When I arrived I was instantly greeted by Talia at the drive-thru. I ordered a breakfast quesadilla and cheesy potato breakfast burrito-- Talia suggested that a lot of people add sour cream to the breakfast items. I was really thankful for the suggestion and she was very patient and easy to talk to. I guess you could say she's my Taco Bell psychologist; she makes sure I understand the impact of my actions and shows me I control my experience here.. she assures me all I have to do is ask--and she'll make it happen. She makes sure my day starts off the right way, with peace of mind. Except that the coffee machine is broken today... but its for my own good. She persuades me to replace the stimulant-filled mistake with orange juice. For some, Taco Bell is a religion, and if you're not happy with this religion, it it might be because you're not familiar enough with its precepts, or you're not partaking of the sacrament as often as you should be. Yes, I am a breakfast defector and I am quite proud of it. My fiance' hasn't had Taco Bell breakfast yet. And since today we're gonna be hitting The Canyons hella hard, we're gonna need to start with a damn good breakfast. 2 sausage crunch wrap meal please. Both with coffee,, cream and sugar for my boo and I like mine the way I like my women. Both come with Cinnabon jobbies. Those are to die for. Plus the breakfast brunch wraps are just phenomenally out of this world. Yea, it might not be holding down the most primo of all corners, but yes, I drove a little bit out of the way to get the better breakfast. Plus, the staff was very nice. I'm a sucker for good Taco Bell and this place has delivered twice. My favorite part of this place is the table outside overlooking a beautiful view of Park City. EAT OUTSIDE. I like the touch screens to order your food to keep social distancing in place for ordering. They're great at it. I love a good cheesy Gordita, a hard shell wrapped around a soft tortilla. Yum. Not bad for a Taco Bell. The crunchy tacos were probably some of the best I have had from this chain. I also ordered a beefy 5 layer and this was the best I have had from Taco Bell. The food here exceeds that of others I have been to. The restaurant itself was well maintained. Tidy but not the most clean feeling. Getting to this location is a bit of a challenge. Came in at 1:00 PM on a Sunday. No other customers were in store and no one was at cashier station. I had to call out 3 times to get someone to take my order. The drive-thru person was very nice, but 3 others were chatting in the back room and couldn't be bothered to wait on customers. Food was fine for a Taco Bell. View is fantastic from dining room. Went through drive through at about 945 am. I ordered a bacon breakfast crunchwrap. When I pulled up to the window I paid and was asked to pull around to the front because they were making it fresh. The girl brought it to me out front, (she was nice but very unenthusiastic like she had better things to be doing than working) when I ate it the hash browns were old and barely lukewarm. Really it seemed like they had tried to refry it. It was so crunchy that it probably had the potential to cut my gums open. Okay so little exaggeration but not far from the truth. I love Taco Bell, I haven't been in awhile and decided to go there for lunch. I went through the drive up. I ordered a beef quesalupa with a reg baja blast freeze. I felt a little bad for the person working the window, but they had no idea what was going on. They charged me for a large freeze instead, whatever at that point I didn't care because I had been waiting for so long. I get back to work and notice there is barely any meat or anything else in the taco. They skimped pretty bad with that one. I work the night shift in the area here and have been here more then a few times over the last few years and it's had its ups n downs with service but never with the food. But tonight I had a good reason to make a yelp review for a taco bell. Right now they have a few girls working the window with a female manager, all super friendly, but tonight my card wouldn't work for some reason but instead of turning me down or making run to a atm the manager comps my meal and wishes me luck on my night shift. While I understand that this is Taco Bell, this is probably one of the most appalling talk about life and in my life. For starters we walked into a dirty dining room. There were no other people in the establishment at the time we dined. It's about 10 minutes to get our food and then another 5 to 10 minutes trying to get the attention of someone to clean the dining room so we have somewhere to sit. On top of that they were not paying attention to the other patrons of the dining room at that point in a line started to form while no one was at the register. There are more enthralled with the drive-through then with the people standing in the actual dining room. Once her food was given to us we had to send it back to to the fact that some of it was cold in the cheese was chunky. The people that were behind us in line received their food order when we finished eating and they were more in the dining room they were going to be there for quite some time. One of the workers in the back was complaining about how they were understaffed and yelling at the other two. Overall I would never ever set foot into this place again and less if I plan on taking 45 minutes for a taco. read more
