Most dissapointed in the loaded fries,with extra cheese that I just got home with. I have yet to find hardly any cheese must less extra.The fries are old,and brown,and barely edible. They did put fresher ones on top.Not fresh ones,just weren't brown and old tasting. They forgot the chicken except a few small pieces. The food isn't like the worst thing in the world but not a great first experience. The egg rolls were burnt, the chicken tenders were salty, the cheesecake bites were really good and fresh. The boneless chicken was 6/10. For what you pay, it's not worth it. The service was decent. read more

Should be zero stars. I ordered a curbside pickup, checked in online and entered the spot number I was in. After waiting over 20 minutes once I parked I went inside and there my food was sitting on the to go counter, no telling how long. Meanwhile there's at least 5 employees standing behind the counter doing nothing. There is one person dining in and no one in the drive thru. I quickly realized I only had 3 of my 4 drinks so while I waited for the drink I checked my bag. Food was wrong, there were no sauces, no dressing for my salad and no silverware. So then I had to wait for that, thankful I checked before leaving. This was my first experience here and will be my last. I can see why they are so lowly rated. Do better Zaxby's. read more

This place is pretty bad. I should have known when you walk in and there are buckets on the floor with the air conditioning overhead dripping. Walked into the bathroom next and it looked like a tornado had hit it. Had a Signature Club Sandwich and I'm really not sure what it was that gave it that name. It was a bad experience today on May 16,2021 I've always liked to be fair on these but today I ordered two zaxbys salad and it's sad to say they gave me lettuce I'm sure they wouldn't had ate themselves we picked through them both and just to end up with no lettuce it was a sad salad and it was just horrible to think they wouldn't clean out the lettuce that's gone bad or old and just become soggy brown that could possibly make someone sick. read more

Awful experience here. Food was cold, orders were messed up and the person preparing the food on the line was eating while preparing our meals. I do not recommend this location. This is the first time I've been to a Zaxby's location and been this disappointed. Milkshakes are also not on the menu at this location. read more

I pulled into the drive-through window at Zaxby's . There was a note taped to the drive-through speaker that their toaster was broken and everything would be served on a regular untoasted bun. I was good with that. A woman asked me what I wanted and I placed an order for their signature sandwich. She said they were not serving any buns at all, that I had to order something without bread. I asked why and she said it was too close to closing. It was 1045 and they close at 11. I been placed an order for chicken fingers and she told me they were out of those. I will never go back to this restaurant ever. They should have their full service menu up until closing. This is why the Chick-fil-A just across the street kicks their butt. Disappointed and uncomfortable!! I was staying at the hotel in the same parking lot at this Zaxby's I so decided to walk over for dinner due to convenience. The food was very disappointing to say the least. The chicken was over cooked and the fries were clearly past there time. Both were hard and the fries were so salty (I normally love the seasoning) I couldn't eat them. While I was there a group of off duty workers came in and lounged at the front near the counter talking to the on duty crew. They were loud and disruptive which made it uncomfortable as someone sitting alone near the front. The main floor was also already broken down so they could close quickly but it was only 7:30 so no condiments were on the counter, only one trash can was available, and I overheard another customer say to her husband the water in the drink machine had a funny taste. This store is clearly in need of tighter management considering all the business they could be getting from the hotel in their back lot. I would not suggest eating here. read more

This is the worst Zaxby's. If there were a way to give them zero stars I would have given them that. The drive thru takes 15 minutes no matter what time of day it is. The credit card machine is down or the computer is down or something else is wrong every other time I visit. Take your business elsewhere. Not with the hassle. read more

Overall I really enjoy the food. It's been consistently good. Make sure to get the Zaxbys sauce! My favorite item is the Blue Zalad. Also recommend the cheese curds. read more

Zaxbys has been one of my favorite fast food restaurant. Over the years I have eaten at their restaurants all over the southeastern US. I've even gone out of my way to find them. So you could imagine my excitement when one finally opened in my town. I have eaten at the new location about 4 times now. Food is always ok, but service has been marginal each time with unmotivated counter staff. Every time I've been there the place has been nearly empty, but service at the counter taking our order has always been slow. Yesterday it was so bad it was the epidemy of awkward and we almost walked out before ordering ... and prompted this long yelp review. My friend and I walked in around 6p to an empty dining room. We walked up to the counter and saw at least 5 members of the kitchen crew in the back but no counter help. The kitchen crew saw us and kept peeking at us as we stood there several minutes unattended. They occasional peeked through the pass thru apparently looking for the front staff. What was awkward...is no one acknowledged us or showed any attempt to find the missing workers. I felt like I was an animal in zoo being gawked at by visitors. It was apparent there was no management in the area. Just about the time I was going to walk out a young man, who I saw standing outside when we arrived, entered the building and walked behind the counter. I thought, well finally someone was going to wait on us. But, he ignored us too!! and started doing busy work behind the counter. Eventually someone in the kitchen cued him and he stopped what he was doing and took our order. While he took our food 2 female employees also appeared behind the counter. Who knows where they where? Thankfully the food was good. I have been wondering why my favorite fast food chain wasn't getting the reception and crowds that every other Zaxbys I've been to has. Today it's very clear why. I'm extremely disappointed and sadly I will stop going to this location. Although the crew didn't preform well, I see this as a management problem. Management is ultimately responsible for how any business runs. The crew should be trained for customer service, being friendly and acknowledging customers. There should also be a manager on duty to supervise and address problems. If training was adequate the cook staff would have acknowledged us and one of them would have notified their manager. Instead they kept looking at us seeming equally as confused to where the counter staff was. This is very disappointing. Awful! The tenders were cold, the fries mushy, the salad soggy. They've been open just 2 to 3 months, yet one sink and a soap dispenser in the ladies room we're out of commission. I'm told some other locations are ok. That tells me the franchisee at this location is incompetent. read more

This is WITHOUT A DOUBT the best Zaxby's around. My wife and I ate here while in the area shopping for a car. The manager, Caleb, approached us, asked about our experience, was personable, friendly and very impressive. BEST experience in a "fast food" restaurant we have had since being stationed in NC.
