We order around 9pm on a Tuesday night via mobile app. We picked up through the drive thru. We ordered a baconator meal and a biggie bag with a crispy chicken sandwich and spicy nuggets. We got back to our hotel 9 minutes away and realized the chicken patty was hard and cold. The fries and nuggets were old and cold as well. The baconator was missing ketchup and mayo. The only things that came out as expected were the sodas and frosty. I acknowledge this is a fast food joint and isn't some fire star restaurant but chicken falling below safe temperatures is concerning and was such a disappointment. We decided to submit a complaint through the app/corporate rather than the restaurant after reading the reviews. read more

There are always issues, once I placed an order in the drive thru, waited 10 minutes, got to the window and they told me they couldn't take credit cards at the drive thru, it was cash only. I would have to wait 5 more minutes to get out of the drive thru, park and go inside to order. I have a condo across the street from this location so I come here a lot for a cheap, fast meal. While the food is pretty good at this location, the staff is HORRIBLE across the board. The manager is just as clueless as her employees. Get ready for a huge backup inside and an even longer wait at the drive-thru. Seriously, if you see more than one car in line, go somewhere else. The employees are ill-trained (they even chew gum while working) and not friendly. They don't seem to be well versed or even understand the basics of the menu (last week I heard one worker arguing with a customer over whether the Baconator comes with two patties or not -- it does--but she wanted to charge the customer extra money for the "second patty"). Food takes forever to get prepared, resulting in many a meltdown for families with kiddos in tow. This location is often out of basic supplies, like salad dressings, straws, cups, napkins and ketchup. One day I wanted a salad and they said they were closing in 2 hours and didn't want to make more. Get ready to be told that "we're out" over and over again. What's truly horrendous is that this restaurant is always FILTHY. No, not just dirty: I'm talking FILTHY, with sticky tables, overflowing trash cans, moldy smelling soda, and more. Went by this morning for breakfast and, as other reviewers shared, it seems like there is one person working in the entire restaurant. We drove up to the drive thru where the customer in front of us wanted to back up. That should have been our sign. Drove up to the speaker and was told it would be a few minutes. We sat there for a long while and finally lost our patience and yelled hello with no answer. As we left we saw the car in the front of the line finally leave. Hopefully the management of this location gets some help to feed their customers. McDonald's had a line of 8 cars in each lane and there was pretty much constant movement through the line. This location did not have the lobby open so we had to do the drive thru. NOTE: This drive thru barely fit my full sized truck as it has a sharp turn to maneuver, so a dually would be a challenge or a truck with big tires. Food was ok, but not great. Nice staff read more

We were in the drive thru line for a half an hour. They said their frosty was not working properly. But we didn't order a frosty. They should have had the people in front of us waiting for a frosty to leave the line and wait in the front so we could get our food and not wait forever. Not fast food. Where is the manager? Make better decisions. Clear your drive thru line faster. Plus when we got home the food order was wrong. We ordered a plain burger and it had all the toppings on it which was not how we ordered it. We used google maps and just when we had given up hope of finding this, it appeared in the middle of nowhere. Behind a gas Station kind of obscure. The drive through shouldn't have been approved by the City, narrow with jagged rocks. You could see where MANY cars had hit them. However, the staff was super friendly and efficient. The fries were cold, the hamburgers were cold, the buns tasted stale. For fast food all I ask is decent flavor, cleanliness and hot food. This Wendy's failed. I will never come here again. Easily the worst performing Wendy's I've ever been to.... and we live nearby and visit often (only Wendy's in town). Service is always slow, tables are never clean, etc. Staff is super nice but one has to wait forever (even in a short line).... regardless of the time of day.... in the restaurant or in the drive thru. We went in with 3 families. Took over 30 mins to order. The manager was very rude to the staff and costumers. Soda machine was leaking everywhere.
