The staff at this location work well together and I don't wait too long for my food to be ready including during lunch hour, when my lunch break is limited and for special requests (ie. no salt on the fries). The staff at the other locations in the Manchester area (including the 4 locations in the city limits) should take a field trip to this location and see how it's done. Since this McDonald's is close by to my office, I stop in here frequently for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a quick snack. If I have time, I take advantage of the free wifi access while eating my food and having a coffee and apple pie. The lobby has soft padded booths and there's also a small fireplace, coffee table & big soft seating in corner with an overhead flatscreen TV. There are also power outlets at several booths to plugin your laptop. I've spent countless hours here over many visits, just chilling out and having a Big Mac. I also see the same staff and same regular customers here most of the time I stop in. 24 HOUR DRIVE THRU (2 lanes)

I am glad that I gave another try (after having a terrible experience with Concord's KFC 3x in a row). For one, their pricing in comparison is more agreeable. I ordered online for a future pick-up & they had it all ready to go when I went in. There seems to be new staff or just different employees than the other times because they were efficient & also polite. There weren't many customers when I went but they still seemed to have their stuff together. I am not a big fan of the gravy on the potatoes - it's kind of peppery but otherwise, the fried chicken was great (all dark meat). The coleslaw is a bit on the sweet side. Instead of simply explaining the policy, the employee helping me, Gavin, raised his voice at me, yelled that I "didn't know what I was talking about," and insisted they had never done that before. The interaction was so unpleasant that I avoided this location for the next 3-4 months and drove to another Jersey Mike's instead. I recently came back because this location was much more convenient, and I had a completely different experience. The woman with the colorful curly hair was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly accommodating. She even explained to the employees that, yes, the substitution could be done. It was validating to know I hadn't been mistaken all along. On top of that, I watched her handle a huge rush of customers. She stayed calm, worked quickly, treated everyone with kindness, and kept everything moving efficiently. She is exactly the kind of employee every business hopes to have and truly deserves recognition and a raise. I hope management recognizes the difference one great employee can make.
