Smooth transaction. Pizza was ready when scheduled and order was correct. Don't expect gourmet at this chain but really enjoy their thin crust pizza. We order gourmet vegetarian and swap out one ingredient for sausage. Very cost effective and convenient for a work night meal. Minimal contact with staff but that is as it should be for take out/pick up. They make it very convenient. read more

Family sized stuffed pizza The crust doesn't even reach the edge and the toppings and sauce are 3 inches from the edge. This is why I don't buy pizza from here. Mind you I used a promo code and I didn't tip so that's probably why. read more

service is extremely curt and rude. they will not allow you to choose your crust. i have a feeling its bc they dont want to bother with it. quality is middling; pizza did not match the topping quantities displayed in the advertising. 2 pizzas are $40 and you still have to bake at home. not sure why its more expensive than competitors when the ingredient quality is similar. id recommend skipping and going to a different franchise location. honestly was a negative start to the weekend read more

The pizza tasted like some cardboard you'd get from a homeless guy in Seattle. The "lady" Diana wouldn't stop talking about her recent trip, all the other workers were asking her about sex and what happened. It was extremely inappropriate, my son heard the entire thing, when she turned to help me she didn't apologize and was rude the entire time taking my order. This location is particularly different from all other papa Murphy locations. I'm not sure why they're breaking from the franchise model, not only with the recipe but with their customer service skills. All other locations include a coupon with the purchase pizza, but not this location. I inquired and they said the owner just doesn't care. Tonight I witnessed what seem to be arguing between two employees and it made the customers in the lobby feel awkward. They were very vocal with their opinions about another customer whom they just finished helping and I overheard them. I think I'll drive 2 miles north next time to get my papa Murphy's pizza read more

Forget about pizza delivery or pizza from the grocery store!!! We've been here 3 times now. Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! When I stopped last nite, I had a coupon for a $10 Cowboy pizza, but I wanted to get half all meat & half without red sauce. They honored their Tuesday $10 pizza deal that was expired. That's great customer service!!! Update: My husband's favorite is "Papa's All Meat," and mine is one of the white sauce ones w/chicken. He gets jipped on his half, so we have to remind them that we're not getting what we paid for (see photo). Tip to Manager: My last half was only bacon, chicken, & tomato. What pizza is that? I was greeted by Reese. I rarely go to Papa Murphy's, so of course I had some questions. Reese answered my questions, short and sweet, not to be confused with rude mind you. I was a walk in, I visited after reading other reviews. Rusti, whom also built most my pizza pie - very mellow, but I also gathered he was decently green (new). I waited about ten mins to get my food while others came and got their online orders, no issues. I mentioned allergies to them and they seemed to be very attentive to it, respectfully, not considering it a burden to them. Reese had a wealth of knowledge and even gave me some cooking tips for different textures of the pie. I was treated well. I'd say it could be a little cleaner (in general), store looked great though. Staff I dealt with was friendly and instead of walking me (kicking rocks) coached me. I'll be back, after I do my survey for my coupon. read more

Forget what the other person said about the manager. I have been coming to this location for years and "Angel" the manager is just making sure these younger/newer workers make the best quality pizzas and provide top notch service! She has been there a long time and the service and pizzas from this location are as good as they look in the TV commercials thanks to good management and ownership! I have been to many other Papa Murphy's locations and they aren't anywhere near as good as this one. Don't change a thing at the South Auburn location. You guys are doing everything right there! I called in an order today and they said it would be ten minutes. I waited 15 minutes went and my order wasn't ready. There was literally 5 workers two standing around just staring. While there were 3 people who called in their orders waiting for them to be made. My 4 year old was watching them literally throw stuff on pizzas and one of the workers literally looked at us and said "what?!" I've been tomplenty of papa murphys this was by far the worst service I've ever experienced. read more

It would've got a 5 star but I called yesterday to purchase dough to make calzones at home and the young man on the phone suggested I buy 4 family size pizza doughs as they don't sell it by the pound therm told me it would $22 dollars. So, they were going to charge me for the whole pizza price when i only wanted enough dough to make 4 calzones? We went to Safeway and for the dough for $1.99 a pound. I've been going to Papa Murphy's in various cities since they formed in 1995. Although they are franchised, I have NEVER been to one that CLOSES BEFORE THEIR POSTED CLOSING TIME. However, tonight (6/21/2017) the on duty manager found it appropriate to close somewhere between 30 minutes to a FULL HOUR before they were supposed to (9pm). We tried calling at 830pm to order a pizza, and there was no answer. I arrived at the location at 840pm to order in-person, but they were already closed and not just a little bit. The lights were completely out, and nobody was in the building whatsoever at all. Everything had already been packed up, put away, till counted, and everything.There was no note left for customers as to why they would do this either. I sincerely hope that the franchisee reads this, because it looks like they really need to fire someone. read more

I ordered my pizza and paid for it online. I called them when I arrived to let them know I had arrived and they brought it directly to my car. Especially during this Covid-19 nightmare, I appreciated the personal touch they gave my pizza order. I called on Tuesday and asked what the special was, they told me any large for $10 so I ordered half pepperoni half Hawaiian and I would pick up in 30 minutes on my way to a party. As it turns out I was unable to pick it up so I called back and apologized but said I could pick it up the following day if they tossed it in the fridge for me. I didn't think it was fair to make them waste a pizza and they said that was fine. The following day I stopped by and they said it was $14. I said no, I was told $10. They said sorry but that was yesterday, today its $14. Really guys? I'm trying to help you out. Party is over, I have no use for this pizza other then to eat it all myself and at this point its a day old. Why stick it to me and raise the price? I'm trying to be fair with you and you dick me over. To top it off the employee didnt seem to care at all about how happy the customer is. I'll be going elsewhere for my pizza needs in the future. I always enjoy a Papa Murphy's pizza because I can bake it and it's hot. But that is not the reasons for a rating of 3 out 5. Your employee Tayzi needs to learn to be more engaged in her work No hello how are you no smiles during the visit when I asked how is your day barely said anything and when I as led if it has been a tough day she just shrugged her shoulders and barely said anything. I always have a good experience at this Papa Murphy's. The staff is great! They all seem to work hard, take their job seriously. They are courteous. The food is great - tasty and consistent. We like to get the Vegetarian D'light with red sauce and add chicken. It's cheaper if you order online. read more

I get that it's game day. But the unprofessionalism of the gals by the register was frustrating to watch. Instead of complaining about being weeded, keep your head down and hands working. Deep breaths help a bunch too. We ordered our pizza and hour and a half ago and when I showed up was told it will still be 30-40 minutes. It's game day folks preparation is key.
