But every time we go, we have to double check that the pizza is what we ordered, and chase down any other components, such as salad, salad dressing, garlic butter... The employees refuse to make eye contact or greet you in any way. Today, our pizza was only partially wrapped, with the ends uncovered; salad and butter both had to be chased down (once we finally got an employee's attention), and the dressing I paid for was nowhere to be found once we got the pizza home. For everyone else who will continue to patronize this place, improve your customer service. But you've messed up our order for the last time. read more

Good food. Got home and realized they forgot some items. Went back within 15 minutes about 30 minutes before they closed and the two young gentleman that were there completely ignored me. Have always enjoyed the pizzas at Papa Murphy's and the value is exceptional. But, last night we enjoyed a Cowboy Pizza and got ready to have some cookies. I opened up the lid to the dough and found a lump of dough with 4 finger prints shoved into the top the dough. I certainly hope you wear gloves as you load up the tubs. It is a shocking sight to see when you pop the lid. And another subject, why is tipping not allowed in your store. Never been to Papa Murphy's that I did not tip. Your employees deserve to be stipend to a living wage with the help of gratuities. read more

First of all- the manager of this place is seriously rude. This is the second time (and LAST) that my husband and I have both become extremely sick after eating at this Papa Murphy's. Extreme stomach cramps and vomiting. Feels like food poisoning. I don't know what's going on at this Papa Murphy's, but it's absolutely the poorest ran branch I've ever been to. Went for pizza tonight. I called and ordered first, because we had a coupon and wanted to make sure it was still valid. When the girl rang me up, I asked her if they charged $9 for that little salad. She said no, only $5. So they overcharged me by $4 for my pizza. I asked them to void the transaction and refund it, then charge me correctly. Her boss came over and said nothing they could do. Very frustrating to have nothing but kids working in an establishment, when they can't figure out how to treat a customer correctly. Won't be going back there. read more

I am somewhat hacked at the moment. I have ordered the same pizza, the same way now for a very long time. I call to get an order to go because the website does not give you an option for a medium pizza. I ordered a Medium Garlic Chicken on thin crust. Easy, right? NOT. The employee said I can't have your pizza on thin crust, we do not make thin crust for medium pizzas. I explained that's how I have always ordered it, and that is what I've received. He said, don't you read our signs in the store? I said no, because I order over the phone. He said again, that I can not have the pizza on thin crust. Wow! That is where I begin with this place, is simply Wow! My wife and I wanted a pizza while we were at home, and decided to run here and get one of their take and bake pizzas. I ordered a stuff crust Sausage, Pepperoni and Ham pizza, Large. I figured it would be some anorexic looking thing as it is with most other places in town. This pizza had to weigh at least 5 pounds, and it was packed with awesome flavor and tons of ingredients. This pizza tasted phenomenal. It's probably a good thing Papa Murphy's doesn't bake their own pizza, otherwise the other gag-nasty places like (Domino's, Pizza Hut, Little Caesars) would be out of business. read more

Last week I tried their Smokin' Aloha pizza here in Cheyenne. It was fantastic! Probably the best pizza i have had from a chain pizza place. The employees were very friendly and polite. The service was very good and I received the pizza in record time. I will return for this pizza! read more

The pizza is always great-tasting and warrants more than 2 stars, but I have grown disgusted with the service in this store in Cheyenne. Slow and rude is what I would say about the staff of teenagers who work there, and if you're just dropping in to get a pizza--forget about it! So many people call in their orders (probably so they won't have to sit in the store and wait) that you're order will constantly be moved to the bottom of the list. The last time I went in, I waited 35 minutes for my pizza to be made! That's longer than it needs to bake in the oven! I shudder at the thought of going back and waiting for what is otherwise terrific pizza. Advise one to call ahead. read more

the pizza is always good. I do however could not believe the disorganization when we entered Friday. People who called in their orders were waiting for their orders to even be started. there was an older gentlemen who sat and watched people go in and out and after 40 minutes asked for his money back. I on the other hand watched people who ordered after me leave before me. One customer even told the guy when she got her pizza that I was there before her. The actual icing on the cake was watching the store manager and what I believe to be another associate walk out the side door go get in a car and leave. I really believe that if your store manager had knowledge of how hectic things were that she should have stepped up got out there and started helping make pizzas to help her staff out I mean for goodness sakes it wasn't even four in the afternoon yet. read more
