Look no further. As a bride who is also a lawyer, I spent so much time researching different limo companies to compare prices and reviews. When I first contacted A-1, the woman who answered the phone suggested not only coming out to view their buses, but also to view in person any other company in person, as well. I checked out another company first, and was shocked at how radically different their buses looked in person. My now husband and I went to view A-1 in person and the buses were above and beyond what we expected! So professional and all lined up, ready to be viewed! As the day approached, the company sent us a worksheet to list all of our plans. When the big day came, we had Nate as our driver on 7/29/17- he called us both the night before the wedding, asking if we needed anything or if we forgot anything. And then on the day, when we were riding around with our wedding party to take pictures, Nate came out periodically to offer us water, and he always helped us get in and out of the bus with all of our dresses. He was amazing, and he took us around exactly where we wanted and extremely promptly. He kept track of the times I had listed that I wanted us to go everywhere. Limo companies can be both expensive and deceiving, I found in my research. A-1 is exactly as they represent themselves to be, kind, and well worth the cost. I highly recommend them! read more

I booked with A-1 for my wedding bus based on other recommendations and am very satisfied with our experience. From the beginning, I worked with Cathy and she was very responsive to emails and very accommodating working with pricing and getting everything sent over to me. She answered all questions and made great recommendations based on what we were looking for for our wedding. We had 16 people in our wedding party and fit an additional 2 to fit 18 very comfortably. We used the Gatsby 2 and it was very spacious, luxurious, and clean. You could pay to even include ice, pop, and cups if you did not want to bring your own. They even had a nice "Just Married sign" that you could choose to use along with black and white poms if you did not have your own sign. (we used the sign and loved the nice touch of the offering.) We had Chuck as our Limo driver and he was awesome. He was very go with the flow and knew his way around downtown Cleveland. He was a fun man and was very entertaining. We made our own playlist and Chuck helped us get all situated and ready to go before departing on our adventure. He stuck to the timeline and got us to our destination when we needed to be there. Great experience! read more

We booked A-1 Mr. Limo for our daughter and her friends for Prom on 5/12/17 (Recommendation from our son and his fiancée who had already booked their Sept. 2017 wedding limo through A-1 Mr. Limo). We booked the Gatsby 2 which was gorgeous for 16 kids!! Our daughter and her friends had a wonderful experience and loved the blue-tooth sound system!!! The chauffeur was Valerie who was wonderful! She even helped put on a few boutonnieres!! (So wonderful that my daughter-n-law called back and requested Valerie for their chauffeur because she was there and met her too) The kids had a really great time on the Limo-Party Bus. The Limo Bus took them for pictures at the park, to the Prom, back to our house to change for the After-Prom, to the After-Prom and than back to our house! Definitely one of the highlights of their Prom experience!! They are still talking about it!!!! Cathy and Leila who helped me with the details (they have lots of experience!!!) were extremely helpful! I would highly recommend A-1 Mr. Limo! read more

This is regarding our wedding on October 10th. I have used A-1 Mr Limo for several events in the past so when my (now) husband and I got engaged, I knew exactly who we were going to use for our wedding. They are always so accommodating and will do anything they can to make sure you are more than satisfied with your experience. I had requested them to call me the day before the wedding just to confirm all the details, and the driver herself called me that Friday and was extremely friendly and also very excited. It helped to calm my nerves about everything. On the day of, our driver showed up a half hour early (which was incredible). She had a smile on her face and she was enthusiastic the entire time! All of the groomsmen and the groom were having trouble with their boutonnieres so she helped every single one of them and made sure they all looked great. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect day. This limo company is the best around!! Always a wonderful experience! Thank you guys so much!!! read more

We went through A-1 Mr. Limo for our wedding and got a bus for our bridal party. James was our driver and he was absolutely amazing! He took us anywhere we wanted and was so nice and friendly. I had to wait on the bus by myself before walking down the aisle for my wedding and James came in the back to talk to me and help calm my nerves before walking down the aisle. He is the nicest guy and we could not have asked for a better driver! The Limo was clean and spacious, very accommodating for our group. James went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. There was also a special container with vases and water to keep our bouquets fresh from the ceremony to all of our picture locations! I would highly recommend going through A-1 Limo and asking for James! If we ever need a limo again in the future, I will definitely be going through them again! They helped make our special day run smoothly through all the chaotic running around! Highly recommend! read more

To: Sarah K,, We are very pleased the day of the charter everybody seemed to enjoy themselves and thought our chauffeurs were great. Because there was an error in our reservation system not showing a wedding that was reserved a couple days before you booked we were unable to provide you with the vehicle you requested. We are sorry we did not catch the problem until we were scheduling our charters a week before. We have since put an additional audit in place to eliminate this issue. Unfortunately Michael was not able to provide you with the vehicle you reserved, however we thought by providing you with 2 vehicles that would normally (cost $400.00) more and charging you ($700.00 less) than your original charter we thought you would be happy with this accommodation, we feel bad you were not pleased with our solution. Once again our apologies, we appreciated the opportunity to serve you and hope to earn your business in the future. read more

I recently used A-Mr Limo for a birthday party for @ 37 guests transported between the Hilton Hotel in Cleveland, the Rock and Roll Museum and return to the Hotel. The Staff were professional, the fee and terms of the contract were clear and detailed. My guests were impressed with the high end appearance and cleanliness of the Coach. The driver was prompt and flexible within the five hour block of time the contract called for in terms of pick up, drop off, and return. Al (the driver), contacted me via cell phone a day in advance to confirm the schedule and we stayed in contact periodically during the event to make sure no one got stranded. Al was personable and a great representative of the brand A-Mr Limo conveys in their literature. I would absolutely use A-1 Mr Limo again. read more

I can't say enough about A-1 Mr Limo. Our September 8th wedding had a few logistical challenges with timelines and driveway restrictions and after calling over 15 local transportation companies, A-1 Mr Limo was the only company that I felt confident in booking. We couldn't be happier with our decision. Lelia and Cathy worked so hard making sure that every aspect of our booking process was perfect. The vehicles were so nice and Mark and Ray were two of the most professional drivers I have ever had! They took such great care of us!!! Both of them went above and beyond for the bridal party and guests! I highly recommend A-1 Mr Limo and I know for sure that we will be using them a lot more in the future. Thank you for being such a stand up company!!! read more

I rented a luxury coach for our 35th wedding anniversary. I had scheduled several pickups at various times since our children are scattered about the area. The staff at A1 was more than accomadating. Not once was "we can't do that" raised. The Chaueffer, Andre was polite, well dressed, and a true professional. Most importantly he was on time....actually early and knew the itinerary. My wife, children, and grandchildren had the time of their lives. Even when I added a stop on the way home for ice cream at Mitchell's the answer was no problem. I will be using A1 for all my future adventures...concerts, weddings, prom etc. They are a class act and I would highly recommend them to family and friends 24/7 365. read more

We rented your party bus for my sister's 80th birthday last weekend. It could not have been better from beginning to end. Cathy booked the limo and answered all of my questions. I talked to her several times. The day of the party Christine text me to let me know she was our driver and wanted to know if we needed anything else. We had several requests and each was addressed easily. We had family and friends from 14 to 90 and everyone had a fabulous time. Thank you A1 Limo for everything. I would hire you again in a minute and would encourage anyone who needs a limo in the Cleveland area call you. Here are a couple pictures. read more

You cannot go wrong with A1 Mr. Limo! Look no further! We used them for our wedding. We had the Eclipse, which was perfect for our bridal party, and then the Executive 44, which was perfect for transporting our guests to and from the hotel and the reception. Cathy and Leanne were so sweet and helpful anytime I called with a question. Harry, who was our driver for the Eclipse, was also great. He even texted me a few days before our wedding to introduce himself and see if we had any questions. Overall, A1 Mr. Limo was reliable, professional, organized, and their fleet is top notch. We cannot wait to use them again for a future event! read more

We used A-1 Mr. Limo for our wedding transportation for both the wedding party and our guests. During the booking process we were able to look in each available vehicle so we knew exactly what we were getting! We ended up booking the Ultra for the wedding party and the Executive 44 for the guests. Ray was our driver for the day and he was AMAZING! He helped me (the bride) get on and off the bus and was so attentive to making sure my wedding dress wouldn't get ruined. He was an absolute gentleman! This company was such a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them for any event in the Cleveland/Northeast Ohio area! read more

Staff during the booking process were extremely helpful and friendly. Ask for Carmen, he was so great, and showed every limo bus to me (during a snowstorm in fact!). I booked 'Gatsby' limo bus for my May 17, 2014 wedding. The limo was clean and in beautiful shape. James, our driver was so helpful and accommodating in every way. I would highly recommended them. Although they were not the cheapest out there, they were worth every penny. I read reviews and did my research and boy did it pay off! Do your homework when booking any vendor and you will be happy with the results! read more

Our experience with A-1was wonderful! They arrived earlier than planned but our driver patiently waited for us to be ready. Our wedding day was really rainy and cold and our driver Derek was so kind to walk each of us individually to the bus under the umbrella and carrying all of our stuff. Derek was amazing and if he is a reflection of all of the drivers, you will be very pleased. He even called the day before to be sure he had the right address and give me his personal number. The bus was very clean and well kept! We were very pleased :) thank you again, especially to Derek! read more

Everyone I came in contact with through this company was so nice and helpful. We called other companies and came across some rude people. When we spoke with A-1 Mr. Limo, we noticed right away how kind they were. They made sure everything went smoothly. Mark was our driver for the wedding day and he went above and beyond what I was expecting. He made sure my husband and I were hydrating while taking pictures and was very flexible when things changed. The limo itself was in outstanding condition. They clearly maintain their vehicles well. 100% recommend this company! read more

Living in Atlanta and planning a wedding in Cleveland, Ohio left us somewhat with blind faith, having no experience with Cleveland vendors. A-1 Mr. Limo was an excellent choice. From the first phone call, they showed their professionalism. On the day of the wedding, the driver arrived 30 minutes early, called me to let me know she was on site. She was very friendly and professional. The bus was their largest bus, and very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The driver greeted each guest warmly. I highly recommend A-1 Mr. Limo! read more

I'm a wedding planner from outside of Ohio, and was looking for a great transportation company for my client's wedding. When I called A-1 Mr. Limo Quinn immediately put my mind at ease. From our first conversation I knew he and his team would take great care of my clients and their guests, and they did. They were all incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond and ensure a beautiful wedding day and experience. I wish A-1 Mr. Limo was a national company so I could use them at all my weddings and events. read more

WE had so much fun in the limo-van with family on August 3rd. Fred, our driver was just wonderful. The party began in the limo! It was a wonderfully, fun way to have everyone talking and laughing all the way into the restaurant and back on the return. It made a 45 minute drive fly by!! Thank you again to Fred who was a great, fun driver helping us to celebrate a memorable occasion and to A-1 Mr. Limo for an easy way to organize safe transportation. We have used you before and will do so again. Chris Sumpter read more
