This is a carry out/delivery pizza place. Staff was great and from what I could see it was clean and very organized. Just not a fan of the pizza and I found the wings too spicy. I can't eat spice at all. I should have asked about it. read more

This is the only place you can place an order 2 hours prior to the "scheduled" delivery time and they will still be late. After 35 mins late, 2:35 after the order was placed I had to cancel the order for the second time. Don't waste your time. Order from someone that doesn't suck. read more

We usually order carry out and it is always on time and usually cooked very well. The last time we ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and the sauce was way overloaded but I am sure this was just a lapse in the certain line cooks ability that day unfortunately. read more

Never again! First time I ordered, one pizza was burnt and the other was not what we ordered. The drinks were forgotten and missing one side dish. The pizza was not hot or even warm. Second time both pizza's were burnt... not edible to entire family. The breadsticks looked and tasted like they had been under heat lamps for hours. Only bright side was the friendly delivery driver. Horrible horrible!! Worst papa johns EVER!! First time I ordered pizza they told me 30-40 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later my order arrived. The pizza was cold, and they even gave me 2 separate orders. I had received someone else's cheese bread!? They forgot my extra sauce and my extra pepperchinis. Second time pizza arrived 45 minutes later which is okay, pizza was still warm. But they had forgotten the extra sauce and pepperchinis once again. We called and they told us that it would all be delivered. By this time my pizza is cold. Never again! read more

Absolute TRASH. Ordered at 5, got the wrong order at 6:30, called to fix it and heard nothing until I called back at 8:25. Sat on the phone for over 10 minutes while they found my pizza that can apparently move itself. Eventually it showed up at 8:45. If I could leave 0 stars, I would have. If anyone wants a free pizza, message me. I'll order the one they are allegedly going to give me and send it to your address. Don't hold your breath though. read more

I ordered pizza and dessert at 5:45 PM. Delivery window of 45-56 minutes. We waited a full hour and 15 min and I called the restaurant to inquire. Was told order had been sitting under a heat lamp (!) and wouldn't be delivered for another 35-45 minutes!! Was also told it would be so old they would have to remake it prior to sending it! I just have to compliment them again. If my order is wrong, they make it right at their expense! I earned reward points for my birthday, and I called and spoke to the manager since I didn't know how that worked. He was friendly and helpful, not rushing me off the phone. He told me not to worry he would take care of my order and I was so pleased to learn that I had earned enough points for 2 free xtra large pizzas and a cookie! I was so excited! Especially since payday is a week away! I was able to treat the staff with all the extra pizza. I was really happy with the delicious pizza and excellent customer service! I call papa John's before I order any other food in town. They have always treated me like their favorite customer, have always corrected any mistakes with free pizzas, and have bent over backwards to make things just the way I like them no matter how weird my request is! Zavionne Is the manager there, and he always aims to please his customers. I got tired of the glitches on the website and gave up trying to earn papa dough, so I just call the store say what I want and they honor my coupon and deliver it fresh and hot! I don't know what it's going to be like when he deploys this month, but he trains his employees well, and I think they will do him proud until he gets done with his term of service. Bad service. I'm not sure what the deal is. I've ordered delivery 4 or 5 times now to be delivered at a scheduled time, and every single time the delivery has been 15-20 minutes late. Why even let me schedule my delivery time? I'll be going to Pizza Hut or Papa John's from now on. read more

For the second consecutive time that we have ordered, we have received the wrong pizza. The first time, we ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza only to receive a cheese pizza with no other ingredients. The latest time, we ordered a Chicken Cordon Bleu pizza only to receive a pizza with 4 veggie ingredients and the incorrect pizza sauce. Thankfully the delicious garlic sauce helped to offset the rather lackluster taste of this incorrect pizza. We would've returned the pizza, but the establishment was very busy and we didn't want to wait another 45 minutes for the pizza. We are frankly very disappointed because we are big fans of Papa Johns. read more

The service wasn't bad, but I give 2 stars because they don't wear gloves when they make the pizza. Rule # 1, always make sure your employees wear gloves, as who knows where their hands have been. The pizza was usual Papa Johns, but I won't be going back. read more

I ordered the chicken poppers for lunch and generously tipped ahead of time. The delivery time was very slow, taking about 1 hour to deliver 2.6 miles. The chicken was cold and soggy. On a positive note, the driver was kind and courteous. read more

Every year we hold a skills challenge at Pinehurst for 600+ teenagers and their parents as part of the US Kids Golf Teen World Championship. For the last several years, Papa John's has assisted us in feeding those teenagers and their families with a 200 pizza order. They are great to work with and the pizzas arrive on time, and in waves. They have truly proven themselves for their ability to get us the quantity of pizza we need and delivered in a timely fashion. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Aberdeen NC Papa John's was incredibly attentive and understanding. I accidentally called a store in Maryland and the kind staff quickly re-ordered and met all my needs. They were incredibly professional and the pizza was wonderful. The are very quick, and consistently dish out great pizza at an affordable price. I have ordered a ton of pizzas from this establishment and they have never let me down. They fixed a flawed online order for me, and in another instance they added an additional pizza when I called to try to add a pizza for additional guests -- they have been very accommodating. The pizza is very good and the service is timely. The one thing they need to STOP doing is taking a paying customer's money, giving change and go right back to making pizza's without washing their hands! Between the funky keyboard that gets wiped once a month, if lucky, and sweaty, dirty paper and coins going from customer to the till and back, then the funk and sweat gets mixed into your pizza dough, pretty nasty! read more
