Traveling through a few states, I was excited to try Hardee's as I had Carl's Jr as a kid and…read morethought they were basically they same. Upon walking in no one looked, or greeted us at ALL. (They were speaking amongst themselves about being understaffed) which, as a X manager for Sonic I can understand and even be patient when staff is busy. Jessica, who took our order was EXTREMELY rude. I'm used to the follow up "is everything good on that burger?" "Medium or large" etc. so I say "how it comes" (meaning the burger) she then gets annoyed at me for saying the rest of my order (too fast for her) - my boyfriend orders and what do you know he gets the follow up questions. So when I ask to exchange my drink before payment, she makes a slick comment about "you said HOW IT COMES" ..... proceeds to hand us each item on by one except 1 burger and onion ring - doesn't ask about sauce. So when we ask for sauce and our other fry- each time it's made clear it's an inconvenience. On top of the food tray handed to me with crumbs. Watched another man walk in with no greeting no nothing as well. Maybe a little clean up on thorough ordering, and customer service would help this place out a lot. Glad I never have to come back. If I could give a 0 star I absolutely would.
