Mediocre pizza- deserving of 1-star and I'll explain. We ordered pizza for delivery. There was no…read moreissues with the delivery, but the pizza was terrible. I want to warn you that they use a low-quality par baked pizza crust. Their website says dough is rolled out daily, but this can't be the truth. I know a par baked crust pizza because of the manufactured nature- pin holes on the bottom, nearly perfect round pies, no air pockets (bubbles) in the crust edge after cooking, and the worst, common offense, raw spots in the dough after cooking. When you use garbage ingredients like this the result is a terrible pie. We ordered from Mountain Mike's because we thought it was a local pizza shop. The business name is misleading for a mountain town. However, after the disappointing pizza I discovered it's a California chain. No offense to franchise pizza joints, some pass, however Mountain Mike's does not. This is simply put- bad pizza and nothing that a franchise owner could do to correct. At least now you can make a better informed decision on if you should patronize this place.

It was 1/2 the cost of other places in Park City for way better food and experiences. Order the flat bread. I don't care what "side" You pair it with- order it. Reservations probably required for foreseeable future. Just make them.

The sourdough crust is spot-on: light, airy with just the right chew and those signature leopard-spotted char marks that show real care in the oven. No heavy toppings here--just pure, simple ingredients done exceptionally well. The confit garlic cloves melt into creamy, almost buttery pockets of flavor, and the fresh oregano adds a bright, herbaceous lift that keeps every bite balanced and never overwhelming. It's the kind of minimalist pizza that reminds you why classics endure: high-quality tomatoes, perfectly confited garlic (so much better than raw or even roasted), and restrained seasoning let the flavors shine. Vegan-friendly too, if that's your thing--no cheese, no fuss, just incredible taste. The vibe at Matilda matches the food--relaxed, welcoming, with great service and a cozy spot that's ideal for a casual dinner or sharing a few plates. If you're in Park City and craving something thoughtful yet unfussy, head here and order the Marinara. You won't be disappointed--it's pure comfort elevated

We rented an Alpenglobe, which costs an additional $35 for the weekdays and $50 for the weekend. It's one of those temperature controlled outdoor bubble structures that has a cute chandelier inside. We had fun, and the rain in the background made it even more fun. For appetizers, we shared the Bruschetta, which was well crafted and had good flavor. I had the Quattro Formaggi pizza with pepperoni added, which tasted amazing. My husband loved his Lasagna, which matched the description of "Meaty and American." My daughter scarfed down her spaghetti and garlic bread. We paired our meal with a bottle of Pino Grigio. My husband loved his Tirimisu as well, and my daughter got the largest "small" portion of ice cream that I've ever seen. Our meal came out to around $150 before tip, which wasn't bad for all the food we ordered. We left with a few boxes of leftovers. We'll be back.

One unique feature of this restaurant is the option (when available) to dine inside a yurt (some call it a "snow globe") for an additional $35. I'm honestly glad I chose not to do that. The food was average at best, and I would have been disappointed if I had paid extra for the yurt experience on top of it. As for the food, the Caesar salad was terrible! It barely qualified as a Caesar--yes, it had romaine lettuce, but the plate and salad were warm, it included tomatoes and onions (which don't belong in a traditional Caesar), and the dressing tasted like it came straight from a bottle. The mac and cheese, meatballs, and pizza were all just average as well.
