I called to say, "Hey, my pizza's auditioning for a role as a burnt offering," and the guy hits me with, "Bring it back to prove it." Prove it?! What is this, court? Should I hire a lawyer and present Exhibit A: The Pizza Formerly Known As Edible? Look, I didn't order a pizza with extra smoke damage. All I wanted was dinner, not an experiment in cremation. Management clearly thinks customer service is a myth, like Bigfoot or hot, fresh food from this place. Never again. I like my pizza with a little crisp--not PTSD. Almost $10 for three regular drinks? I ordered a pizza delivery and it arrived burned. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to the manager and the owner who said that there was no way the pizza was burned. They said I needed to "prove it" by bringing the pizza back to the restaurant. Instead of offering to remake the pizza or refund my money, they laughed, argued and encouraged me to go into the restaurant so they could prove me wrong. I felt threatened and did not go to the store. I threw away the pizza and we had no dinner. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism. I also posted a review on FB and the owner argued and insulted several other people who had written about the very same complaints. I will never give this place another dime. Beware, these people are unprofessional, looking for a fight and try to draw you back to the store so they can bully you. These are very unstable individuals! read more

Recently moved to Cheyenne and found this pizza joint. Was really impressed by the friendly service and the quality of the food. The crest is crispy and reminds me of New York pizza. The sauce is bomb and all of the toppings are abundant and flavorful. I have been there now 3 times and it has never lacked. I will definitely recommend this pizza place to anyone who wants to try something different from the typical pizza places here in Cheyenne. You need to try it!!!! read more

Being from right outside of Manhattan, we KNOW good pizza. The pizza here is okay. Lots of cheese (which I like), and a good tasting crust. We also got parm sandwiches. There wasn't enough cheese on the meatball parm or it just all stuck to the foil but the bread and the meat tasted good. The chicken parm was just grilled chicken...where I'm from you'll never find an unbreaded piece of chicken in a chicken parm..so that was disappointing but still, not bad. Overall, this is a good place to get a quick pizza for the fam. They are fairly priced and it's definitely better than dominoes. We would eat here again. read more

And had several big bubbles of dough on it with No cheese or toppings on it. Coming from the NYC / New Jersey area, this restaurant does a good job with their pizza crust recipe and their authentic Italian tomato sauces. The good: Kimbra is AMAZING and tried her best to make sure she did not forget about us. She alone is 5 stars. Now the bad: Friday night 2/9/24, we called in our order at 5:45 and were told that it would be ready in 45 minutes. We arrived at 6:20ish, paid, and waited and waited. We watched other customers come in and get their call ahead orders, as we sat waiting. As people came in to order they were told 45 minutes and then soon an hour and a half. By 7, we still did not have our pizzas. We were told several times that it was coming out soon. Finally by 7:20 we were able to feed our 5 small kids. Had we not already paid, we would have gone somewhere else to eat. The bad thing is this isn't the first time we had an experience like this, in fact the last time we were there the owner lost his cool and started yelling at his employees because of how far behind the orders were. It is unfortunate that our favorite pizza place has gone down hill. This will be the last time we eat at Parkway. Apologies only go so far when you wait over 2 hours for your 2XL cheese pizzas. read more

The food was below average. Pasta was overcooked to mush. I think I was over charged as I ordered just the house salad and ended up with salad and bread which turned out to be $9.00. Thank goodness for the bread as that was the only good thing. Child running around with dad chasing her. They have one of those claw machines and she played with that which was fine but then the owner took his turn and didn't win and proceeded to around the next 15 minutes beating the machinations he broke it. Lasagna tastes like rubber. The place used to be good back in the day but after the revamp it's not worth going to.

After avoiding this place for several years because of the ludacris wait times and then constantly forgetting parts of our order, we attempted to go back after they were under new management. The exact same things still occur. Only half of our order was received and they told us the rest was being put in the oven. 10min later we were told again it was being put it the oven. After reminding the staff we were still waiting on food, we received half of our remaining order. Had to wait another 5min to receive doughy, under cooked pepperoni rolls. Parkway Pizza is under new management so we decided to give them a try. I have doubts about how clean the place is and , on an 8 inch roll, they managed to only put a small scoop of meat on the middle 4 inches and served the sandwich with a small helping of broken potato chips. None of the employees or owner were wearing gloves and the owner had his fingers on the food to keep it from sliding off the plate. What clinched it was when a few of the counter employees appeared startled by something they saw on the floor. They called someone from the back, who I assume was a cook. He stood there for a few seconds staring and then stepped on something while trying to appear nonchalant. We won't be going back. read more

I obviously asked my boyfriend what this thing was, and he said it looked like a choppy torn piece of sausage. So not like anyone is allergic, but I for 1 can't have meat because I get way ill and my body can't "break it down" for use of better words. So whatever, fine, things happen. When I called just now, we'll, like 10 minutes ago, to ask if this was a normal thing~ Or why it wasn't in our other marinara sauce~ The girl picked up the phone and as I was saying "hi!" she said , "We're closed." And so I started to respond, "oh I'm so sorry! and have a great rest of your weekend......" She already Smashed the phone down. So sucky, because though I never do this review thing, I do always make sure I call and speak to the manager or owner or whomever to let them know how Awesome and how happy we are! Ever since they renovated the place, it seems the food has taken a nose dive. No longer can you see pizzas out so you can choose a slice for them to heat up. Every single table in the place tonight was filthy I asked for a rag to clean our table and the girl at the counter handed me a rag that was almost dry. The pizza and pepperoni rolls are just not like they used to be. I won't be darkening the door of this place anymore if I want a piece of NY style pizza. I'll go to the other place where I can view and select the pizza I want from behind the glass. I've seen other reviews saying this is the best East Coast pizza in town. It definitely is not. I went in on a Sunday afternoon and ordered a calzone waited 30 minutes to get the wrong calzone. Then all I got was bad attitude from the store manager who could care less. I Received a calzone with mushrooms which I am allergic to and He didn't offer any apology or refund, he offered to make a new one but I didn't have 30 minutes to wait for a second one. Went here on the recommendation of a coworker, despite the mixed reviews on yelp. Trust Yelp on this one. What I assume was the manager was yelling obscenities in the back about a coworker, they got the toppings wrong on my pizza, and the staff were overall rude. Attitude reflects leadership I guess. The pizza was really good but I did find a hair in the baked ziti. It was baked in at the bottom and not my hair color at all so I was pretty upset. To start, this place used to have the best pizza in town. We ordered a meat lovers with mushrooms added. When the pizza arrived it was luke warm and was short on toppings. In fact it looked like half the the pizza wasn't even topped, the other half looked like a mushroom pizza with a sprinkle of meat. We called the them to identify the issues and were on hold for 12 minutes, to be told by the manager we need to complain through door dash. When I asked why we had to be on hold for 12 minutes, before being told that " I don't know why you were on hold that long"...no apology, no let's make it right etc. Do not waste your money on this pizza, it's not the same place it used to be.
