On the day of our event--January 31, 2026, a true winter day in Cleveland--Dave arrived early, which allowed us time to get comfortable with the layout, bring in our food and drinks, connect to Bluetooth, and get settled without feeling rushed. Ice was already provided, which was a great touch. He gave us a professional and thorough safety brief before we hit the road. Throughout our six stops, Dave dropped us off in ideal locations every time. He even took photos for us and made sure we were well taken care of all day. His professionalism, attention to detail, and overall attitude made the experience unforgettable. We had 30 people on a red trolley party bus for a very reasonable $1,068 for the entire trip--an incredible value. I'm pretty sure everyone who drove by us was jealous! A-1 Was the transportation used for my daughter's wedding. Their driver Regis was SUPERB! While the wedding took place at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel church, he was kind enough to grab the mini sandwich platter at Sweetberries down the street. (Thank you Victoria for the offer when I explained we were having snacks on the bus for after the ceremony and while they were going to get pictures taken). Regis navigated a very tight area at the lake where the couple wanted some photos. He was professional and provided EXCELLENT customer service. Regis texted after the last pickup at the hotel to the reception venue. When the bridal party left something on the bus, it was readily available the Monday after the wedding. What I did was take my time to review each vendor and ask the right questions to ensure I was picking the perfect person to make our wedding day special. A-1 Mr. Limo was one of the vendors I didn't even need to investigate. Their company comes with a glowing reputation and outstanding service and longevity in the Cleveland area. Every wedding professional knows A-1... when we'd tell people who we chose for our limo service, they would smile and nod knowingly. Their fleet is always kept up to date, very clean, and state of the art. Every single person you interact with at A-1 Mr Limo is a true professional- friendly and focused and working hard to make sure all of the details are covered. We worked with Carmen and he was great. He was so patient and made sure he answered any questions I had. When wedding day came, our driver (Dave)showed up early and got started loading the coach (The Gatsby 2) and coordinating with our photographer. I spoke to Dave on the phone a few days prior and we covered all the details as well. I can't even begin to thank him enough for being so exceptionally thoughtful and helpful. Here are a couple amazing things Dave did to make our day easy: *When we came out of the church, he was waiting outside with a cup of water for each of us. He congratulated us and helped us scurry back inside *Each time the bridesmaids headed back to the bus, he was waiting to take our bouquets and store them safely while we rode to the next destination. * We were taking photos on some questionable railroad tracks and Dave was there to help me walk down- even though there were photographers, videographers, and my husband there... he wanted to make sure we got down safely. Great company to work with! I planned a day trip to Geneva wineries with some friends. I opted for the Mercedes Elite van and was extremely happy with it. It was very clean and there was plenty of room for 7 of us to maneouver inside. To top off our experience, our awesome driver Elvin was quite the gentleman! From the moment he pulled up, to our winery requests, to helping us in and out of the limo, to taking head counts to make sure we were all aboard, to having an adapter to use our phones to play music, to the drop off when he helped us go through the limo to make sure we all had our belongings..... Elvin was a top notch driver! The girls and I are already planning a Spring trip back to the wineries and will 100% be using A-1 Mr. Limo .... as long as we have Elvin to drive us!! read more

Used this company for our wedding, and this was easily one of the best decisions that we made. Everyone with the staff was very friendly, and our driver, Dave, was exceptional. He contacted my wife just a few days before the wedding, to confirm the information we had given them. Upon leaving the sanctuary, and waiting in a side room, Dave was waiting for us with 2 bottles of water. My groomsmen all said he was very helpful with loading up the drinks in the limo. While pictures were going on, he would periodically come to check in on us, and bring waters for us and our photographer. His driving was very safe, and we all felt at ease with our ride around town. I have only heard good reviews about this company from people I have talked to, and saw many other good reviews through Yelp. The prices here were slightly higher than some other companies, but doing business with them was very simple. They have a simple approach, do their job, and do it well. On a busy day, where there are a lot of moving parts, it is nice to have one thing that you know will not have to worry about. This business will do that for you. If we ever needed a car service again, this is without a doubt the only one we would use. read more

Used the Executive 27 shuttle to take customers on a tour of a supplier. The driver was prompt, professional, and service oriented. Communication prior to the event was timely and sufficient. The shuttle has to be completely pre-paid which I thought a bit odd. Other than the driver forgetting the cooler of iced water bottles, A-1 Mr Limo offered exceptional service and a decent vehicle. The booking process was easy for us, and we basically got to choose from their entire fleet. We went with the Diplomat, a 14 passenger bus. The bus was in beautiful condition, the stereo system was top notch (even had Bluetooth, making it easy to pair phones and play our own music) and our driver Pat was great (Pat even showed up 15 min earlier than we had booked him for).
