    Francisco panini
    Laura P.

I came here for a quick lunch. I ordered the Francisco Panini. The place is clean. The menu is large but not exactly the healthiest. I wish I prefers ahead because the wait was forever and the place wasn't packed. It was nice they the panini came with a side salad. I ordered the pesto pasta salad. There is a place to eat and they also do to go. I took mine to go. The panini was good but I actually would prefer it without the vodka sauce. Was slightly too rich. I would go back and try other things.

One phrase, yummy in thy tummy. That's exactly what it WAS. Fresh, fluffy eggs with crispy bacon & that cheese!? Ugh. Thank you guys so much for fast service & a cute environment.

Walked in to pick up bagels for breakfast and they were perfect. Service was quick and kind. There is counter space as well as a few tables to eat in. The bagel dough was well risen and had an excellent chew and flavor. A great NY bagel!

Pantano's is my go to restaurant for delicious, fresh, homemade sandwiches and salads. Their food tastes just as good as it looks and their homemade Caesar salad dressing is my all time favorite! (They should bottle and sell it!!!) Their staff are professional and kind. 5 stars across the board!

Still the best lunch and breakfast spot in Plainview / Hicksville. Their chicken cutlets are my favorite. Love this place! Love the staff. Keep going guys

Wow what a great sandwich! It was love at first bite. Quality ingredients cooked perfectly. We ordered 2 paninis both came with layers of balsamic chicken with fresh mozzarella with peppers. Each panini came with chips or side salad

A must-stop whenever you're on Long Island! Fantastic menu but The Big John is the can't miss option. 10/10 recommend!

Pantano's has limited indoor seating and operates more like a deli where you can grab and go. It takes 10-15 minutes for them to take and to make your order. They have breakfast items, wraps, heroes, salads, etc. and offer a discount if you pay cash. I ordered the Mezz and was glad I took it home because it was a bit messy to eat with the Italian dressing. They are a little bit on the pricier side so expect to spend $13-$15 for a meal here.

FRANCISCO WRAP MOZZZ OOOZE FIRE GRAVY

BEST SPOT IN LONG ISLAND. if you're looking for authentic taste, reasonable prices, and an unreal experience stop by this spot. I ordered the Francisco but everything looked good. and i mean EVERYTHING. It was tough to decide. They have so many different antipastos, salads, sandwiches, desserts...something for everyone. Staff is top notch and the owner even prepared my wrap for me! So much TLC. I'll most definitely be back because my wrap made me feel warm and fuzzy inside. the best of the best!

Egg whites with turkey as you can see from this photo it looks like literally one slice of turkey

It kills me to write this ... I've been coming to Pantano's for years, and for a while it was my main spot for food. However, the quality of this place has really taken a dive. The price was always pricey but I continued to come here because I loved the sandwiches and the portions . Today was my very last straw as I ordered 4 sandwiches ( 1 egg and cheese, 1 egg white wrap with turkey and cheese , one turkey ( maple honey turkey ) and one Turkey sandwich with bacon and egg,) my total was $50 . A bit expensive but like I mentioned as long as it's a good portion I didn't mind. When I got home I was so disappointed, my wife's egg sandwich had one slice of turkey , and my son's Turkey sandwich and mine had so little turkey and shredded into bits. when I called because I was curious on the portion size, I was told that they give 1/3 pound per turkey sandwich when I received was much less than that. 1/3 lbs should equal to roughly 5ounces , for reference, I received closer to 2 ounces on each sandwich. I was starving otherwise I would have brought this back, my wife was the only one who took a picture which I will share. It's sad because I understand times are rough but when I feel scammed or disappointed to the point I needed to share this. I simply won't be coming back here and I hope this helps the business more than shy others from here, because the responsibility to your guest and keeping them happy is why you cook food. Cooking for others is a privilege not a forced habit

Since we were dining in, they gave us a table number and we placed it in the holder so staff know where to bring the food. Our order didn't take very long to arrive to our table, just about 10 minutes. After finishing your meal, you bus your own table. The menu has options for burgers, hot dogs, fries, salads, shakes, floats, and desserts. I ordered a Yellow Label Burger ($13.45) and a Strawberry shake ($6.75). My husband and I shared a Farm Salad ($9.75). The Yellow Label Burger comprises of USDA Prime Beef, homemade fried mac n cheese patty, lettuce, tomato on a potato bun. This was delicious! I liked how after biting into the crispy, breaded exterior it gives way to a hot, molten cheese center that oozes perfectly over beef. The Farm Salad which consisted of spring mix, tomato, blue cheese crumbles, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, and raspberry vinaigrette on the side was also very very very tasty, fresh, and a good portion. The strawberry shake was also very good and had pieces of strawberries. Black Label Burgers pride on only using USDA Prime Angus beef that comes from a single source, Double R Ranch, located in Washington State, a family-owned farm known for its responsible practices and superior beef. You can definitely taste the richness and juiciness of the beef. My husband had the Red Label Burger ($13.25) and the PB&J shake ($7.75). He really enjoyed his meal as well. I really liked the inside decor and the laid back vibes. Black Label Burgers is great for a quick lunch, a night out with friends, or a family dinner. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and the place was busy, always a good sign. I liked the local (Long Island) themed decor, friendly service, spacious parking lot, wide variety of self-serve beverages (tangy lemonade - yay!) and nicely padded booths. Definitely a cut above competitors like Shake Shack in that regard. I chose the signature black label burger made with dry aged beef and regular fries. While the hand cut fries were wonderfully crispy and flavorful, the burger was kind of disappointing - not terrible, but the bun tasted stale and the meat was very bland. Also I ordered the burger cooked medium but it came out pink in the center, not my preference for chopped meat. Maybe I ordered the wrong item? I plan to try other menu items in the future to see if they hit my taste buds differently.

I made a reservation for two on a Saturday night, and the restaurant was pretty busy, but they had our table ready even though we arrived 30 minutes early. Our server was Evelyn, and she was so sweet and she helped us when we were trying to decide between two desserts and three appetizers. We ordered: - Spring Salad (5/5) this tasted so good with the fresh mango, the snap peas, and the carrot ginger dressing. - Faroe Islands Salmon (5/5) I only tasted the rice, and not the salmon itself, but the rice was so good, and I just kept on stealing more from the plate. - Roasted-Half Chicken (4/5) This was my own entrée, and I loved how the chicken was crispy, and I also really liked the garlic mashed potatoes, but the only thing that I did not think worked well with the dish was the swiss chard. I think it would've tasted better with spinach. - Strawberry Cheesecake (4/5) this was surprisingly very light for a cheesecake, we ended up finishing all of it, and the whipped cream was really good. The strawberries were not my favorite, I kind of wish that they were just fresh slices of strawberries, but to each their own. All in all, this was a super solid meal, there's plenty of parking, and the restaurant is quite spacious, and the single bathrooms are also pretty large.

The night was bingo night but that aside we had a good time. You can eat both inside and outside. The outside offers seating in front and back. I'm a big outdoor seating person so we ate outdoors. For the most part, everyone enjoyed their dinner. The hamburgers were good. The fried pickles were good, if you like those. The Parmesan fries were also popular, but not my thing. What caught my eye was the berry goat cheese salad. Mixed greens, berries, caramel pecans, goat cheese, and their red vinaigrette was excellent. I thought I'd throw some protein on there so added the steak. The steak was not very good so I ended up eating very little of it. Not quite sure what the taste was that the steak was giving off but not something to my liking. Otherwise, this is a terrific salad. The vegetables refresh, they gave you a ton of variety of berries, and the overall size was terrific.
