We had ordered ultimate pizza and the all meats pizza tonight. While eating the all meats pizza, my son and I noticed there were some onions in there. I called to check if I had made the mistake, but I didn't. As it turned out the place was short staffed. Topher who answered the call was very kind and apologized and explained that due to their short staff some onions may have accidentally gotten on our food. I didn't ask for anything in return but he was kind enough to provide credit for free pizza in the future. This franchise is the most in undependable pizza joint I have ever tried to get ahold of in my life. From the time I ordered until the pizza arrived in relentlessly attempted to get some additional items ordered. The phone just rang and rang. Tucked away in a little strip mall towards the end of the Walmart parking lot area is this Papa John's. Not only did I not know Papa John's was here, but I had completely missed this strip of stores! Go figure. I swung by here once to pick up some pizza with friends. The order was on time, accurate, and the pizza was good. As good as Papa John's can be. The location itself is clean and bright. Employees were fine. No complaints. Typical Papa John's. I don't usually order from here because prices are a bit higher than competing pizza places, but it's good to have when other people pick it up to share. read more

I gotta love Papa Johns. I use their app. I log into their site. I order my consistent pizza no matter what city/state I am in. It is the Starbucks of Pizza to me. If you do login to place orders you earn reward points you can spend of free food, drink, and even pizza. LOVE IT. This specific store actually delivers when we have work meetings in the Horse Park if I am not mistaken. On this specific check in, I stopped here after volleyball one night just so I could get some grub to take home. The staff was friendly and nice. We chatted a bit while they cooked my pizzas. The food itself was perfect and exactly what I had ordered. Thanks guys/gals. Much appreciated. Keep up the awsome work. read more

July 14th, attempted to order a pizza on there website for the Baseball All Star game, got a message stating they are closed. I called there number, and they said they are open, so I went to place an order, when it came to tell them it was for pick up, they said you cannot pick up at our location. I said sure you can. They said we don't allow it at this hour, its delivery only. I said so so I have to pay a delivery fee, etc at this hour. They said yes, so I said Ill order elsewhere. read more

Could be better. Waited an hr last Friday with no complaints on time. Just to receive an pizza that had to have been dropped.

We have ordered delivery from this location multiple times and have always had a good experience, until tonight. We called to order a pizza and the girl immediately told us to hold on after collecting our address. Obviously she thought she had actually put us on hold because we heard her say "do you want me to just tell them we don't deliver there?" She then tried to tell us we were outside the delivery area despite us having had deliveries multiple times within the last month and living less than 4 miles from the location. We did not question her and promptly canceled our order, thinking perhaps we had called the wrong store. Turns out it was the correct store and by using the online order form we are able to get pizza delivered. (Which would not work if we were actually "outside the delivery area") The customer service is appalling. read more

On super bowl Sunday, my family had a group of around 15 close friends over for our annual party. We usually do it as a pot luck but decided to just order from the local papa johns. We placed an order at 6pm, called more than 5 times, each time waiting over 15 minutes to speak to a manager. After 2 hours, I finally spoke to someone who was not a manager, and they explained that delivery orders had been suspended since around 6. At that point I was frustrated but not angry, only when the "manager" said that they could not offer me any sort of recompense and I heard the staff calling me stupid while they assumed I was on hold or mute. I mentioned it to the manager, and he said that he would do corrective action. Too bad they then laughed in th back ground. The I was i frustrated. I called the complaint line and an email from the GM of that store came through. In short, he offered me, and I'm quoting, "any type, any time, any quantity" credit on my account. Today, I called an placed an order for 16 pizzas, mentioning my account credit. I was placed on hold 4 times, for a minimum of 6 minutes each time before they called for approval from the GM, Adam Boikin. He told the papa johns associate to talk me down, but to place the order of we wouldn't come down. In fairness, I lowered the number of pizzas and offered to pick them up. They said no, and told me I could take 5, single topping pizzas or take nothing. I took the 5 topping pizzas and I will never do business with this store, or papa johns again. read more

This store does not even deserve a star but this review won't post without something.We will not return to this store unless something is done to improve this store because of how disgusting the service was. We never did have the opportunity to try the product because the staff ignored us the whole time we were waiting and even after we made a comment to them, Are we invisible ?? They still ignored us and even had employees walk out and smoke the return and ignore us again !!! We didn't stay after 25 minutes of waiting and being insulted,we went to Pizza Hut and had excellent service with a great deal !!! Papa John's of 108 Osbourne Way is a joke !!! Beware customers !!!! Perfect place to be ignored and stand around if that's your thing. read more
