We had a clean Lincoln MKT and water bottles were provided. Upon our return to CLE, we received a text from our driver and we're told which door to use. Quick and easy! After spending over a thousand dollars for wedding party hair and makeup, it did not even last until the pre-ceremony pictures because of how hot and sweaty everyone on the bus was. It was so uncomfortable, and was a horrible experience. To try to fix the air, the bus driver tried to call the company, who did not help at all, and we were instructed to call back after the wedding to request a refund. After the wedding, we did call and were not granted a refund after lots of back and forth with the company. If you value your wedding day look (hair, makeup, etc) DO NOT book Cleveland Taxi Limo. If something goes wrong, they will do nothing to fix it.

When you are getting picked up at the airport, you can expect to find the driver waiting for you at the baggage claim with a sign. If you checked a bag they will know what carousal you are at and will carry your bags to the car if needed. The cars are always freshly detailed, and you overall get a much higher level of service. All of their cars are the highest level of trim typically with seat heaters and leather seats in the back. My favorite is the Lincoln Continental. For a little bit more experience the finer things in life, arrive in style, and quit stressing.

I gave them 5 min to figure out when / if the driver was coming or I was going to drive to the airport to prevent missing my flight. I never heard back from them. I had prepaid my reservation and have not received a refund for this. I have called to request the refund but they didn't answer the phone. In summary, they will take your money, not inform you that they cannot deliver on their service until after you call and then do nothing for customer service to try to do anything about the hardship that was caused by their incompetience.
