We visited today after an appointment at the bank. Ordered and rec'd an order made wrong. Then, I looked at the receipt to see if the missing cheese had been charged. I noticed my Husband had been charged for a more expensive meal. I asked about the charge and was met with sarcasm and meanness. After they finally realized their mistake, the lady said to me "It's only like 15 cents". I asked her if that meant they weren't going to do anything. The other lady reached into her pocket and said "HERE! You need your 15 cents"? Oh my gosh! And by the way, the difference was 20 cents. And yes. I did want it back. What can I say it's fast food it wasn't the worst and it wasn't the best. I want to start out by saying I get fast food workers have a tough job. They can often be understaffed, overworked, and underpaid. Not to mention the difficult customers they have to deal with daily. So I get it- it's rough. I still expect to get my order right and when it's not correct, things are done to fix it. My husband got my order earlier this week and when I opened up my burger there was only cheese and onions- nothing else. My husband drove back and just paid for another whole meal for me, and when I opened it up at home again, it was wrong. Tried to call to speak with someone and the number wasn't working. Okay so I go to Burger King at 11 pm and they are very backed up. Their intercoms is down and it said on the note they needed to take one order at a time because of this. So after 20 min of waiting in line I call the place and ask very nicely if maybe I could help by putting in my order now.
