Cathy and Alyssa were phenomenal with coordination and payments--friendly, responsive, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. They made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free. Customer service like that makes all the difference. Our driver, Dave K, was exceptional. He personally reached out 48 hours in advance to introduce himself, confirm all details, and ask how he could best accommodate our group. That proactive communication immediately gave us confidence. On the day of our event--January 31, 2026, a true winter day in Cleveland--Dave arrived early, which allowed us time to get comfortable with the layout, bring in our food and drinks, connect to Bluetooth, and get settled without feeling rushed. Ice was already provided, which was a great touch. He gave us a professional and thorough safety brief before we hit the road. Throughout our six stops, Dave dropped us off in ideal locations every time. He even took photos for us and made sure we were well taken care of all day. His professionalism, attention to detail, and overall attitude made the experience unforgettable. We had 30 people on a red trolley party bus for a very reasonable $1,068 for the entire trip--an incredible value. I'm pretty sure everyone who drove by us was jealous! Regis navigated a very tight area at the lake where the couple wanted some photos. He was professional and provided EXCELLENT customer service. Regis texted after the last pickup at the hotel to the reception venue. When the bridal party left something on the bus, it was readily available the Monday after the wedding. Unless you're an important  VIP executive and have a well versed knowledge of the limo industry, steer clear of this company. I contacted them to get a quote for a limo for my kids prom. Everything was fine, the price seemed fair and we moved forward. When the day arrived, a black SUV pulls up instead of a limo. When i contacted them to ask the reason there wasn't a limo there, i was told that i don't understand the definition of what a limo is these days and i should have known from the price what kind of car i was getting. I'm not a frequent limo rider but when i think limo for prom, I'm not picturing a black SUV.  The rest of the unprofessional interaction played out through text (pictures attached). I asked why would i pay for a limo when a SUV showed up, and i was told the miscommunication was my fault. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a limo when i called a limo service.  For anyone thinking of using this company, just know they don't even have any limos available. It is only SUVs so if you're not an important doctor, lawyer,  or executive then don't expect anything else from them.  I truly feel i was ripped off with the old bait and switch. The plan was to give my kid and their friends a memorable experience for this once in a lifetime senior prom. The service was provided and i was willing to pay an adjusted amount for the lack of a limo since at that point, we had no other options. However, when we texted about it the next day, Dave the owner was a wittle crabby from his trip to Europe (which he had to mention as if it pertained to the conversation what so ever). He was completely unreasonable, and accusatory. He called me cheap and went on and on about his important clients and demanded full payment because i was dumb to expect a limo from a limo service.  I'll let the pictures speak for themselves but if you're just normal folk, don't bother with fireman's LIMO service. Excellent customer service! Our driver, JD, was absolutely amazing!! He surprised my daughter when he arrived with "her limo", and continued to ensure that the girls had a wonderful experience. We were specifically told by a company driver "meet right in front of the bail bonding office" at 11:00 and we would have another driver pick us up, and they would have us back by 1130; however, the driver had went to take another client somewhere as well as no one came to pick us up. He ended up telling us he could not get us until 1:30 then proceeded to not respond the rest of the evening. We had no ride home. We had called the owner the next day. Rather than working with us to resolve the issue, he explained he was a private investigator and minister the majority or the time rather than addressing the issue on hand. The driver also said we had scheduled different plans, but that was never the case. We had agreed for a ride after the concert! Why would we have booked a chauffeur service if we had not wanted one! Instead, They took out payment, the tip, and never returned. We are out the money at the end of the day which is not the biggest deal. It was the principle of them not taking responsibility for their actions or their drivers and not providing the service someone pays for.
