It was one of those days I didn't want to make breakfast myself.. Tried their breakfast for the first time by Uber eats and really liked them. I ordered Chick-fil-A minis, bacon and cheese muffin, round potatoes. They were all delicious especially the breakfast muffin and minis. The muffin was light and soft with just the right amount of eggs and bacons. The minis buns were so fluffy and small solid white chicken in each bun. I was able to order with plenty of sauces and jams I didn't know they had. I don't know if they have waffle fries in the morning but that would be much better than the hash brown potatoes. Will order again when I crave breakfast out. read more

The animated cow window paintings I haven't seen at any Chick-fil-A in western WA, seeing it again brings back memories from my childhood. I've had to wait 32 minutes to get my order and I preordered on mobile. There was no curbside parking, so I went to drive thru. Multiple vehicles that came behind me are being served right in my face. Then, they couldn't find my order until I finalized the curbside setting. And after interacting with 4 employees, they finally figured it out. I'm on a clock here. If you need food fast, go somewhere else. I was able to get a manager finally as I was gaslit by one particular employee. The manager got my food and reversed the charge and gave me gift cards. Here is what I like and enjoy about Chick-fil-A: they don't try to reinvent the wheel. They're known for their chicken. Their sandwiches. Their service is phenomenal. The ambience appears positive and pleasant. We all know the Chick-fil-A line is one that tends to be very long at times but the efficient. I have never in all my visits to Chick-fil-A ever had a bad experience. This particular location is one that I frequent regularly and feel that they do an excellent job of getting customers in and out of the drive-through. Whenever we head drive to Washington from BC we beeline ti Chick-Fil-A as the Marysville, WA is the closest to Vancouver, BC! I always in awe the customer service and quality of fast food at Chick-Filet-A. From Las Vegas, New York and Washington it's all consistent. The store is always clean and staff working to clean tables and wipe down seats and table. Always busy but seem to always find a table to sit. The staff are always friendly and the restaurant is bright and clean. My cheat meal is always here. Sigh... next few meals salads. read more

My first hand experience with this location is that the management is poor. Multiple instances I have seen this. From rude employees on previous visits, food delays due to poor training, to them not updating their hours, which caused me and my family to leave the interstate on the way to the airport, and then not have enough time to get food that morning which was a huge burden, just because their management de-prioritized customer communication. This all seems endemic to me. I love Chic-fil-a, but I'm disappointed that my multiple experiences with this location have been so poor. read more

Yes, Yelpers, there's a Chick-Fil-A in Washington-- this one is located in Maryville, WA. Drove through Maryville and saw the sign off the highway exit 200. Grew up eating chick-fil-a in Tennessee, I decided to stop by and check it out. The small parking lot was packed, and the drive thru was long. I've never seen the drive thru like that except the In-and-Out Burgers locations. There were people taking orders in the lines of cars. Inside was the same. Personally, the restaurant space itself is much smaller than the ones I have visited, so that might be why it looks so crowded. The lines inside were as long as outside. There was a staff member taking orders along the line to help speed up the process. I thought their system worked great. I got my food pretty fast considering the number of people there. The rumor is that Bellingham will soon get their own Chick-fil-A location soon. Can't come soon enough for this girl. I can't keep driving 50+ miles to get my Chick-fil-A fix.. read more

Then the gentleman if front of me got to the counter an asked for some water to fill his water bottle and they said that they couldn't do that. Came in today for carry out, I don't come often so I wanted to look at the menu. I got the grilled chicken club meal, when I sat down to eat it, it was just a grilled chicken no bacon or sauce such a disappointment and my fries had maybe 5 waffle fries total, they did get my sauce correct. It was very busy and I had probably a 10 minute wait after my order, I wish I was closer when I looked I would have went back but I was already too far away once I saw the mistake. I ordered 2 four piece chicken strips, 1 waffle fries, 1 side salad, an unsweetened iced tea, and a brownie. After waiting several minutes at the pickup window I finally received my food. The salad was all yellow lettuce so I ended up throwing that away. The food was luke warm. I guess that I was made to wait so that it would have time to cool down and not be hot like I expect my food to be. That was not the worst of it. I got to witness a show of employees parading in front of me with other customers food with glove less hands. Those employees carried out ice cream cones and other uncovered food stopping to pet my puppet every time that they past my truck. FYI, I was bummed to discover today that this location is "temporarily closed." I have no idea why, as there are no signs posted that I could see. The asphalt around the bldg is all torn up, and the whole thing is fenced-off. I'll admit I've never really understood the hype about Chick-Fil-A. I mean, it's a chicken sandwich. Why does it have such a cult following?! Over the years, I've tried it a few times, but have never quite been impressed. Maybe I was just ordering the wrong things?! The nuggets I've had were dry and the original Chick-Fil-A burger just wasn't that great. On a recent road trip, the hubs and I were starving and stopped at this location for lunch. We managed to sneak into the drive-thru line during a lull and ended up with a spicy deluxe, regular deluxe and waffle fries. Pretty sure the Chick-Fil-A gods finally shined down on us with a proper experience. These sandwiches were super fresh and a nice hot piece of chicken was nestled in both of our sandwiches. Service and food was good this day. EXTREMELY crowded and small dining area and it's so loud. The bathrooms were ABSOLUTELY disgusting! It was so dirty, I feel a rest stop bathroom was cleaner than this. So glad I had my alcohol spray and pretty much sprayed the entire germ pit of a bathroom. Immediately lost my appetite. Chick-fil-A marysville has a very professional team, goes above and beyond to provide customer service. I had a mishap on my drive thru order on their opening day. I sent them a message thru FB to inform them regarding the mistake. Hours later I get an message back together with an apology which is very professional. I didn't ask for anything in return but they offered it. Today I receive a mail with a post card with again an apology of what happened together with a couple of gift cards. I love this place. Their chicken nuggets are flavorful. They hook you up with a lot of sauces. I love their variety of sauces and it's a great compliment to nuggets and fries. They have great choices for people who are dieting, like grilled chicken choices (salads, sandwiches, and nuggets). There is nothing special about this place at all and the food is not that good. I only ate there 3 times and all three times the same results. Great service, I like the double line drive through and customer service is great, but the food, not so great. This is for the double star is for the service and the drive through experience. Being from South Carolina, my husband is a massive Chick-fiL-A FANATTiC. We LOVE Chick-fiL-A sOo dang much! [And i Am vegetarian!!] This location is actually super awesome. Altho the first time we came, months ago, their drive-thru ordering situation was hectic, unorganized, and frustrating. However! ever since, it's been consistently GR8! Like, so totally seemless! Fast, efficient, & friendly ta'boot! They seem to be very attentive in making sure we have all the extra sauces and salt and stuff that we requested. Thank God! SOo KEY. Ordering through the app for pick up at this location is the way to go. As we all know lines at Chick can be insane and although they move quickly, this is so much better. They have a decent traffic pattern going and although this shopping center is small and busy, it works. I will note that I have never tried to go here on a weekend nor would I so I can't speak to the crowds during those times.
