I am writing to express my frustration with how a recent refund was handled. I ordered a bundle deal through the online Burger King website, which was delivered by DoorDash. The order arrived missing two Cheese Whoppers and a large fountain drink. DoorDash support attempted to contact the restaurant for a redelivery, but Burger King did not answer, so I requested a refund. I received an email from Burger King support offering a $10 coupon specifically for my "inconvenience," which I accepted. However, support later used this acceptance to claim the $10 covered the cost of the missing food, denying me a proper refund. It took five days of disputing this misleading tactic before I finally received a partial cash refund to my payment card. To make matters worse, the promised $10 inconvenience coupon, they sent me a the coupon but used it as partial payment for the missing food instead of giving me a cash refund. The coupon was never actually sent for my 'inconvenience' like they claimed it was a trick to avoid paying me back in cash. We visited today after an appointment at the bank. Ordered and rec'd an order made wrong. Then, I looked at the receipt to see if the missing cheese had been charged. I noticed my Husband had been charged for a more expensive meal. I asked about the charge and was met with sarcasm and meanness. After they finally realized their mistake, the lady said to me "It's only like 15 cents". I asked her if that meant they weren't going to do anything. The other lady reached into her pocket and said "HERE! You need your 15 cents"? Oh my gosh! And by the way, the difference was 20 cents. And yes. I did want it back. Very disappointed, when we got there although the place was clean and they were creative with the ice cream (see picture I ate some of the cone), the food was downright AWFUL, My onion rings were COLD AS HECK ALONG WITH MY FRIES I watched how put each fry in the cup and THEY. What can I say it's fast food it wasn't the worst and it wasn't the best. We did have an issue someone actually took a bite out of our cookie and put it in the bag so when we were in the parking lot and packing our food we were shocked to find a bit and cookie we went back through the drive-through spoke with the manager who is very nice and very friendly his name was Brandon he replace the whole order except for the cookie because they were still cooking and they had no more unfortunately everything in the bag was for my friend who is driving the car except for me I ordered the cookies so I'm not in that area often up in Marysville to just swing by and get another set of cookies but thank you Brandon for being an upstanding manager by the way I still want my cookie read more

I want to start out by saying I get fast food workers have a tough job. They can often be understaffed, overworked, and underpaid. Not to mention the difficult customers they have to deal with daily. So I get it- it's rough. I still expect to get my order right and when it's not correct, things are done to fix it. My husband got my order earlier this week and when I opened up my burger there was only cheese and onions- nothing else. My husband drove back and just paid for another whole meal for me, and when I opened it up at home again, it was wrong. Tried to call to speak with someone and the number wasn't working. Stopped by the next day and spoke with the manager Cynthia who said there was nothing she could do and walked away.
