I placed an order for a 8 piece meal original recipe. I was scolded over the intercom that they're all out of original recipe chicken. The communication between co workers wasn't professional, with the employee who took the order over the intercom who was also doing the food prep and the Individual working the window. I was asked to pull around to the front to await for my order. I was not given a receipt, due to the fact that I would have submitted a comment on their performance. Not giving a receipt is a fast food workers tactic to hide their most obvious faults to their guests and to keep voices from not being heard by higher ups within their respective companies, Yum brands being this one for this poorly ran franchise location. read more

The food is great. The service is fast, but the drive-through punk kid is so rude. I pretty much have to have a catchers permit in my car cause he throws the food out at you cause he hates his job. Will never go back to this KFC in Marysville. Went to the drive through to order 16 piece bucket of original, 1 Cole slaw and 6 biscuits. The lady taking the order cut me off every time I had a question. I asked about 1/2 and 1/2 regular and extra crispy. They were all out of extra crispy. And they only had 2 legs and 2 thighs of regular chicken left so the rest would have to be wings and breasts. So irritating at 7:30 p.m. to be out of so many items. I'd like to know what's in their freezer if they can't keep a supply of chicken made on hand! She charged me 60.17 for this order. I remarked to her "60.00 is a lot when you don't even have 1/2 of what we want", she replied that their prices are going up soon too! I got my order, went home and wouldn't you know it my 16 pieces of chicken I paid for, only ended up being 12 pieces! Of course we were short the 2 legs and thighs as expected but they didn't add the extra wings and breasts as she said. When I called the store it was her at the drive through on the phone, her voice was distinct. I was getting the run around on the phone. She lied to me on phone trying to tell me it was a young man who was working the window 20 minutes prior when I was there. When I knew it was her. She said she can't do anything and I'd have to talk to the manager tomorrow. From what I'm seeing from all the bad reviews of customer service it's clear the manager won't do anything. Avoid this KFC location. The Everett and Snohomish ones are much better. We ordered from this location via Door Dash on the evening of Friday Dec 2. Ordered wings and fries and with door dash fees it was around $97. When I took a bite I noticed the meat was still red and bloody so I spit it out. We continued cutting open more of them and they were all like that. Unsafe to eat. So we ended up having to cook them ourselves which took a decent amount of time to cook all the way through. If you are in a hurry or don't want to dirty dishes cooking, go the extra miles to Everett or Snohomish. This place shouldn't be open. Oh, and oil city. There were probably cups worth of oil at the bottom of our container. I had to clean the containers of sauce in dish soap. read more

What is making the lemonade more expensive than a soda? Yet the menu has the lemonade on it for the same price? So soon as you order they say they need to add a surcharge of .30 for lemonade. Four people walked out of the restaurant without even ordering, four people came in from drive-thru because their orders were wrong and one of the gentlemen employees took an order from somebody realized it was for another order and then took it out to the other car. So I don't know if the first car touch the food before they brought it back in realizing it was the wrong order but then he immediately took it out to the correct car without remaking the order. So if you had a big order and you were at KFC at about 6:45 there's a chance somebody touched your food before you got it. Just got me and my girlfriend two famous bowls and 3 biscuits. Came out to be about $20. The manager or I believe to be manager with glasses that runs the window is not the nicest person. very sarcastic and you can tell she dosnt want to be there. We have not been to this KFC in about 1 year due to lack of customer service. When we walked in tonight the lights were so bright that it was easy to see that not one table was clean. After we got our overpriced slop and asked to have at least one table to be cleaned we sat down to eat. We soon discovered that they did away with plates and so we had to eat our food on a flimsy cardboard tray. This was very awkward since the potatoes and gravy ran all other and our chicken was soon to soggy pick up. If KFC wants to stay in business they need to go back to making good food and give customer service. The lack of customers should clue them into the fact that when you cut corners on quality then you are stating that you do not care about your customers. I've always enjoyed my time at any KFC, but this one had one particular rude employee. She was a middle-aged woman at the cashier who didn't seem happy to take our order. No smile, and a mean tone of voice the whole time. She treated other customers with a smile though, maybe she's racist? I sure hope the management team does something about it. Not because they accidentally have my order to the car in front of me - that happens - but because my 6 tenders cleared out their supply and they had to make new ones and they told the car in front of us they were out of legs. We drive through every 2-3 months for lunch on a weekend. Usually order a smaller family meal with extra tenders or popcorn chicken. KFC in general used to be much better, but the quality of food has in my opinion declined over the years, especially the sides. Not a lot of healthy options here, very high carb and lots of deep fried stuff. Why can't they offer steamed carrots or baked sweet potatoes? Get rid of the biscuits - they are always dried out. And get rid of the fake butter and honey. This particular location on State Avenue in Marysville is hit and miss. The drive through order board and window are along the State Ave. side, and with the traffic noise it is very difficult to hear the staff or for them to hear you when placing orders. So, our order is frequently wrong. The staff don't seem unfriendly really, but not especially enthusiastic about their jobs. I always have to double check my order before leaving. They are often out of what I want to order, although that problem has happened to me more often at the Snohomish location. I have had better luck with ordering at the Everett (Broadway) location. The young guy at the drive through window there really understands customer service. read more

Came here a couple of days ago and got a bucket and a few extras. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating. Surprisingly, my order was 100% accurate! I don't think I've ever had this happen at any KFC anywhere. Maybe it's because I went inside to order? Either way, based on this visit, I'd for sure return here.
