I tried them out on a Tuesday night with their $12 special on pizzas. Started with their Caprese salad Which was delicious. Then split a Snookies pizza which was a 5 out of 10. Crust edges were very good but canter was very soggy. Overall pretty greasy with the pepperoni. I had to look twice to see if there was any cheese on it. Next time I'll try a different pizza that might be a little more traditional. You order at the counter and get a number here. They bring your food to the table. They have no fountain drinks or draft beer. All bottles and cans. All food is on paper plates with plastic forks and knives. We ate at a table close to the windows. The dining room is painted black with zero atmosphere. Overall the staff were pleasant and helpful. Of course when you order they flip that screen around looking for a gratuity where there is very little service provided. This could be a great spot if they stepped it up a little bit. This is a place to eat and not a place to dine. read more

The place is nice, clean, and open. The pizza pies are very good I may say. Many varieties to choose from. We ordered the CARNIVORO Pepperoni/Italian sausage/san marzano tomato sauce /mortadella / soppressata /pecorino romano / fresh mozzarella / fresh basil. I called it a personal pizza but really, it will feed two love birds for sure. The crew are fantastic and friendly. read more

Pizza not bad. Limited choices. Plastic ware. Customer service is non existent. Overpriced. Great concept, but poorly executed. Essentially personal pie sized. Quality of ingredients seems good. Staff is more interested in playing than working. Apparently there are no managers and there is no training. Unfortunate waste of a great space. Walk up and get a slice vibe at cloth table cloth level pricing. read more

Best real pizza we've had ever. The crust was unbelievable and the hint of honey was a delicious treat. Best wishes to Chef Shelley in his latest venture. A wonderful meal experience read more

Wow! This was not our first time here, it's been a minute, but I just have to say what a wonderful time we had tonight. The food, service, and ambiance was exactly what we were looking for. The pizzas and bruschetta were amazing. Highly recommend the Snooki and Clams casino. The first time I can remember everyone eating every last morsel including the young and kind of picky kids! We had a large party and the staff was extremely accommodating. Price was perfect for the extremely high quality food. Note that our family is Italian and we have high standards when it comes to Italian cuisine. I don't have a single negative thing to say. Thank you for a wonderful meal and dining experience! read more

Stopped in last night for a quick bite. We love the mushroom pizza and have eaten here many times. There were only four occupied tables but it took 25 minutes for our food to arrive. We ordered a Clams Casino pizza and the mushroom pizza. Both were raw on the bottom and super soggy. The clams casino pie had huge chunks of greasy ham. I don't know how a pizza in a brick oven can be raw on the bottom but they managed to do it. There was also a Sandy grit on both pies. We ended up bringing the left overs home and throwing them in the trash. It was an awful dinner and we won't return. So disappointing. read more

Solid place. As good as any big city pizzeria. Nice to have a higher-end pizzeria in the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this place. read more

Great Neapolitan pizza with a bubbly chewy crust and flavorful sauce. Consistently delicious and the best pizza we have found in the Pines.

Long time patron. Was surprised last night when we stopped for our normal Bianca pizza for take out. Definitely different from previous times and crust was actually charred on the bottom ... I get wood fired pizza but this wasn't same as previous experiences. Not saying I won't try again but hope change in ownership doesn't change things just to change things. If it ain't broke ... Service was still great as always read more

Great tasting Pizza made with fresh ingredients and perfect crust. Staff was very friendly and the owner was in the kitchen personally making the pizzas. Grazia to the Chef! read more

I'm gonna be honest when they first open the pizza was okay (it's pizza). MAN OH MAN they have stepped it up and have maybe the best pizza in the area. Consistently been great after the 1 yr anniversary and the specials always creative but also delicious. My family loves the pizza here and will highly recommend to everyone! read more

Pepperoni pizza was outstanding. 900 degree oven...the real thing. Good red wine even though served in plastic cup.

It seems the new owners decided to change the crust. I guess they didn't realize that's what made this pizza special. Now it's just like pizza from anywhere else:( read more

This place used to be my favorite pizza in all of NC. Unfortunately the quality seems to have gone downhill. The pizza now served is dense and not characteristic of a Neapolitan pizza. Don't think I'll be back. Service is amazing though. read more

The pizza and the other food is very good. I always feel like I am eating healthy and good at the same time. The staff is helpful and friendly. I read more

The new ownership obviously doesn't know what they are doing. The only thing good about the pizza was the crust. We used to go frequently when Mason's owned it but we will not going anymore. We were told the buffalo chicken pizza was the best from the cashier but when we got the pizza it was a HUGE disappointment: barely any chicken with hardly anything else but bottled buffalo sauce and peppers. A frozen pizza would have been better. NOT RECOMMENDED. Sigh. read more

Food is great, Yes, I understand management is new. Give them a break. Service could be faster. Front house needs to be more professional.

Great Food, good location, website ordering just needs tweaking on the service. Try a slice... you'll see what I'm talking about read more

Overall fun atmosphere, great location, and pretty good pizza. The crust and sauce is excellent but the mozz could be higher quality.

We have been here a few times and the last two times have been a major disappointment. The issue doesn't reside with the food, but the service. The cook staff makes a good pizza, probably could use a little more cheese evenly distributed, but overall a good tasting pizza. The wait staff is nice but when it comes time to close, GET OUT!!! As I said, the last two visits, not good. The first time we ate in, pizza came out and with 45 minutes left before closing, the staff starts cleaning, putting up chairs, working around you. One waitress ran into our table, almost knocking our pizza off the stand, luckily we caught it. She walked off without saying a word. Them working around you makes you just feel like they want you out. Tonight we went in with 45 min left before closing, ordered it to go and we were told it would be 25 minutes. Again, the waitresses started cleaning up well before closing, even with tables still sitting. With 5 minutes before closing a waitress approached us and asked if there was anything she could help us with. When we told her we were waiting on our to go order, she asked us if we had asked if our food was ready. She went to check on it and after asking around, found it had been made but was sitting under a heat lamp and barely warm. They did refund us and gave us our pizza, so thanks for the luke warm pizza...that took nearly an hour to make...I guess??? I've worked in a restaurant and in my opinion, it's not the guests job to know when their food is done. This wait staff is so worried about closing down, being done and walking out the door at exactly 8pm that they neglect the customer. We would take orders up until the minute we advertised as closing, definitely not cleaning so you can walk out with the customer. That's just me, probably just not in tune with the way newer generations are running restaurants these days. read more

What a great place to eat, and everything is simply amazing! Maybe the best meatballs I've ever very had! Pizza just incredible, love the crust. CHANGE YOUR HOURS BACK IMMEDIATELY! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT, brought friends for lunch and closed! 4 hrs/day Tue-Sat, impossible to keep loyal customers. We're so disappointed also, good luck. read more

Have to update, not sure what's going on we have been here several times but ordered pepperoni and Italian sausage and cheese tonight and got home to find it didn't have any cheese? It had what appeared to be grated parm on it and it had the pepperoni and sausage but nothing else and barely any sauce it wasn't good at all... read more

Cute place. You order up front and pay and they bring it to your table. Our pizzas were excellent. The only criticism is that the center part of the pizza was a bit soggy. I like that the crust is very thin but I think their marinara is too watery, which caused the pizza to be a bit too soggy. It still tasted excellent though. Another complaint is that we ordered the tiramisu which was prepackaged in plastic containers. I was shocked when the tiramisu rang up at $9. For a pizza that cost $15, a $9 tiramisu was shocking. If it was the best tiramisu ever, then maybe it would have been worth the $9 but it wasn't even good. I would suggest they lower their price in it!!!!!! read more

Pizza is very good, I really like the red sauce. I also think their meatballs are unmatched in the area.

Wow, taking me back to northern Italy! When Grazia first opened, and I got a pizza in the first couple of days, they hadn't quite broken the DaVinci Code of Napoletan pizza. They are definitely, absolutely there now! Honestly, if you don't love this pizza, it just isn't for you, Head on back to Papa John's. Leave this outstanding restaurant for the cogniscenti. read more

Always hot and yummy! One of our favorite places in the area! Consistently good brick oven pizza!

Their paninis are not paninis. It's that simple. Went here to order a panini and I found myself googling a panini once I saw what they made. Just to see if under anyone's definition that could be called a panini, and.. it can't. It's a sandwich. Like, a sub. They put it on the grill for all of like 15 seconds, the bread isn't even warm. The cheese not even warm, let alone melted. The place is cute, the food is a waste of time. Would give this place two stars but for paying $14 for a shitty sub sandwich without even so much as a side, it's one star. This place caters to people that may be impressed bc they made a pizza shop aesthetic and put Italian words on their menu. Not impressed read more

The pizza is delicious but i have one complaint. ALL THE TOPPINGS COME OFF. but you can put them back on yourself. the service is amazing and fast. love this place but just the toppings come off. 5/5 for me though. read more

The highlight was the salad. The pizza is gummy and limp, like it needs to cook for a few more minutes. Sauce is flavorless. It looked good so very disappointing. I wanted to like it but it just wasn't good at all. read more

Not that great. Ordered two pizzas. Crust was floppy and gummy like texture. Not much sauce and cheese as well. Just blah.

Service food was good fast and very relaxed only thing needs sports or something on the TVs would be cool to watch something while you eat would go back for sure ! read more

This is a place more for convenience than anything. Pizza is subpar, but what can you expect in a small-town such as this? My kids did not enjoy their cheese pizza. What kid turns down pizza? They serve beer here, so that's cool. Has potential, but falls short. read more

Ordered the carnivoro pizza and wood fired meatballs (as pictured) it was very flavorful and fresh. Tiramisu was amazing and service was great. Will be back! read more

My favorite pizza place in the Pines! It's the only place around to find Neapolitan style pizza. It's not greasy and the crust is amazing.

Pizza is nothing special. Dough was rubbery and lacked flavor and there was not a lot of cheese on the pie. Wings were good though. They're baked and had a savory seasoning on them. read more

Okay, so I tried it again. I think they finally must have it figured out. The pizza was much better this time around. Glad to see things turning around in my opinion. read more

Really enjoyed this new Italian pizza restaurant in the heart of Aberdeen. The pizzas are 14", hand-stretched and cooked in an open-flame oven. They are big enough to share, and that makes the pricing quite reasonable. We enjoyed a Margherita pizza with Cesare salad, both delicious, although the pizza lacked a little crispness. All in all, a fine new place. We'll be back, for sure. read more
