bar. We got up and grabbed a pitcher of water finally after 3 requests. They noticed and apologized. 2. Food requests where not completed although not world ending still kitchen needs to be paying attention for people with allergies it could be huge. Requested no onions came covered in onions. Ordered bacon on the burger no bacon. Other small issues not huge but annoying. And dessert that was ordered was left on the bar rail for 10+ minutes before being dropped off. 3. Pricing. I have a tendency to review where I am going online prior to eating out. Pricing on the online menu and reality when arriving most things where higher priced at the restaurant. I did ask they had price increases a couple months ago. I don't set my budget off online pricing, but it does set an idea of costs. Desserts were a large issue with this as the menu and online are different than the current pricing in the restaurant. Now to the food. This is why I think they can pull this out with some effort. Although I was mind set on a Prime Rib sandwich I was told they were out. I was given a few recommendations glad they did. Appetizer, I got the jalapeno popper dip and the brown sugar mozza bread. Both were hot and fresh when they came out to the table Dinner Smash burger had great flavor and although not what I think of as a smash burger it was well built and the flavors where there. Fresh veggies and the home fries were what I was looking for. Also have at least one person upgrade to the Brussel sprouts because I generally hate them and these were amazing. Fish was hand breaded and had great flavor for fish and chips at the price I will get this again. Chicken Chili is a must if you like chicken chili thick and flavorful it is almost a meal in itself. Dessert Everything is made there. The pistachio Tiramiso was perfect flavors were perfect and fresh. Cherry cheesecake was on point also. We will be back again in the future and hopefully things will be running a little tighter than now. I think this could be one of the top 5 in this area with some elbow grease.

Ran our errands and made our way back around 2. The line inside was about 6 deep but it moved fast with more folks piling in as fast as customers left. To our disappointment, there was a sign saying they were out of some items which was fine because there were other delicious choices available. I had the pulled pork sandwich, my husband had the brisket sandwich. We also ordered 1/2 doz wings, sides of baked beans and mac and cheese to share. The meat on both sandwiches was moist and flavorful, I could only eat half since I indulged in wings and sides. The beans were a little smoky and a little sweet. The mac was cheesy, saucy, and creamy. Take out, approx $57 total w/ tax and tip, totally worth the $. Can't wait to go back to try their other offerings.

I actually ended up coming here 2 days in a row because I was in the area with some friends coming back from the Tulip gardens and I wanted to show them the place though the line was much longer the second day. I think the BBQ is good, the pork ribs are better than the brisket imo and the sauces are okay. We tried 4/6 and ranked are: 1 - Cole slaw 2 - Mac & Cheese - this is a bit on the runny side but works well with dipping the bread in the sauce 3 - Potato salad 4 - Brisket Baked Beans We didn't try the brisket chili nor the creamed corn. ~~Parking: It's located at the end of a strip mall and there's plenty of parking though the lines are a bit faded and it's not the most even so both times we ended up parking closer to the Subway side but it's not difficult to find. ~~Service: Good. Most of the wait is just because you order and wait for your food prior to paying for it & finding your seat compared to how most restaurants you order and they bring the food to you which is a model that I would have preferred but I guess this one works well for this place because I was wanting to try their daily special of the hot link but the person right in front of me ordered the last one. After paying it's primarily a self serve place. ~~Best Part: The sides! All the sides we had tried were good and we only ended up ordering the trays because they came with the sides and I was doing girl math. ~~Worst Part: The wait to order the second day & the fact that I saw the person in front of me order the last sausage. ~~Tips: The sides are the real star of the show, so try them! ~~Return: Yes.

Grand Buffet from the outside entrance has a humble vibe. There are no fountains or statues. And the bathrooms have a disinfectant quality in the air. Somewhat dated. Not oozing with warmth. But clean in my experience with a no frills way of washing hands before eating. The staff will seat you, but I typically will get the appetizers, then find a seat. The staff are usually quick to see if you don't have a glass and will take your order if you choose to start that way. With families, I'm sure having them seat you is preferred. And seating, even on a busy day, is not too difficult. I estimate seating for about 100 people is available. That's based on a tour bus with 44 Japanese tourists coming in for lunch and not having any difficulty finding seating for lunch. The tour guide said he always brings his customers there after crossing the border from Canada, where they arrived. I mentioned appetizers. In addition there are main dishes, sides, some American offerings (Fried chicken wings, Pacific oysters on the half shell, French fries, crab rangoon), fresh fruit, a variety of salads, salad bar, and desserts including soft serve ice cream. The typical soft drinks, hot tea, or bottled beer is available. Dinner frequently includes salt and pepper fried crab half's. You may miss them at lunch. Sometimes they only serve them for dinner. There is also a Mongolian grill at the back of the buffet, that offers meats (beef, pork) or seafood (shrimp), noodles, vegetables, and different sauces. This is manned by one of the staff to cook your food with your sauce preference. They use a hot flat top grill to cook your food right in front of you. If you have your heart set trying that and don't see any staff, just ask for help from one of the waitresses. To get the full experience do try something from each section. The main dishes have chicken, beef. pork, shrimp, crab, and imitation crab. Easily labeled and recognizable. Buffets are logistical nightmares with the common element of consistency being the goal. Seasoning can also present challenges when trying to make everyone happy. Over the years visiting this place, it's been consistently at the right temperature, seasoned appropriately, well maintained with all serving pans filled with food, and clean. The staff are rock solid. No deviation from being there making sure your glass is full and being polite and helpful. This week I chose a Friday at 3:34 PM. To my surprise the parking lot was half full. Usually there is a steep lull between lunch and dinner. That was the only surprise. Everything else was at a standard I expect. Which is why I come back. ADA parking and access. Parking is ample with overflow parking. As of January 2026 cost for Dinner, one adult: $20.75

It was mostly your standard Chinese fare, all cooked in one way or another: shrimp cooked about 6 different ways, beef and broccoli, a Mongolian grill - just pick your ingredients and bring it to them, as well as a small dessert bar including soft serve with cones! I left satisfied with the options and the price. It's a lot bigger inside and can accommodate large groups, if necessary. We brought in 30 and had our own section. There was still plenty of room and the server comes around refilling drinks regularly (pay for these separately from your dining bill), as well as brings the bill towards the end of your dining experience.
