When I got there, I immediately noticed my order sitting on the counter with the box already opened and not placed in a warmer. It remained there for about 15 minutes while staff seemed unaware.Eventually, the manager and another employee realized that the fries had never been cooked. Instead of addressing the situation properly, the male worker tried to quickly prepare fries to go with what was now a cold Meat Lover's Melt. He even offered to reheat the melt, which I declined, requesting a fresh one instead.When my replacement order was being prepared, I also asked for fresh fries since the original batch had been sitting out the entire time. At that point, the manager became rude and argumentative. Her attitude was unprofessional, and it was clear she did not value customer service. I felt completely unwelcome due to her behavior.After finally receiving my order--after waiting a total of 30 minutes--I politely said thank you. The manager responded by rolling her eyes and saying nothing, making it seem like she just wanted me out of the store.I returned shortly after leaving to request the store owner's contact information so I could report the incident. The manager refused to provide a phone number or full name, only stating that the owner's first name was Ernesto and that he "may or may not" call me back. Her dismissive attitude continued throughout this interaction.To make matters worse, when I got home, the food was completely inedible. I was staying a mile from the Pizza Hut. THINK ON THIS --(PICK IT UP!) you will enjoy it. I bought a small pizza and drink for $21.00 and received it COLD. I could have gone out for a full steak dinner for that. I WILL START HAVING STEAK INSTEAD.
