Jose is both reasonable in his pricing and prompt in delivering his service. I will work with him again in other future repairs or projects.

10-24-24 We had a tile leak in the shower where all of the tiles were lose near the water nozzles. Jose came out and did a beautiful repair job in replacing the area by the nozzles and water leak. Highly recommend. read more

I think it's fair to say that, as a handyman, José has quite the repair-toire (you can't escape the puns!). Over the course of about three service visits, I'm confident to say that I definitely recommend him to take care of your needs. One job he completed involved a broken closet door that I opened up in a hulk- like haste and broke. For that job, he had to go out and get another part and make another trip. Another recent job I had him complete was installing a new microwave over a range. Each time, he arrived early (maybe a tad too early if I'm honest) and finished the job very fast. During the pandemic he appeared to take proper precautions via masking; however, I didn't notice gloves. He and his partners were very friendly too. Overall, great experiences and I'll be calling him for future needs as well. read more

Jose, the owner came out the day we called to have our huge old safe opened because the combination stopped working. He spent hours drilling and sawing thru cement! Finally he was able to recover our Valuables. Other companies either weren't interested or outrageously expensive. For Jose it was a challenge and he likes to help people. He offers services to repair or rebuild everything around your home. Next he is installing carpeting for us! A great find! read more

My toilet gasket between the tank and bowl needed to be replaced. I could not get the third screw out at the back w/o the tools. These folks got the screw removed with ease and replaced the gasket without a problem. The best part was calling him and comint out to my place within 30 minutes. Also they went to Home Depot to replace the wrong part I bought. Five stars aren't enough for these guys. Thank you so much! read more

Our back fence was falling over with all this rain. Jose saved the fence by installing new posts next to the old ones -- a very solid job. He waterproofed the bottom 2 feet of the 4x4's then set them firmly in cement before attaching them to the fence. Looks like it'll last for years. He responded quickly to my inquiry, came right by to scope it out, and got the work done a few days later. We will definitely hire him again. read more

My kitchen sink got detached from the granite counter. The only thing that was supporting it was the metal bracket underneath. Jose was able to come to my house within the week got it attached again! It wasn't a simple task but he and his worker got it done in less than 2 hours! I also appreciate that he explain to me what the issue was (apparently 3 big screws were missing from the metal brackets that helps hold the sink, and the wood panel under the granite counter was cut much larger than it should be for the sink) and what he needs to do to get the sink attached again. He even installed a few more wood blocks to support it better! Reasonable price for the job. I would definitely contact Jose for work around the house again. read more

Thought this guy was reasonable, but seemed in a rush. Didn't complete all of the tasks asked to do/involved. Maybe a language thing? Put the door pad in the wrong place, did not install all of the door stoppers that I bought. Said they "weren't needed", And then was mad because my bank electronically took a few extra days to pay him....even though I screenshot the debit from my account the day he finished. He wanted me to write the check to his wife. I shouldn't have done that but I did. read more

Jose does great work! I contacted him as I was looking for someone to replace carpet and install laminate floors in our new condo. While he was onsite providing the estimate, I mentioned I was also looking for someone to paint the interior of our new place. Jose recommended someone for the painting and they were able to complete the project in 2 days. Likewise, the flooring was completed the following weekend in 2 days. Both projects turned out great. A few days later I was struggling to install a new vanity light. I called Jose and he came out the same day and helped me install the light. Jose is helpful, friendly and does excellent work. Jose came through for us in a pinch and did an amazing job. We needed to have a few things fixed up in our studio (closet door, toilet water tank, wood planks, door trim, etc) and he did not disappoint. He gave us the most reasonable price in town and worked quickly and efficiently. We were so happy with his work that we asked him to do another job for us - which he completed the very next day. He was on time, very communicative through phone, and provided several payment options. Thank you for everything, Jose! read more

Quick/responsive, professional, and economical--my husband and I are simply blown away by how good this guy is. He can do it all.

Sorry to write this bad review but I feel obligated to warn others. Hired Jose because of his 5 star ratings. He was prompt, polite, and gave me a good price. However, I hired him to replace a broken cabinet hinge repair a sliding drawer, and fix two holes--one in the ceiling and one near a baseboard. He tried but gave up on the hinge saying it was not the right one, but would not help me find the right one, and put in the drawer slides wrong so it wouldn't slide. He gave up on that too and said it was the wrong slides. I had to hire another handyman who was able to put them in correctly. The new handyman also got the proper hinges and replaced them. Josedid fix the holes but click on the picture to see how it came out. Believe it or not this is an 'after' picture. You can see the tape coming through and the sloppy job finishing. He charged me the same price even though he did not fix the first two things on my list. read more
