Sea of fries. The only thing in our order that they got right. Alien not included

This place in Park City is kind of a cross between a Chuck E. Cheese and a work camp for socially awkward teens. I have been here several times to make sure I had a good cross-section of dates and times and the experience has been consistently horrible. Health Warning: Make sure you have plenty of fresh Imodium if you eat the free peanuts. For those of you recently returned form the gulag or a desert island, opened cases of these roasted peanuts are there for all patrons. I watched kids lick their fingers and dig into the nuts with bare hands, people have sneezed into the boxes and I actually saw one adult open several peanuts while waiting in line, eat the nuts and throw the shells back in the box. GROSS. The tables are wiped by a Stevie Wonder trainee (Not intending to disrespect the Stevie, BTW) but apparently hitting 40 pct of the table with a filthy rag counts as sterilization in this place. The burgers have NEVER been built properly for any of my dining companions and I wonder if a condiment of "pickles" is achieved with one anemic see through cuke slice. Sautéed onions are always conspicuously absent and the various other toppings are randomly assigned to any burger in the order leaving the patrons to assign, by lottery, the winning burger because none of them are marked in the bag before the fries are thrown on top and crowned by an empty cup that I guess you are supposed to use to collect the fries in as you spelunk to the top of the first burger. At least at In-n-Out, the teen order takers have adult supervision, but in this place I suspect the adults are bound with duct tape and locked in the broom closet. Don't even get me started on the inconsiderate patrons who push and shove their way through the queues at the drink bar and I certainly hope you can hover above the toilet as the restrooms are so filthy that it'll put you off the food here even if you haven't eaten for a week. Don't forget the overflowing trash cans, sports fans. All for eight bucks for a burger what a bargain - NOT! Wasatch Bagels has a much better burger for less money and a staff that is friendly and is actually old enough to drive.

    Decent burgers, great fries

Decent middle of the road burger joint. Nothing crazy good except the Cajun fries. A little expensive and a single burger will leave you hungry. Get two or a double. Good service, not too dirty. Nothing to write home but decent food.

    Soda area and outside.

Super expensive but super good. Small fry was enough for two people. Burgers were soft and tasty.

The donut circle was made up of small pieces of the dough, giving it a scalloped appearance. It was enjoyable to pull off a piece with each bite. That part kinda reminded me of pull apart bread..? Seriously, such a fun mashup of two treats in one. I have no idea how they made the texture so good but I'm craving another mochinut. We went in the middle of the day, and the lady immediately rushed out and greeted us. Very good service, clean facility. Fresh mochi donuts were seen in the glass case, and examples were at the front of the shop by the register. We ordered 6 donuts, and we chose plain, the s'more, maple, chocolate topped, and the dragonfruit. All were delightful.

But they one employee working (maybe the owner) totally knew the product and how to ring us up. It was a smooth transaction. This strip mall location is more than just a counter to go. There is a cafe with some table top seating. There you can enjoy boba, Korean dogs, or their namesake mochinut "donuts". They didn't have their hot dogs today because it was their soft opening, which is on the top of my list to try. So we took a 6-pack of mochinuts to try a variety of flavors. We had never had Mochinut before, even though it's a national chain. Mochinut are made from rice flour, making them chewier than a traditional wheat flour donut. The mochinut distinct feature is their string-of-pearls look. The look is fun and I can see the novelty to their brand, but the overall flavor of the dough isn't that special in my opinion. The mochinuts are also quite expensive at $3 per piece. Service: 5 Ambiance: 4 Food: 2 (only rating mochinuts) I will return to try their hot dogs, but I won't be back for their donuts.

They were phenomenal with great flavors that paired together and portion sizes were perfect! A woman came out to take our order while licking her fingers, which was not a great first impression. Communication was also extremely difficult, as neither of the two employees working appeared to speak enough English to understand basic questions or concerns. When our food arrived, both meals had the wrong side orders. We had ordered sweet potato fries but received regular fries instead. The biggest issue was my brisket sandwich. It contained very little actual meat and was mostly fat. The brisket was tough and difficult to eat, and the orange cheese on top wasn't even fully melted. The employee watched as I picked large pieces of fat out of the sandwich, yet when I brought it back and explained that the meat was mostly fat, tough, and simply unacceptable, she just smiled blankly and appeared unable to understand what I was saying. The second employee was unable to help as well. In the end, we spent $42 and essentially ate a handful of fries. The food quality, incorrect order, lack of communication, and inability to address a customer complaint made for a very poor dining experience. Wasatch Bagel has been added to our personal "do not return" restaurant list.

They're not kidding when they say their lobsters are fresh! Other than the taste, my next favorite thing about their lobster rolls is the quantity. Finally, I have found a lobster roll place that does not skimp! Truly, that fact alone makes it a rare find. Other than lobster rolls, they also serve soup, salads, crab rolls, etc. I had the lobster bisque, which wasn't bad either. The blueberry bbq chicken salad was fine. To be transparent, this place is not cheap, especially not their lobster rolls. However, they pack it on and the quality is unmatched. I wouldn't say I would dine here every due to the sheer high prices, but whenever I am in town, I always try to stop by my favorite lobster roll place ever! PS - I have been to Boston where they claim they are home to the lobster rolls. Nonetheless, Freshies here in Park City, Utah does it better.

For reheated frozen food and needing to bus your own dishes, I was a little disappointed. Service was friendly! We came right when they opened and paid almost $300 for a meal for 6 people. The clam chowder (5/5) was flavorful and well-salted, and chockful of potatoes and meat. The bisque (3/5) was not nearly as flavorful or delicious-- it needed way more salt and creaminess. We each had either a lobster roll or lobster sliders as our main entree, but those were just pretty average lobster rolls. I think they could've been more buttery and salty. The salad that we got was really good! Overall, would not come back but happy to at least try Freshie's.

Genuinely the worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant…read more Let me start with the fact that I've only ever left 5 star reviews at restaurants because of great service. I work in the restaurant industry, so I really appreciate good service and I always tip well, and I take reviews seriously. We confirmed ahead of time that Sammy's could seat our party of ten -- they said "just come." On top of that, their Google profile said they were animal friendly, so I assumed my service animal would be well received. When we arrived with most of our group and the rest just minutes away, we were immediately seated. But then things fell apart. After being seated, we were told we shouldn't have been seated until our full party arrived -- despite the staff being the ones who seated us. When we asked if Emilia wanted us to stand back up and wait in the lobby, she said no, don't worry about it. Yet we felt like a burden the entire meal. The staff seemed frustrated with us rather than accommodating. To make matters worse, my chicken parm -- which they tout as their most famous dish -- arrived cold and watery. I ended up replacing it with the kids' chicken nuggets, which ironically tasted far better. The biggest issue was our server, Emilia. She repeatedly shamed me for having my service animal -- a trained epilepsy detection dog who was quiet, well-behaved, and doing exactly what he's trained to do: staying by my side. I was stunned and humiliated. On top of all that, they refused to split the check for a party of ten -- a completely standard request. When I asked to speak with a manager, Emilia said they weren't available and that she would be talking to them about my service animal. Management, please reach out if you want to make this right. I felt singled out and humiliated. I won't be back, and I'd encourage anyone with a service animal to think twice before dining here.
