This place sucks has not been the same since 2020 they really need to pay Sam or john to come turn that place back around or combine it with Bojangles they both suck and Richmond county would be better without either of them taking up space but there again give it to Richmond county they will mess it up read more

I love Pizza Inn. Rockingham is on my way to the beach and I try to stop here at least one way by. This is an older location and has been here for years. Every time I stop here it is always full but the food on the buffet is always fresh and full of all the items for a quick meal. Our waitress on this occasion was friendly and attentive to our needs. She checked on us often and kept our glasses full. The food was good and the prices were right. We will stop again on the next trip. read more

Every Sunday this place is understaffed and can't keep pizza on the bar. Ridiculous at best.

We stopped as Pizza Inn on the way to the beach. We don't have one close to us so this is a special lunch. There was a good lunch crowd there but they seated us right away. Waitress came over and took our order. We both got the buffet. I really enjoyed their salad bar. Salad bar has lots of good vegetables on it and plenty of dressing. I got full off the salad. I did try a slice of pepperoni and the dessert pizza. Both of them were good. I never leave there hungry. Restrooms are small but they were clean. Next time we are passing through, we will be back. read more

It was decent until I found a hair on my food (that wasn't mine because it wasn't my hair color or length). Everything also had a weird texture to it too. Also the bread rolls were really soggy. The brown sugar pizza was good though. read more

TO BEGIN WITH all the salad bar was empty, had to ask for someone to replenish, no pasta , had to ask for that. pizza was cold on the bar and completely dried out. when ask about this we were told the girl who stocks salad bar left at 2pm and no one else would do that , informed it was not her job from waitress , her job was pizza bar and pasta. So I guess if you go later than 2pm don't expect a fresh salad bar. The manager listened to our conversation with our waitress, never offered to settle the issue. She just ignored everything we said. I informed them we would not return....... Store bought would have been ten times better. Customers were very disappointed and made comment everyone just making no effort to correct situation. Was in Rockingham shopping for a vehicle and needed a quick lunch. Have not eaten in one of these recently and it wasn't bad. We ate the buffet and salad was good and fresh. I'm always skeptical about buffet-style restaurants, but everything looked so good we took a chance. We're glad we did! The buffet offers a variety of pizza with soups, salads, fruit and pastas as a side dish. If you don't see the pizza you want, just make a request and they're bring it right on out. You can also order from their menu, if you decide against buffet. Menu items include more pizza, subs, salads and desserts. There's always an attendent standing guard to clean up any spills and refill near-empty items, which is very reassuring. Just an update to indicate that an area manager from corporate took the time to contact me regarding my previous issue. He was very apologetic and indicated that he'd had no incidents reported against this person in her nearly 10 year tenure. He further assured me that she would be approached about how she addressed customers. The gentleman had actually taken the time to look at the incident on the store's camera, which I appreciated. He said he could not read lips obviously, but he corroborated the order of events I described. I am pleased that they got back to me so quickly (within about 2 hrs, though I had to return the call) and that they seemed intent on expressing regret and a determination to make sure it didn't happen again. read more

Was passing through the area with my family later in the evening and arrived approximately 20 minutes before it was time for the restaurant to close. My family and I had not yet eaten dinner and were not expecting much because we had arrived so late. We were surprised when we entered the building and were told to have a seat and someone would be right with us. The hospitality we received from the moment we entered until the moment we left was top notch. Because we arrived so close to closing time we expected the staff to be in a hurry to shut things down and go home. This was not the case. We were warmly received and treated with the utmost kindness during our entire visit from each staff member we encountered. The buffet was still open and we were told that fresh food was on its way out. Each member of my family was asked if we had any special requests and they would prepare whatever we wanted fresh for us. I can honestly say that not many other restaurants would go through this type of trouble for their guests, especially for guests arriving so close to closing time. Overall, the food was fresh and tasty. The service was outstanding! We will definitely visit again if we find ourselves back in the area! read more

I always enjoy the pizza and salad bar and the staff is on their game with keep our drinks full and being sure we have everything we want . So to sum it up all is great with Pizza Inn . Now for the bad. We were seated in the back room tonight and that's where the problem is. It's crowded and no air flow at all so it's hot and stuffy. I seriously sat there trying to eat with sweat running down my face and every time some one passed by our table their body was all in our eating space. My recommendation to improve that back room would be ceiling fans and less tables . The next time they offer a table in the back I'll either wait or leave before I sit back there again read more

I don't think it ever made me sick but lately it has and we barely go here. When I do it makes me sick automatically. It's gotten worst with dishes especially so if you go here always check your plates and cups to make sure they are clean and don't have left over food on it especially lettuce! I had my special request come out and the plate was dirty. I don't know if the waiter did it purposely or what but it wasn't appealing to see lettuce on my pizza plate with fresh out the oven pizza that has no lettuce on this pizza it was disgusting the dishwasher needs to do better and the staff needs to make sure it's cleaned before handing it out because it can make people sick. There was hair on pizza to the filthiness of the plates. As well for the roaches in this pizza in. When they had reopened after remodeling I was welcomed by a huge roach and the server I told was like ok didn't mind killing it or getting it nothing. Get there early! Great salad, pizza, pasta, desert! The service is top notch some of the best I've ever had. At open they had 5 pizzas, a full salad bar and pasta bar ready to go. Additionally they kept up with the high demand 20 min after open they had about 10 tables but the pizza bar was never empty. Every Time I finished a cup they filled it instantly! Perfect! :) read more
