Everything but the pizza was very good. Salad was nicely dressed (albeit piled very high on plate and impossible to eat gracefully). Helpful staff helped me pick the right cider for my tastes and my friend enjoyed her white wine. Dining area is casual and uncluttered; restroom clean (unscented soap would be appreciated as you eat pizza with your hands). Alas, the pizza was a disappointment, mostly because the crust was flaccid and soggy in the center and pallid at the edges. The red sauce was quite peppery but otherwise had a good flavor. High quality toppings, but crust and oven heat need work.

I have found my slice of pizza heaven at RBC Pizza. I've had their pizza and garlic knots several times and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Sometimes I can't wait to get home and dig into the knots right away-so garlicky and yum! The pizza is always crisp on the bottom and the sauce has a great tomato flavor without a ton of unnecessary herbs and the best part is, the sauce is NOT SWEET!!! I judge any Italian place - whether it's a high end restaurant or a basic pizza place by the quality of their sauce, and this is a 9.5/10*. If you're looking for fantastic NY style pizza, don't miss my go-to, RBC Pizza! (*my 10/10 sauce is Buon Appettito in Chantilly).
