Tried the curbside delivery...so much for that. After waiting for 5+ minutes in the parking lot with our hazards on we finally headed inside to pick up our items. All items were pulled out of the warmer and had clearly been ready for a while. Several employees saw our vehicle with the hazards on and no one made a move to bring our food out. I miss this Domino's. If I were could, I'd give it 10 stars. Before the one on Yellowstone opened (not on Yelp yet!?!) this was our Domino's. Never more than 30 minutes, despite the fact we live near Hobbs Elementary. (Since I can't give 10 & I don't want to skew your rating, I've edited this to five stars to reflect how I feel about the Pershing location.) Heck, even when Pershing was remodeled & our pies came from The Domino's by King Soopers, it was never more than a half an hour. But I'm not reviewing the Pershing location; I had to choose it since Yellowstone's not available on Yelp. Yellowstone Domino's gets one star. I ordered our pies an HOUR ago. According to the "tracker" the order was quality checked for approximately 20 minutes? The driver left the store at 6:01; it's not 6:20. I could've walked to the location in this amount of time. This has now happened on multiple occasions, and call us crazy, we've given them the benefit of the doubt. When I first moved there, I delivered pies in Denver. NOT ONCE did it take an hour to deliver an order six or sixteen blocks, even in a 3M population city, in winter with snow & ice on the roads. I understand being busy, but an hour? WTH? People order pizza because it's awesome & supposed to take only about a half-hour to get one's food. No more "That order didn't go the way we planned." No more free pizzas because you can't deliver. No more hour long waits. No more. If you're the franchise owner or manager of Yellowstone Domino's, (or know them) you've lost our business. read more

I should have looked at my order more thoroughly and/or did a taste test! I ordered a New Yorker 16" with Pep and Garlic Parmesan classic wings. The pizza sat for so long the grease had already went through the box. My wings were not what I ordered, because these wings had Caesar Salad Dressing on them, not Garlic and Parmesan. This was your last chance with our families and you failed with flying colors!. read more

Staying at the Spring Hill Suites. Ordered on line. The time frame for receiving the Pizza was certainly quick enough. Had ordered a 2 liter Sprite to have with Pizza. It didn't come. Delivery man said he would go an get on at the store down the street. While I appreciate that he got it done quickly, the 10 minutes it took before we had a beverage was both unnecessary and far too long. We ordered the 16" and LARGEST pizza they make. Could not believe they cut their LARGEST pizza into a mere 6 slices. It made me question if it really was the X-tra large pizza Delivery man was surprised that it was only 6 slices, which is what they cut also cut the medium. Cutting into more appropriate size slices with a plastic hotel knife is annoying. read more

I wish I could give it no stars. I placed my order and had to wait over an hour to receive it and then never did! I called to complain and they hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager who didn't apologize for his employees and their terrible customer service but made excuses and began yelling at me! Will never order from here again and am contacting corporate about this in the morning. read more

Ordered delivery. It was on time, hot, etc. However, I found a piece of hard plastic about a quarter of an inch long in the pizza. Thought it was an especially hard piece of bottom crust until I took it out of my mouth. Yuck. Needless to say, never ordering from here again. read more

Terrible customer service. I live east of town a little ways and have had pizza delivered to my address by the Pizza Hut on Western Way. Unfortunately they recently have made some changes with how phones are routed and you end up trying to order from an Indian guy at a call center. It's too big of a hassle to order alot of times so I decided to try Dominos. I initially called the Dell Range store and was told the Pershing store is who should be delivering my order so I called the Pershing store. I spoke to an associate who identified me by my phone number. Gave him my new address and made sure they would be able to deliver to me, which they said they could. Completed my order and advised in would be paying cash. After 1 hour and 15 minutes I decided I should probably call and see why my pizza had not been delivered. Apparently in that timeframe my phone number, name, and address was now non-existent in their system and I was told I never placed an order with them. They then advised me that my address was in the delivery area for the Dell Range store who originally transferred me to them and had the gall to suggest that I had called the wrong store and that my order might have been placed at the Dell Range store. So at this point I'm now 1.5 hours into this pizza ordering endeavor so I call the Dell Range store and am able to place an order... or so I think. Turns out after confirming the address and placing the order, I ask if he is sure they can deliever and now they actually can't deliver to my address. So long story short, I get it, I live a few miles outside of town. Pizza Hut delivers here, but ordering from them is onpar with Congress trying to amend the ACA. Dominos however will lose your information as well as the entire order and then try to make you feel stupid. I sometimes order Dominos for my employees at work but may reconsider after this escapade. read more

I received a brownie that was BLACK on the bottom and tasted burnt. I called to tell them and see if I could get a new one and they told me that is how their brownies were made. They continued to say the burnt taste was normal and that it is always made like that....I ordered last week and it wasnt like that. Terrible customer service. read more

Would not recommend this location at all. I ordered pizza here from several times and paid with my credit card for the pizza then tipped the driver in cash. When my card was charged it had several dollars extra charged to it. I guess the employees decided on their own they deserved more. read more

From Chi-town to CFD! Looking for take out pizza later on a Sunday nite in Cheyenne...Dominos! Found one close to the fairgrounds. Went in, a really friendly blonde haired young man was working the register. Placed the usual thin crust with black olives pizza and veggie sandwich order. 10 minutes later, a sweet young lady handed me the food and we were heading back for the nite. The on-line ordering service was very user friendly. Not only were we able to find the products that we wanted to order but we were able to find coupons for those products as well. The delivery time was great! Our food was delivered 5 minutes faster then the time indicated on our computer. I really enjoyed paying for our purchase on-line. The food was hot and delicious. I tell you what... This pizza service was so good it made me right a good review for it. After many horrible experiences this dominos truly came through. Online ordering was easy as 1,2,3. Got the food very fast. Not only did they have my pizza and lava cakes, but they threw in plates, peppers, paramsen cheese, and a fork for the cakes that was placed in the box. Food was hot and absolutely delicious. Will order from again!!!! Don't ever order from pizza hut on Yellowstone unless you want to eat garbage. Cheers! read more

Very upset with these guys. My son wanted pizza for dinner for his 6th birthday, we ordered from Dominos. I ordered it at 7:20 and didnt see my food till 8:30. At 7:55 I was called saying that my food was on the way. I called an asked them at 7:25 what the hold up was and I was told that it was going to take an additional 15 to 20 mins before I would get my food. It was cold and tasted terrible by the time we recived our food. The managers refused to do anything for me and all they said was sorry. Worat customer I have had in a long time. read more

We live a couple of miles out of town and Dominos on Pershing Blvd in Cheyenne is the only pizza place we've found that will deliver to us. They admitted that we are a bit outside of their normal delivery area, but they are willing to go the little bit of extra distance for our business. We really appreciate it and will keep coming back.
