There was also no reason to be blocking my driveway as there was more than enough room in front of the van. He was better than just professional. All of the guests talked about how friendly he was. Old school, classy, at your service limo driver. One of the key things I appreciate in customer service is when the experience is not about the people giving the service. We were all in our own little worlds at the wedding, and Gene didn't take any of that away from us. It is only after looking back that we realize how he worked (behind the scenes) to make our night special. LAnd at the end of the night, my wife and I got stuck with a surprise errand. We had to take home all the food from anderhaven. Gene helped us load up the car, and he helped us take it into our hotel. The Lincoln MKT was fantastic, btw. Classy car, smooth, always kept clean. Truth be told I did call some of the major carriers first because I completely forgot about Lake Erie limousine. During covid I'm absolutely amazed that some of the large limousine companies would rather let their limousine sit idle and that make any money versus renting one out for a little bit of a discount and making some money cuz I like to say some money is better than none but they did not agree with that. I don't know if Google was listening to me but Lake Erie limo popped up in my searches kind of weird but cool nonetheless I gave him a call he said yeah no problem he sent out an older car and although the radio work I couldn't figure out how to Bluetooth my phone to it but that's okay. The car was clean everything and it worked and it was great transportation to and from Sapphire Creek winery for our anniversary. I don't want to call exactly how much it was but I want to say that it was about 250 bucks round trip for him to come pick us up and pick some of our friends up and take us about half hour away wait on us and then bring us back home. Watch out for these scammers as their overpriced "services" are NOT covered by medical insurance…read more They are considered "ambulettes," and for some reason ($$$$$) are not a covered service, as opposed to the regular ambulance, which IS covered. They are charging almost $10 per mile, and will not listen even if you already have transportation and do not require their service. Make sure you ask for an ambulance transportation that is covered by insurance. It may not cover all of it, but you will most likely end up paying 1/10 of what these crooks would charge you.
