The woman at the register was impatient with my mother whom was also elderly. I understand that especially if she was busy to an extent but to start verbally attacking her was a bit much. The register was also short on cash for some reason which makes no sense but again it was busy. The kicker was when the girl working the register told my elderly mother "thank you for being a horrible customer". If you're an employee you represent the company. Nothing feels random every corner was designed to make guests feel comfortable. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the hospitality. Every server was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell they care about the people who walk through the door. Even the owner (or manager) took the time to greet guests with humility and kindness, something that's becoming harder to find these days.
