Too many people right behind us as were trying to pay. They were also doing online orders, so it was confusing to know which bown they were attending too. One of my friends had a very simple meal but ended up paying my extra meat and not the size she started with. She was so rushed, she didn't get a drink. I know the goal is to be fast, and that is something you do very well. But sometimes being too hurried can take away from the experience. We love the food and want to keep coming back, so my suggestion is: please keep the great speed, but slow down just enough to embrace each individual order and make sure every customer gets exactly what they ordered and paid for.
