They were full of fresh vegetables and meats truly yummy. They had great parking there and the prices were great. I've had take home pizza from Papa Murphy's a lot and from this specific location quite a number of times. Too often, including this week, they have my order wrong. They ended up giving me someone else's pizza and it was wrong, thin versus original crust. It's not the first time they've done that. read more

Papa Murphy's is my go-to after a day of hiking or lazy Friday nights in. Plenty of parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. I have never placed an online order or phoned in an order. It takes about 15-20 minutes to complete my walk-in order. Indoors is clean and well lit. Staff members are high-school students so don't expect stellar customer service. One really shouldn't expect stellar customer service from a pizza joint such as Papa Murphy's anyways. I do expect accuracy, which I have always received. Sides such as salads, desserts and soda's can be purchased to take home and enjoy with your pizza order. We always purchase a medium Murphy's Combo for $14.50: original crust, red sauce, mozzarella, salami, pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, onions, olives and cheddar cheese. I always substitute the salami with Canadian bacon. I appreciate that Papa's doesn't apply any additional charges for the topping swap like other pizza joints do. The toppings are fresh and plentiful. Pizza's are easy to bake and turn out perfect each and every time. Left-overs reheat well and even taste great cold. I like the flexibility to bake our pizza within the time-frame that I desire. I like eating our pizza in the comfort of our home while slurping on an ice-cold beer and watching a Red Box movie or Netflix. Thank you Papa Murphy's for providing "Love at 425*". read more

This location is not good. They are constantly screwing up the orders or are 'out' of pizza dough. Without any manager on site, the staff can't do anything to make a refund or come up with a solution for orders made online. Save yourself a headache and go to a different location, it's not worth the headache. read more

Went to papa murphys on 100th and evergreen way today.this is the place we go to every tuesday.we ordered the chicken bacon ranch.it was horrible.rolled out much much thinner than usual,and it was extremely salty!.so much so that I threw my 2 pieces in the trash.it has never been this bad,am going to go back to the one on Rucker and evergreen.Very disappointed,especially since we are regulars and spend good money at the one on 100th. read more

Ordered food online to be delivered to my house. Food came really quickly which was appreciated but it was the wrong pizza. I called the store they told me to bring it in and I told them I would love to but I had it delivered because I didn't have a car at the time. I was told there's nothing they can do about it then. I told them you know I did receive a pizza just not the right one so let's split the bill and call it good I was told no and that a manager would call me first thing tomorrow morning. Fast forward to the next day 7pm rolls around I call back same story sorry nothing we can do about it but a manager will call u first thing in the morning. I was not happy about it and so the worker called there manager and talked to them and the employee calls me back and ensured me the manager will call me in the morning 11am. Fast forward another day goes by no phone call so I call back and same story manager will call you back tomorrow. I love papa Murphy's daily deals. I usually buy every Tuesday. I have to order pizza with no cheese due to a lactose intolerance in my house and they are always good about making sure the order is correct. It seems like a weird request to have a no cheese pizza (I buy dairy free cheese to sprinkle over it before I pop it in the oven). I can't get a nondairy option at any other pizza place nearby so papa Murphy's is the best way to go if I don't want to make pizza from scratch. Which I don't have time for most work nights. The $12 large pizza Tuesdays is my favorite deal, I get two pizzas which is enough to feed five people sometimes even six. Lately, the family favorite it's the Thai pizza and the Aloha pizza. read more

The pizza is GREAT! I'm a vegetarian, all pizza restaurants cook all the pizzas the same way, so there is cross contamination. Since with Papa Murphy's you cook your pizza at home, I don't have to worry about getting sick because my pizza touched meat. This location is AMAZING! They don't mind changing gloves before making my pizza so I don't have any cross contamination! The pizza is great, always hot, ready when I'm ready but the best part of this place is the employees! I almost always get the chicken Med on thin crust made with olive oil not tomato sauce. I don't do goat cheese but they are very willing to sub your choice of cheese. Actually, willing to make all kinds of substitutions with a smile. They even offer to take it to my car - i use a cane. The Med pizza is a 5; all others I've had have been 4's & 5's on the taste scale. Easy to cook and keeps well. read more

Came into papa Murphys Justina took my order and when she gave me my total I was confused as to why my total was $13, Justina was very sweet and explained that on Tuesdays large pizzas are $12. After taking my order she continued to help other customers and then jumped into making pizzas. As she was finishing wrapping my pizza she apologetically admitted to forgetting to put the herb and cheese blend on top. She told me she would be right back, when she came back she handed me a container to take home and that it was already paid for. I will definitely be back to see Justina. read more

If there was an option on 0 stars they wouldn't deserve that. I ordered the large thin sausage pizza today, a Friday. I could literally count the number of pieces of sausage on 2 hands while it was thinly covered with cheese. When I asked the cashier if they could add some sausage, she stated they could not make any adjustments. I should have asked for my money back and gone to Wal-Mart for a u-bake pizza. I am a Papa Murphy's dedicated customer but this is my last time. Trying to fill out the papasurvey online was impossible, I could never get to their website, maybe that is why they have few reviews, especially negative ones. read more

My husband and I like to pick up these pizzas every so often. On the last occasion they only put one topping on my two topping pizza. I ordered a canadian bacon and pineapple and got no pineapple. I emailed the store through the website and they have ignored my email. I thought perhaps they would offer a coupon or something since I paid for a two topping pizza and only got one topping but I have had no response from them. I mentioned that perhaps the people working there were too busy adding coupons from a distant un-related salon business to notice they had forgotten the pineapple! I've never called in ahead and my wait time is always 10 min max - even on a special day (we always get the Valentine's pizza). I called in my order earlier in the afternoon because I knew I had to be at a surprise party with the cooked pizzas at a certain time. I designated my pick-up time to be 4pm. However, the pizzas and myself finally walked out at 4:37pm. I arrived at approximately 4:05pm and waited until they finally made my pizzas because no one knew what had happened to my pizzas. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. The assistant manager and the manager tried to play it off as it was not big deal but they could obviously see I was in a rush and that I wasn't happy about the lack of promptness for my order pick-up. The assistant manager had to tell the staff twice to make my pizza while they proceeded to complete other walk-in orders. When they gave me my order, it was incomplete and was missing my cookie dough which they proceeded to make the next five minutes later. Overall... my assessment on the experience was... management and employees had no sense of urgency, no customer empathy and lacked team communication... which makes me... The only Adult manger working tonight yelled at me in front of other people. After waiting 25 mins and seeing people after me picking up their pizzas I walked up asked about my two pizza order one chicken garlic one Chicago stuff. I was told their busy my response,but people with large orders that came after me are picking up their pizzas!! Manager only Adult cut me off rude again said were busy. No, I'm sorry orders right up. Nope sat for 10 more mins while he was talking crap about me cause "he can" order came I paid to add bacon.they forgot it.had to take it back. We got home cooked the Chicago. Pizza nothing like biting into mushrooms that don't come on the pizzas. The kids working their hearts off dealing with one messed up order after another. Said sorry for HIS RUDE MISTAKE!!
