We ordered the cheese calzone that had mozzarella and ricotta. We ordered extra sauce and a side of pasta salad. I really enjoyed the food but I felt it was pricy. This was my experience with Europa. My family and I went to the mall. My elderly aunt needed to eat something so both my mother and I stopped to get her something from the cafe. The woman at the register was impatient with my mother whom was also elderly. I understand that especially if she was busy to an extent but to start verbally attacking her was a bit much. The register was also short on cash for some reason which makes no sense but again it was busy. The kicker was when the girl working the register told my elderly mother "thank you for being a horrible customer". If you're an employee you represent the company. If the caffe wants this as their representation, that's fair, but I know I will not be returning again.

We opted for the patio, which was perfect for a lovely summer evening. There are so many choices I. The menu it can get confusing. We had eaten a large lunch so I opted for the soup of the day, NE clam chowder. At first when I receive my salad, I was a little disappointed. It looked very plain. However, the lettuce was crisp and the dressing was so flavorful and it had the perfect amount of blue cheese. The soup was thick and tasty. Husband got the grouper with garlic and 18 year old got a chicken dish. Both were good. Each entree come with a side dish of your choice. I believe for the prices, they choy I'd come with two. Nice place (especially on the patio) but high prices for what you get.

With a history of being in business for more than 60 years and maintaining the same level of consistency and quality, this establishment truly deserves our business. Whitney was my waitress, and she took excellent care of me. Everything on the menu seemed so enticing that I had to request her assistance. The ambiance of the restaurant can be described as a cozy vibe, as it's dimly lit and gives off a warm, inviting aura. The music played in the background adds to the overall atmosphere, further enhancing the dining experience. Don't let me forget the friendly and cheerful people who frequently attend here. They add to the jovial atmosphere of the place. Now, let's talk about the food. The flavors of the dishes served here are simply delightful. The quality of ingredients used is evident in every bite, and the dishes are prepared with great care and attention to detail. From savory to sweet, the menu offers a diverse range of options that cater to all palates. The dishes are presented beautifully, making for an aesthetically pleasing experience as well. Overall, this restaurant (combined with Whitney's customer service), is the place for those looking for a memorable dining experience. I approach the speaker at drive-through, and young lady taking order is inaudible. I tell her I can't hear her. Twice! Each time she speaks barely audibly. And she asks me to keep repeating my order. I have had this experience EVERY time in the past few visits to this location. Lady at the window in front of me is having a heck of a time getting a correct order. The cashier sounds like she does not comprehend what sliced bread for a sandwich is. I'm waiting for a Sip Club beverage. Still waiting. I often go inside, but that's sometimes a long wait--yes, even for only a Sip Club beverage. And when I inquired at counter, I receive a dumbfounded expression. This is after I see "It's ready" on order status screen. Two stars are for the quality of food and beverages in general at Panera Bread. This location lost 3 stars for missing a customer-centric focus.

Perhaps 15 or so indoor tables and 10-12 outdoor. Lunch was a much better experience than dinner. For lunch we had Waldorf Chicken Salad sandwich and blackened haddock tacos. Both were good meals. Star of both was the hand cut potato chips. Tacos were a bit over sauced (perhaps mayo not fresh and liquifying)/drippy) but good flavor especially the blackened fish. Dinner was a bit of a mess. Did not expect firecracker shrimp to be breaded shrimp and breaded pepper with peanut sauce on side. But it was tasty. Had the branzino piccata special and the chicken and crab piccata mains. Branzino was by far the better, although it had several bones. The chicken and crab was awful. One of the two chicken pieces was so rubbery as to be inedible. My wife sent it back and the replacement was only slightly better. The piccata was much saltier tasting, I am guessing from what was probably the canned crab mixed in. Not what you would hope for from $30-$32 entrees. The peanut butter pie was easily the best thing about the meal. Doubtful it was fresh made and for $15 they could have at least given a slightly bigger piece. Would go back for anything but the handhelds/sandwiches on the menu.

When I say that I probably have 5 lb of pasta on my plate, I am not lying or exaggerating. The meatballs takes like a mix of veal or pork and beef - delicious. Meaty but not heavy. The pasta sauce was a little spicy but nothing mouth scorching. Again delicious. My friends got the grilled tilapia and there's probably three very large pieces of tilapia served with a lemon wedge and another side of angel hair pasta, again at least a pound of pasta in the side. They had the French onion soup, a hearty very beefy based soup with a giant slab of cheese on the top. My friends loved it. My other friends had the pork cutlet which was a hammered piece of pork lightly fried, and the size of a dinner plate served with a side of beef gravy, and also a side of angel hair pasta. Portions are ridiculous and I'm from the south I know huge portions. Lol If you come here though don't come in a hurry, as the staff is very busy. I didn't get her name but she was the only one working the floor. Efficient, direct and friendly. If you leave hungry it is your fault. Enjoy!
