At that point, the manager became rude and argumentative. Her attitude was unprofessional, and it was clear she did not value customer service. I felt completely unwelcome due to her behavior.After finally receiving my order--after waiting a total of 30 minutes--I politely said thank you. The manager responded by rolling her eyes and saying nothing, making it seem like she just wanted me out of the store.I returned shortly after leaving to request the store owner's contact information so I could report the incident. The manager refused to provide a phone number or full name, only stating that the owner's first name was Ernesto and that he "may or may not" call me back. Her dismissive attitude continued throughout this interaction.To make matters worse, when I got home, the food was completely inedible.
