For both trips, the drivers arrived on time. The ride with Delores on Feb. 18 was especially pleasant. Dealing with a lot of traffic and especially the Rte. 91 bridge construction issues, she kept me posted on her planned route to my home in the event of bridge delays or re-routing. I'd ride again with Darlene any time!

Between supposed "maintenance" on the site and app and customer service reps, it's not worth the money. I requested for early morning (5-5:30am pickup window) to be at work by 6am. Half the time the bus shows up after the pickup window. The customer service at the dial a ride number is a real piece of work. One time (last week) the bus showed up at 5:45am and I was 10 minutes late to work, accuring a point. If I lose my job because they can't schedule rides, I'll sue

Definitely the way to travel longer distances! While our rail system needs updating, the experience is wonderful! We enjoyed our chef prepared meals on our trip home, there was a nice variety of choices and everything was delicious. But the people were the best!! Big thank you's to Vela, Kat, April, Walter and Jacquelin!! You made all the difference and we won't forget you.

It wasn't the best experience of my life. I am still very tired while writing this. The Floridian line of the Amtrak is, as I now know, always very, very late. As it was scheduled to leave the station at 3am, I woke up very early to get to this station on time. All the services were closed (very unfortunate) and me and dozens of others waited in the bare waiting room on uncomfortable seats for over and hour and a half before finally boarding at 4:30am. At least this station in particular was clean and the waiting room was open and the signage was well lit from the outside. 3 stars for the building and services and 2 stars for Amtrak itself. The staff on the train itself was very professional and good at their jobs so there's that. I wish there was a rule against people talking so dang loud the whole ride as 99% of us were trying to sleep!! Only gonna do this again in the case of last resort... like I had to this time.

Yay, the Waterfront line isn't just for Browns games anymore!…read more Riding the Waterfront, you'll find a nice and clean Blue or Green line train that's now going the extra distance to go past the flats, Aloft Hotel, Browns Stadium, The Rock Hall and if you really stretch it, the Galleria. Ending at the Muni lot, it's the perfect Browns transportation. The Settlers Landing station is newer, well maintained and offers ample cover. It's the spot you'll want to get off for all the new construction near Ernst and Young/Aloft Hotel/Ken Stewarts/etc. As this place builds up, this stop is going to be a destination...but alas for now, expect empty trains and strange looks while you wait for your train. BTW, trains come every 15 minutes. (as of June '13)
