He said OK and hung up. I called Ace back at 4:45 am and was told I canceled my pickup. I told him I Did not cancel. He told me "you must have filled out a survey and canceled". Again, I told him No I didn't cancel. I asked if they were going to pick me up as scheduled- 5:15 am and he said NO. I then received 2 emails showing my reservation was canceled. They called back 20 minutes later to confirm. All good. Then the next day I call an hour before they are supposed to be there, still all good. Then they don't show. They are 15 minutes late. I call and the dispatcher says he will be there in 5 minutes. 20 minutes pass without word. I call and she says he will be there right away. Then the cab driver calls to say he can't find me. The dispatcher says she can't help me and I can only give the cab driver my address so many times. They claimed I gave them the wrong area but I'm not from there so I wouldn't have even been able to guess at another place to send the cab. I ended up being an hour late for work and all i heard from the driver and the dispatcher were excuses and rudeness. I will never take this company again.

She also said she would investigate and call me right back. I found other means of transportation in the mean time. 45 mins later the cab driver called me to let me know he was outside my house. i was no longer there cause i had no idea anyone was still coming. my suggestion: Get it together. Make sure your employees know what they are doing. i even double checked my phone just to make sure i did dial the correct # twice. its not me.

After spending over a thousand dollars for wedding party hair and makeup, it did not even last until the pre-ceremony pictures because of how hot and sweaty everyone on the bus was. To try to fix the air, the bus driver tried to call the company, who did not help at all, and we were instructed to call back after the wedding to request a refund. After the wedding, we did call and were not granted a refund after lots of back and forth with the company. If you value your wedding day look (hair, makeup, etc) DO NOT book Cleveland Taxi Limo. If something goes wrong, they will do nothing to fix it.
