The staff needs to be dissolved. My husband went to pick up our order, only to return with someone else's order. Needless to say, I went back with him to the Crestway location and stood in line. Finally, a young lady noticed me, approached and asked, Is something wrong with your order?" "Yes, I responded; it's not mine." She motioned for me to come over to the counter and then the whispering started amongst the staff. I was asked what was my order and another employee says to another young lady this is it right here, still on the shelf. So, the young lady walks over and proceeds to grab my order and bring it to the counter, while saying that it has no name on it. However, when I look at the boxes it has the first three letters and initial of my last name Phy W. My husband was given an order with the name Fanelly. There is no similarity. I was offered a 2 liter Pepsi, that I thought was a good jester, until I informed them it was a part of the Fanelly order. Then,an order gentleman (appeared to be manager/owner) stepped up and asked if he could check the order I was given and then says thank you and have a safe drive. Oh, I was offered a red carrier bag, although I shared I was not a door dasher, just a customer who was caught off guard in her night wear trying to resolve a matter. We have been ordering a few times a month as its close. We ordered 2 papadias, one buffalo chicken and one philly cheesesteak. So, I won't vouch for the dining experience and food presentation in the restaurant itself. I can, though, comment on their food delivery. I'll start by saying it was nowhere near worth the money spent. I ordered fried ravioli, spaghetti w/meat sauce and red velvet cake. The ravioli (with "MILD BITS" of jalapeño per the menu) was overly spicy and inedible for me. Mild bits was a big understatement! The spaghetti might have been passable if there had been a discernible amount of meat sauce on it to match the amount of pasta. Perhaps you'd get more meat sauce on the spaghetti if you were dining in the restaurant itself since it'd be served on a plate and it's just the delivery containers they skimp on. Maybe/maybe not. Finally, the red velvet cake was very good and the only thing I really enjoyed so that was one expensive slice of cake! This location pissed me off one of their employees took my card information few months ago and never offered any settlement. They just said it's out of Papa John's. Which I tried to understand. Fast forward... I tried to order again with this branch, but their Manager Jessica is very rude I was just asking why their price increased I used to order same thing and merely get it for this specific price and she was beyond rude as she speaks to me over the phone. I tried to be patient and give another chance on this location given, I got terrible experience since one of their employees took my card info, but they just proved that they cannot provide good customer service and was beyond disappointed with my call experience when I called in. I was quite impressed with the speed, quality, and level of service I was provided after placing my online order. The order arrived correctly, got here around 20 minutes after I placed the order, and the person who delivered the food to where I was currently located at the time was super courteous. Compared to other Papa John's, this location provided excellent quality food, customer service, and sorry of delivery for my online order. In general, I like how this pizza chain allows their customers to place orders online; it prevents the serious amount of order mess-ups I have had in the past while trying to place orders over the phone. If I am ever in this area again and need to order pizza via delivery, this Papa John's definitely has my vote for my order. read more

I ordered my pizza at 6pm and by 8pm I had not received my order. I called the store and asked about the status of my order, they explained that the store had a rush and they were waiting on a driver. I asked when a driver would be available and there was no known time. Four minutes after I hung up with the store I got a notification that my order was out for delivery. It still took almost another 30 minutes to get my order. The pizza and bread sticks were ice cold and I could tell it was sitting out for a while. The accuracy of my pizza was also incorrect, I ordered extra cheese and there was no extra cheese on my pizza. This is not the first time I have had issues with this store and getting a correct order, but this will be the last. I will no longer give this store my business and I will ensure to let my friends and neighbors know to save their time and money with this Papa Johns location. read more

Papa Johns has always been my #1 pizza for delivery. I order pizza , breadsticks and wings tonight. I got everything but the wings. I called up and they said they would send the wings back out. Unfortunately, it took over an hour to get the wings, this is after the original order came. While this is pretty poor service, the thing that got me is that the wings were left on my doormat. I like Papa John's Pizza, but at this location the service is terrible. Out my last six orders, 4 have arrived cold. When I call about it there is always some excuse that they are short handed or short on drivers. The last order sat in boxing for more than 30 minutes. Placed order in advance, received text stating it was ready for pickup, but I didn't receive my order. First they said they were understaffed so they were backed up, although there was about 10 employees working. Then they stated that they were remaking my order because they gave it out accidentally to someone else. Then they said my order wasn't in the system, provided the order number so they were going to start on it. Then I was told it was coming up and it just needed to be cut. All of this took place over a span of 1 hr in the lobby watching people come and go after me. I literally witnessed multiple people come in, place a order, receive their order, & leave. Now I am irate and the "manager" did nothing to to aid with resolving my issue but opted to be combative with me further escalating the situation. I demanded a refund before I left the store in which she insisted on battling, repeatedly telling me to leave. I couldn't trust the "manager" to ensure that my order was fulfilled so I definitely wasn't trusting the "manager" to refund my order outside of my presence. This "manager" had no customer service skills to speak to me in a professional manner, remedy my issue, deescalate the situation, properly refund my money, or fulfill my order. When I want pizza its gotta be a Papa John's pizza, I absolutely love Papa John's but the topping and drink options are limited. I'd like to have a bigger variety of options while I'm customizing my Papa John's pizza online. When I go pick up the pizza and take a bite out of a slice, I get burned and it's really painful, but the flavor kinda makes up for that pain. I just wanted to give kudos to Wess, the manager of this Papa John's in Converse! I was very upset that when I got home after picking up our order, we realized that our drinks were missing. So when I called and asked about it, I probably came off rude but he ended up on the phone with me very kind and apologized to me even though he didn't have to. And then he threw in a free dessert for my kids. I was very pleased with the customer service. I know people make mistakes, but he handled a disgruntled customer like me very well. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt. I used to work at papa johns when I was younger. We had the same result as many others. Poor tasting, hard, old pizza. The reason the pizza tastes so bad is primarily because of the way the prep work is done with the crust. Papa johns pre tosses dough and leaves it on a rack. The longest it's supposed to sit there is 15 mins. The pizza we got had to have sat there for a minimum of 45 mins. It was hard and had the taste of old crusty dough. I'm really ticked off that I wasted money on this place with such lack of consideration. I can get better pizza at a little Caesars. read more
