I looked at another review and saw the word professional. And that's it, a professional looking car, clean and shiny inside and out even at the end of the day. A professional type driver who I believe his name is David was pleasant to talk to and I believe a family man. It was cold out and I didn't remember where I parked. I said I'll look around, but he kept driving around for me and we found the car. Yes, I would recommend his service and hope for his success. Frank D.

Carmel church, he was kind enough to grab the mini sandwich platter at Sweetberries down the street. (Thank you Victoria for the offer when I explained we were having snacks on the bus for after the ceremony and while they were going to get pictures taken). Regis navigated a very tight area at the lake where the couple wanted some photos. He was professional and provided EXCELLENT customer service. She, the guardian, and her dad, the veteran, were on the manifest for an Honor Flight Cleveland flight to Washington DC on October 15th. Not being from the area, she googled transportation to the airport at 3:30 AM, gave Danny a call and made a reservation. She probably texted him a dozen times, paranoid that something may go wrong and she and her dad would miss this opportunity of a lifetime. Danny was very kind and patient, and assured and reassured her that it would be fine. Well it was better than fine. Toni was their driver who was actually 7 minutes early for the 2:45AM pickup after confirmation texts the day before and another one when he was on his way. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, Toni opened our doors for us, he chatted with us about the area and his different jobs and his skating and the trip, even though it wasn't a very long one to begin with, was over in a blink. Rest assured if you use Danny Boy's Transportation, you will not be disappointed. Many thanks to both Danny and Toni for their awesome service to my dad and me!

Setting up…read morethe service was very easy and the individual I spoke with was very professional and answered all of my questions. The service was also very affordable. After booking I was kept informed by email and text to the date, pick-up time, and also to verify the agreed upon price. I had booked the service two weeks ahead of the concert date and I was kept informed that everything was on track and the vehicle would be there as we had arranged. The day before I was emailed with the drivers name and again assured that they would be there at the specified time. The day of the service I was emailed and texted that the driver, John was in route. John arrived early, introduced himself and asked if we needed anything special. He was very professional, friendly, and the vehicle was immaculate. John transported by wife and her friend to Rocket Arena and gave them his phone number in case they needed to contact him for any reason. He also told them where he would be once the concert was over and exactly what exit to come out of. Once the concert was over he texted by wife to reaffirm where he was at and inform her he was waiting. They exited, got in the vehicle and John brought them back. Both my wife and her friend praised John saying how courteous, professional, and attentive he was. I have been looking for a limousine service for well over two years as the company I used to use was purchased and the new owners are far from professional and their equipment is not dependable. Statement Limousine has ended my search, they are now my go to service for executive car and limousine transportation. If you need a limousine or car transportation you can't go wrong calling Statement Limousine, you will not be disappointed!

We had a clean Lincoln MKT and water bottles were provided. Upon our return to CLE, we received a text from our driver and we're told which door to use. Quick and easy! After spending over a thousand dollars for wedding party hair and makeup, it did not even last until the pre-ceremony pictures because of how hot and sweaty everyone on the bus was. It was so uncomfortable, and was a horrible experience. To try to fix the air, the bus driver tried to call the company, who did not help at all, and we were instructed to call back after the wedding to request a refund. After the wedding, we did call and were not granted a refund after lots of back and forth with the company. If you value your wedding day look (hair, makeup, etc) DO NOT book Cleveland Taxi Limo. If something goes wrong, they will do nothing to fix it.
