3.5/5 delicious! i made it, so i like it LMAO but yes this was a good location and the pizza itself is delicious! really great service when we went. seemed like a young kid with glasses and a backwards hat and he was running the line, calling orders, keeping them organized. taking stars off bc the dough is pretty thin and soft, would be better if it was a thicker crust. maybe i'm just big back but i was expecting a bigger pizza. also, the toppings were pretty uneven. cheese didn't cover the whole pizza and hardly any basil on it even though i requested it. BUT this is a GREAT option for vegetarians i was so happy to find it while on my trip to park city read more

MOD Pizza - vegetarian regular crust - Fast Food Near Me - Park City, Utah

I've been going here for years and I've seen a massive downfall. The service has been horrible, and the food has been equally as horrible. Today when I went in the two workers one of them being the manager didn't help acknowledge me for at least five minutes when I was the only one in line. They are barely putting on any cheese now I asked for extra and this is what it look like And this is what it's been looking like for the past few months. I removed my old five star review from a couple years ago because mod does not deserve that anymore. the prices are ridiculously expensive now to. Two 12 inch pizzas and two drinks ended up being $50. I have been a regular at this restaurant for nearly a decade and it's sad to say that today will be my last visit. read more

Pizza was mediocre. But what was worse is they overcharged us! The receipt makes no sense at all and when I asked the worker he said it was a known problem to IT and he will let them know. He did reimburse us but if we hadn't done some math in our head we would've gotten overcharged by more than $5. read more

Great service, great food. Ordered 3 pizzas and for whatever reason the first one ordered took unreasonably long. I was patient and didn't say anything, yet before I knew it a worker brought it over with an apology as well as free dessert. I respect the acknowledgment of a long wait time without my involvement. read more

They were short staffed when we went on 1/5, they had a sign outside the door that they were going to have to close earlier than usual. The pizza was hot, crust was crispy and yummy. I was skeptical with my choices but it turned out really good! One BIG PLUS was that everyone working there had a mask on. Thank you for keeping everyone safe! read more

MOD Pizza - Build your own MOD pizzas - Fast Food Near Me - Park City, Utah

I love the concept of this place. It's kind of like pizza meets Subway. It's walk up service and you can either select a pizza off the menu or come up your own. They have loads of toppings to choose from so everyone's happy. They even offer cauliflower crust. My pizza was a modified Jasper with the standard crust. Delicious. The crust was light and crispy. The staff were friendly and the pizzas came out pretty quick. Our server, Katie, did an awesome job and made sure our orders came out as expected. They have a good amount of seating available for those who want to sit and eat. Great place to bring the family after a day on the slopes if you want to avoid the Park City center area which is crowded and expensive. read more

I love MOD, I travel all over the country and eat at different locations. I also observe people handling food and their careless actions. At the PC MOD (which I frequent once a week when home) I have complained via the customer service portal several times and it just happened again.... Workers are handling food making the pizzas and salads, then turn walk to the cash register, handle transactions (cards, cash, receipts), touching handles, the walls, their faces, body, etc.... Then walk back to making a pizza.... Train your employees! Ask your pizza maker to change their gloves! I have on several occasions. read more

Came here after a long day of exploring the town. This place was super busy but so was everything else around. There were several people in front of us who order a large order which backed up several orders which was kind of crappy. When we finally placed our order, they were so busy with all the orders that they accidentally burned my pizza. The guy offered to make me another one free of charge. Once it was done, he brought it to our table. This location was also pretty dirty with food on the ground which was nasty. Also the woman's bathroom was closed. Food was OK but I personally wouldn't come back here. Also the parking lot was packed due to other business that it is shared with. Keep in mind that this place is located right next to a ski resort and a lot of people will be here during ski season (and other places near by as well, order ahead if you can). read more

MOD Pizza - Pizza on the ground, they could clean it up. #SMH - Fast Food Near Me - Park City, Utah

I've been to a different location before, but this location was probably one of the most unpleasant. They were extremely slow doing much of anything. Food tasted ok but it took a while for them to get people through the line on top of the wait time for the pizza which ended up with burnt crust. We were excited to eat some pizza but this location was just a let down. Not really sure what the health protocols are here, but the girl making our order had her hair all in her face the whole time and kept pulling it back with her arm and all I could see was hair hair hair and crossing my fingers it didnt get in the pizza. They weren't overly friendly either, as though it was an inconvenience people came to eat at their establishment. There was a lot of people behind the counter, but really only 1-2 people doing anything of substance. We ended up sitting outside because the inside floor had napkins all on them and looked not clean. Even outside there was trash out there. We ended up getting a wet rag and cleaning down the table. read more

I love this place! The crust is cracker thin. Bf you out all the toppings on that you want. Sauce choices are many: pesto, balsamic fig glaze, hot honey, etc... The staff is helpful and friendly, and the place is modern and clean. Highly recommended! read more

Fresh ingredients, delicious pizza and salad. Exactly what my family needed. The workers didn't look too happy though.

If you want a quick make your own pizza this is the place to go. Is it the best pizza ever? No. But it's a decent quick meal. Not the friendliest service ever. Both times I've eaten in, everyone working seems annoyed to be working. But food came out in good time. And don't forget to get the Mod cake. So yummy! read more

Couldn't get the order right! I had to ask for my green salad (lettuce & ranch only!) FOUR times! Our pizza order was also incorrect. We ordered, and paid for 3 beers only to find out they are out. Good thing was, cashier only charged us for one. I overheard another customer who ordered wine and again cashier charged them without knowing they don't have any. I found it utterly disgusting the employees working the assembly line for the pizza/salad with long hair hanging out of their hats. And then they would pull up their masks with their hands that had gloves on that is touching my food. So unsanitary!!! The pizza was below average - paper thin cracker crust with very little taste. The (new) cauliflower power salad was awful! It was not fresh tasting at all! We were excited to try MOD pizza but checked that one off our list and won't come again! We would've had a better experience buying frozen pizza from the grocery store. read more

Came with an 11 year old and a 14 year old for lunch. Loved it!!! Very friendly staff who explained how it works. I'm second in line and have been waiting here for about 20 minutes now while the staff ignore the line of customers (which is now out the door) to make other orders. Super lame. We're going to have to bail soon or eat in the car (if we ever get to order). Update: We're to the front of the line 25 minutes in and they told is they have to make about a dozen online orders before they can help us. This place sucks. Don't waste your time. I love MOD Pizza, but the service at this particular location is hit or miss. It's an equal mix of really good workers and incompetents. If you get the latter, it will be a frustrating experience. MOD Pizza - Mmmm build your own! - Fast Food Near Me - Park City, Utah

Went for dinner last night...worst experience I've had at any Mod Pizza. My girlfriend's pizza was supposed to be drizzled with a vinaigrette. Instead half of her pizza was SOAKED, and the other half untouched. So she ate half...dipping it in the other half. And threw the other half away. And my pizza had a requested topping on two of the four slices. Seriously? read more

VERY DISAPPOINTING PIZZA: My daughter and I both ordered our own "mini pizza". We new we were in trouble when the girl pulled out the "crusts" which looked like minuscule, desiccated, week-old tortillas obtained from the nearest elementary school, post-expiration. She then proceeded to sprinkle - and I do mean "sprinkle" - the sauce, cheese and toppings onto this strange anorexic starch disk. When I requested "extra cheese", she begrudgingly took a pinch of mozzarella between her thumb and forefinger and "flicked it" onto both of our scantily decorated crusts. Then into the oven. Of course mine was burnt and had to be remade. I should have cut my losses there. To summarize: Anyone ever see a NutriSystem "pizza"? Yeah, brought back some bad memories. SERVICE: The young lady who initially served us and made our "pizzas" seemed like she would be happier working without pay in secret underground alien blood labs. Of course she was wearing a mask, but you could tell by her eyes that she wasn't smiling, and probably hasn't since taking this job. Nobody else at this place seemed any happier, including the guy running the oven who was either very depressed, very stoned or (possibly) both. Curious about trying MOD Pizza? Here's a better idea. Stay home, take out those stale corn tortillas sitting in the back of your fridge, spread some ketchup over them, sprinkle about a half ounce of cheese over each one and then zap them in your microwave for about 30-60 seconds too long. And there it is - you've now had a MOD Pizza. (And, you spared yourself the pretention, depression and ridiculous expense - can't beat that!) Barring the DIY route, just go to your local Applebee's and order off the kids menu - still better than what you'll get here. Lousy place.. lousy pizza. read more

Let's just start by saying, I work in a high capacity pizza place in a busy city. I can respect hard work and good service, and I can recognize when it's not up to par. Walked on the front half of a dinner rush, but things were already chaotic. It seemed as if the start line was as unorganized as could be, and the finish line even worse. We ordered 3 pizzas and a salad. When you advertise your business as "fast" it should be that way. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food, and two of the pizzas sat in a box for 10+ minutes, with incorrect toppings, and getting cold. I would have asked them to remake them but i fear it would have sent the establishment into complete chaos. This business is in serious need of a reorganized, structured system so that during a diner rush, your customers aren't the ones telling your employees how to make their own menu correctly. The pizza taste overall was 7.5/10. Not a complete disappointment, but we won't be back until the staff learns how to handle a dinner rush in a correct fashion. read more

We had a great experience on August 9, 2021. Management seemed to care that one employee was being lazy, ( we didn't take notice) but more than understood. It was late at night and they were cleaning the floors and got our pizzas and salad out quickly and all the toppings were great and we were stuffed from the amount. We will definitely be back. read more

This review is about one employee in particular, not the quality of the food. The pizzas are wonderful and most of the employees are friendly or even amazing, except one. I do not know his name, so I will describe what he looks like: He wears glasses, typically has colored hair, and wears a bandana on his head. I've had several interactions with him where he is just condescending and rude. The straw that broke the camels back was when he spoke to my wife a few days ago like she was ignorant. He seemingly hates his job, does not like anyone that he interacts with, and is rude just about every time I am in there. My wife said that she always has a moment of disappointment when she sees that he is working. I have similar feelings about him. This is really disappointing because I enjoy the pizza. And to reiterate, he is the only one that I/we feel this way about. Everyone else there is wonderful. Recommendation to management: replace this guy. It will make your establishment so much more enjoyable. read more

Glad to see quick pizza place with a fun vibe. Cool to watch them make it in front if you. Good price, but we like our pizza toppings cooked. This was barely melted cheese and kinda warmed meat toppings. We might try it again and ask for them to bake it longer. read more

Design your own pizza? Yes, please! I had a mini mod size pizza, which I was afraid would not be enough, but it was just right, especially since I'm trying to be mindful about how many carbs I eat. It took about five minutes to get our pizzas after ordering them. I felt indulgent, and rationalized that since I was eating fewer carbs, I could be a bad boy with sugar, so I ordered the "no name cake," which kind of looked like an indulgent brownie. It turned out to taste remarkably similar to a Hostess Ding Dong, so it was nothing special. At least, I think that's what it tasted like, since I don't think I've had one of those since high school about one hundred years ago. This place had high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. It must really be beautiful in the winter with the snow on the mountains. read more
