Our online orders have never been wrong and are ALWAYS customized pizzas because I'm picky!! Lol. Anytime i have had to call they have always been so friendly and accommodating. I choose papa John's because of the pizza and there are options for other pizzas, but i keep choosing to deliver because this location has always been so prompt and my order isn't wrong. read more

Pizzas arrived cold and our Blondie was over baked where it was just a hard crust. First and only time I'll order from here.

This has to be the worse Papa John's I have ever visited, the cash is rude and very unprofessional with customers, the timeframe of ordering a pizza online is not accurate, so don't believe the pick up timeframe read more

first and last time ever ordering from this location. Terrible all around and I understand the 2 star review. food arrived cold and they forgot part of my order. driver said he would bring it but never showed up with it. tried to call the store and just got hung up on multiple times and could hear them complaining about me calling in the background. "Manager" refused to refund for the item I never received and said if I wanted a refund for the cold food, I'd need to bring it back up there. I explained how my house was hit by the hurricane and I don't have a car. they don't care. I asked for the corporate number and was told "they will tell you the same thing". Just save the headache and don't order from there. I found the corporate number on my own and called them anyway. read more

Ordered for delivery. Stuffed crust extra pepperoni. After over an hour of waiting, I called the shop to see what was up. They hung up on me twice. After a third call, they said it was on its way. After over an hour. I asked to speak to the manager as I wasn't happy with the response. She tried to blame me and my phone connection for the issue. Pretty much pissed me off. She accepted no responsibility for an over hour long delivery time. Finally, the extra pepperoni stuffed crust pizza arrived. Delivery person was very nice, but the pizza itself had about 10 or 12 pieces of pepperoni on it. Not extra in my book. The final excuse was....it is dinner time and we are the only papa johns in the area. I guess there is a reason for that. My last time ordering from them. Pic included of the "EXTRA PEPPERONI " read more

Papa Johns Pizza - "Extra Pepperoni " - Pizza Near Me - Pooler, Georgia

0 stars! Worst experience ever! I ordered a pepperoni heart pizza and cheese bread for Valentine's day...none of the crew even greeted the customers...somebody had to call them! When the owner came, I told him and he said it will be ready in 15 minutes. When the pizza was finally ready and I took it home, to my horror, there was no pepperoni on the pizza, there was a thumbprint on it. The cheese bread had a portion that was distorted. This is not the first time; one past time when I ordered, the pepperocini was missing and only it's stub was present...like some kid working there chewed on it. I tried to call the store several times and nobody picked up. I'm going to escalate this to the corporate level Papa Johns because no other papa johns (or pizza places for the matter) has given me this experience! I want my money back! read more

So I places an order for two pizzas and cinnamon pull part. We'll pizza was left on the ground by door dash. Didn't even know the pizza was outside until I got a text saying the driver handed it to me in my hands, lie then after picking up our dinner off the ground and open the box, I was like WTF. So ill never order from papa John again. read more

Awesome delivery driver and the pizza tasted awesome. Very polite driver and he wished me a merry Christmas and happy New Year's

Pizza delivered without garlic sauce that was clearing marked on the box label. Called and the manager refused to deliver as I was told that they don't deliver individual garlic sauce even though it was part of the price and they didn't deliver / fulfill the order. How is it my issue to deal with even though his staff screwed up? Never order from them again. read more

I travel a lot and like to grab a pizza every now and then. I'm a big fan of Papa John's, but after reading the reviews I almost skipped it. But I risked it anyway, and I was very pleased. I stayed away from the mobile app and delivery (based on the reviews) - called the store directly and ordered it for pickup. Ordered a large pizza and cinnamon pull aparts. Order was ready when I arrived (abt 15mins) and was fresh. read more

Papa Johns Pizza - I received my pizza and could not eat part of it because the pizza was cold and burnt. - Pizza Near Me - Pooler, Georgia

I like PJ pizza but this is the worst store I ever used. Very skimpy on ingredients, delivery is slow and takes a long time.

We ordered online and the pizza arrived with in the Minimum time given. All the meat was left off our pizza. since we were only a mile away, we drove to the location, Morgan's corner in Pooler ga. I was not upset I just wanted our pizza the way we ordered it. The manager apologized and asked a few times if he could give us anything for free to make up for the error. I said no, We just wanted our pizza. 10 min later we had it, I checked and our order was correct. But with our first bite we knew we would not be coming to this location again. It was over cooked and so chewy we could hardly eat it. We had nothing else for dinner. It didn't even taste like a Papa Johns pizza, which we love. It was tough and flavorless. SMH... all this and not to mention the shenanigans going on by the young men who worked there, I feared they were not paying attention to their job and our second pizza would not be right either, and I was right. read more

Ordered a Papadilla Philly Cheese Saturday night Jan. 7 Not even one piece of roast beef in the filling. I can understand if a place is busy but there's no excuse for this sorryness. No I didn't take it back and complain. The evidence said all that was necessary. read more

Ordered pizza and wings for delivery on 1/13/22. Couldn't get anyone on the phone; placed an internet order. Stated it would arrive in 35-44 minutes. Arrived after 70 minutes, but just the pizza. Delivery man said he would come right back with the wings. He never did. Pizza was cold. Room temp cold, and it was a cold night. Pizza wasn't cut! No pepperocini item that usually comes with Papa Johns pizza. No sauce. No peppers/ cheese in little packets. Tried to call to complain. Tried probably ten times, both that night, and on 1/14 and today on 1/17. Never got anyone on the phone. Would never consider ordering from this location again, and made me feel pretty down on Papa Johns in general. read more

Not sure this is even a Papa John's issue or a bigger issue due to staff shortage. We ordered a small order, just one large pizza at 7:22 pm. We were informed at 9:15 pm that our order was on the way via Door Dash. The pizza tracker was very accurate, however once "on the way", we were able to see on the tracker the Door Dash driver pass right by our neighborhood to go 20 mins away, I'm assuming to deliver other orders. We are still waiting at 9:35 for our one pizza and tracker says it won't be here til after 10. It was a huge mistake on my part not going to just pick up the pizza. Probably the last time we'll be ordering pizza or any type of delivery service for a while. It's not even worth it anymore, just cook at home. Such strange times we're living in. read more

I am extremely disappointed. It took over two hours to deliver a medium cheese pizza that was not good at all, it had some random spinach and some other burnt ingredient on the pizza. When I called about the time it was taking for delivery, the manager got all defensive stating that I was told how long the pizza would take which was an absolute lie. Next time I'll eat frozen pizza, it would taste ten times better and and won't take 2 hours. read more

I placed an order that was never received. I followed the tracking updates that were provided. Once I saw the tracking updated as delivered, I checked outside and there wasn't a delivery. Once again I asked for extra sauce and what i.got had hardly any sauce at all. 5 out of 10 times they don't read the part of the ticket where it says extra sause. I hate a dry pizza and it's not what I ordered. And when I called to complain they tried to blame it on the driver. I said the driver has nothing to so with the order being made wrong. The driver didn't make the pizza. That's a new low to try and throw the driver under the bus! I order from there SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK!!! They just lost my business. read more

Whenever you call the number listed, you are directed to someone that is not even local. I called 3 times to get in touch with the Pooler location at Morgan's Corner and after the transfer, the phone was answered then immediately hung up. My order number was 959427955. The Door Dash delivery took almost an hour and a half. When it arrived, it was not hot, not even warm. The driver showed with his cell phone in his hand, a do rag on his head, his pants hanging off his ass (I am black by the way) and just handed the pizza to me without saying hello, eat shit and die, nothing. He looked like a deer in the headlights when I asked where the soda was when asking. He proceeded to look down at his phone commenting, "they didn't give me no soda, sorry about that". Didn't say let me call, nothing. I know customer service and that was definitely not it. If you can't place your order in person, watch them make it, and be sure you get what you ordered, I suggest you go somewhere else. I totally understand that some restaurants are suffering; especially when it comes to delivery drivers, but they need to take a little more time with the places they choose because all it's going to do is cause them to lose good customers. P.S. - Janie U., your review was over 2 years ago, and The Good S review was over a year ago. These "positive" reviews are the only 2 and must not be from my City of Pooler, GA. We all know that businesses, especially restaurants have been impacted due to COVID over the past 2 years, but should service suffer as well? read more

Awful, undercooked pizza dough, missing toppings, delivery over an hour. Missing 2 liter soda - driver did not return with it after stated he would. Notified manager by phone..... I usually don't papa johns but Marcos was closed for delivery at the time. I WON'T TRY PAPA JOHNS AGAIN. read more

Papa jokes should be their name, that place is a f joke. +2.5 hours waiting and never got our food. Delivery order took about 2.25 hours on a quoted delivery time of 75 min. Lukewarm when it arrived. Meh.

Very disappointed by the size delivered. Looks like they found a new mini for a medium size, thin crest while it should be a hand tossed. The round is more like a large tortilla, that's about it. Papa john's can do better I suppose.. read more

The pizzas here are starting to get a little pricey here and I'm wondering if they raised the cost for the delivery fee? Hmmm, just thinking out loud right now, but it's still the best tasting pizza around, in my humble opinion. Incidentally, one of the order takers here is a real whiz on the phone, she has great personality and is really on the ball. Unfortunately, she makes the other order takers pale in comparison. Management: get this girl to train the others in how its done, and get rid of the robots. And oh, yeah--get rid of that way too loud, annoying commercial advertising loop playing on your hold system ... it hurts my ears and makes me want to hang up. read more

Pizza is the best by far. Customer service is great! But you could step up the bread stick game.

Walked in, gave my Order to someone else then got me to pay for a different pizza with different toppings then got my order wrong I didn't want chicken wings just my pizza they couldn't even get right, then behind the counter a women gave me the death stare cause I wanted to take something off my order I didn't want to order in the first place and she stared me down the whole time I was inside waiting for my pizza, got home still the wrong pizza worst experience ever and I will tell everyone not to come here if they ask me. I've ordered from here a few times and have never really had a problem, but today I see why this place only has three stars. They didn't even cut my pizza! I'll attach a picture. On top of that, I hand the delivery man a twenty dollar bill to pay for my $11.21 pizza and he gives me change back and tells me I owe him 21 cents. I almost walked to my car and got the twenty one cents but realized I had already gone out of my way enough by walking down to the parking lot saving him from completing the delivery by walking up stairs, gave him a dollar back to cover the 21 cents, which clearly is not right. Oh and instead of handing the pizza to me, he put it on the ground between our feet. The manager had an attitude when I called but gave me a free pizza for my troubles. That free pizza is what gave this place 3 stars, otherwise it would have been a measly two. read more

Papa Johns Pizza - They cut 1 slice! 1 slice! That's it! Manager tried to deny, saying she'd cut it. Photographic evidence. - Pizza Near Me - Pooler, Georgia

Let me tell you. This is the most unprofessional pizza joint. I'd honestly rather have little Caesar's. They cancelled my order as it was on the way to me! For no reason. Ok got our money back. Decided to give them one more chance. Ordered a pizza half no onion. I saw the half picture by the no onion because I can't eat onions, when the order was delivered onions on the entire thing. I called up I kid u not for 30mins. I got sent to a call center and then directed to the store for no one to answer. I understand the pandemic has made businesses short staffed but my goodness. I was being redirected to the call center in a continuous loop. Even tried the next morning. Eventually I went to the store to bring the pizza back and the "local supervisor" immediately had an attitude, was non apologetic about anything. He threw the receipt on the table and said "you didn't put half no onions" it's right there. I told him I do not care what the receipt said I know what I selected. He looked me in my face and said well what do you want me to do about it. I said you don't even have to remake the pizza Bc clearly he was the only one in the store and frustrated. He said he will not give me my money back! IM TRYING TO EASE YOUR STRESS MAN. I was about to go off. Like 1. you're telling me I messed up when I know for a fact I did not. 2. Nobody answered the phone to resolve the issue when I called multiple times 3. It's an inconvenience to me Bc I have to drive up here with the pizza and explain everything4. He's being a jerk and cocky about the entire thing like they had no blame. I was pissed. Thankfully my boyfriend was with me and took over the situation before there was a scene and he reluctantly agreed to remake the pizza. When I tell you NEVER again. This was the worst experience I've had being talked to and treated like that. He does not deserve to be anyones supervisor talking to loyal customers like that read more
