Took forever to deliver, cold when it arrived, and I guess they are too lazy to cut the pizza!! One and done don't waste your money

If we get pizza, we always order from this location & usually get carry out, but recently had them deliver to us & we were impressed with how fast they brought our pizzas! We also ordered a large amount for some young adults who were helping us clean up our leaves this fall & again, pizza was ready in a half hour & everything was great! I'm only giving 4 stars because the wings aren't that great, but the pizza has always been great! read more

Terrible service. The high school kids working there are extremely apathetic and anemic. I won't be ordering pizza from here again and most probably shouldn't either. read more

Ordered contactless delivery with instructions to ring the doorbell. No one rang the doorbell and the pizza boxes were left DIRECTLY ON THE GROUND on my porch when there are three chairs there. Not to mention there is supposed to be a cardboard platform with contactless delivery. No knock or doorbell ring...I knew my pizza was there because some time had passed and I checked the delivery tracker. Very disappointing! read more

Spot on. Order and delivery was fast. Added ranch to order instead of garlic with no charge. Used promo code from retailmenot so got an awesome pizza for $9.99. I only posted reviews bc of the negative ones. People always post negative but not positive read more

We ordered two months ago and didn't receive our drink, but paid for it. Manager said next time we ordered we'd get it for free. Next order 6 weeks ago, girl on phone asked manager to fix it and take price of drink off, said she was currently doing it. Got receipt and pizza and drink, but paid for it again. Ordered tonight to finally get our free drink, and manager said it had been too long. The manager's word was no longer good, couldn't even get a discount to cover the money we had lost. Would rather not take off a couple bucks than lose a customer. Pathetic service. The manager claimed he couldn't do anything, highly doubt it. Only a few bucks, but they lost a customer to this issue that could've been fixed. read more

Placed a order online, but the iPad messed up somehow. It tried to give a $18.00 tip. I'm all for tipping a delivery driver well, but this is higher than the order total. Called the store to try to correct the tip, but the manager on duty (Adam) thought that being condescending and disrespectful was a better route than apologetic and helpful. I tried calling back to resolve the issue, and was threatened with being banned from ordering from there again. I've contacted corporate over the matter, but as long as Adam works there(or his friends, it's a really small town), my business will go to Pizza Hut! God knows I don't want spit in my food! read more

We went to the Papa John's company website and typed in our physical address and every time we get a search it stated our location does not exist. We know our location exist because Papa John's always delivers to our location, since our location is one of the biggest businesses in that Simpson County area. After several attempts and no results of been told that we do not exist, we decided to take a chance and call. After 30 minutesof online presence and now on the phone we are towed it will be a hour plus wait to get a pizza. So because of this we decided not to get a pizza and then it was already 8 o'clock and already had a previous batteries up with another pizza company also and Simpson County Franklin. Me nor my coworkers was able to have anything for our dinner this night. So what I recommend this location to other people,? I am still currently deciding so I killed this location at three star rating. read more

Papa John's is the best pizza place in town. The pizza is awesome. We eat it at least once a week. The only downside is that there are a lot of new employees and sometimes the service is extremely slow. That is pretty rare though. read more

I will not be ordering from them ever again. The drivers do not follow the rules of the road. They speed and will pass you in a no passing zone. You call and complain and nothing gets done. The food is absolutely horrendous. I ordered delivery and was told about 45 minutes. An hour and a half later I finally get my pizza after calling to complain about the time (called after about an hour). Got my pizza and not only was it cold, but it looked like someone hocked a big one in the middle of my pizza. I called to complain and was put on hold or so they thought. They obviously just set the phone down and I overheard the person that claimed to be a manager talking to another person. The other person actually admitted to spitting in my pizza and they laughed about it. they even had the nerve to say maybe I shouldn't complain about how long it takes to get my food, if I am that lazy to wait at home (with a sick kid), I should wait as long as it takes. Then the "manager" gets back on the phone and tells me the driver has not come back yet but will talk to them.I would highly recommend this place be shut down. read more
