I called him on March 27 to confirm that his car was fixed and the he could pick me up the next day. He said he would pick me up at 3 pm. When I asked him about the refund, he said we would settle up then. Upon landing in Cleveland, I turned my phone to see a cryptic message, but it did not say that he would not be there. So I called and Tony said that he was not going to be able to pick me up. I said, "Then you are leaving me stranded" and he said "yes". I asked if I am getting refunded, and he said "yes". I waited patiently and after he got in the van, there was absolutely no urgency to let me out of my driveway. There was also no reason to be blocking my driveway as there was more than enough room in front of the van. This is incredibly inconsiderate behavior, which was especially upsetting under emergency circumstances. This is also a highly irresponsible way to represent a business.

(Thank you Victoria for the offer when I explained we were having snacks on the bus for after the ceremony and while they were going to get pictures taken). Regis navigated a very tight area at the lake where the couple wanted some photos. He was professional and provided EXCELLENT customer service. Regis texted after the last pickup at the hotel to the reception venue. When the bridal party left something on the bus, it was readily available the Monday after the wedding. Quality Drivers, Clean Vehicles Definitely will come back to A-1 for Party Bus/Transportation needs! A-1 is A+++++
