Ending at the Muni lot, it's the perfect Browns transportation. The Settlers Landing station is newer, well maintained and offers ample cover. It's the spot you'll want to get off for all the new construction near Ernst and Young/Aloft Hotel/Ken Stewarts/etc. As this place builds up, this stop is going to be a destination...but alas for now, expect empty trains and strange looks while you wait for your train. BTW, trains come every 15 minutes. (as of June '13)

It is cheap, but can easily add up. It is convenient, but also darn near slow. I am happy that a city like Cleveland has options for me to get around without having to depend on rideshares. The Red Line is the way to go to and from the airport from Downtown. It really is. The Blue and Green Waterfront lines bring you to the Rock Hall and towards well, the water. The trains also go to The Flats which made me real happy. Amtrak is also connected into the system. But since the trains run at night, it does not pay to use this system to get to the station. But to go to a Browns game or Indians game, this works real well. Take advantage of the cost and ride it. I guess that is easy enough to put into words.

Probably because I drive unreliable cars and have several very good friends who live in the rich, secluded, far-off East Burbs of the C L E, such as Willowick, Mentor and Painesville. I know these towns well, and still visit often. I never had any complaints about these buses except that they should be cheaper and the network is not very good at covering the region. They're not too regular either. But they work well and the employees are pretty friendly. So I like them. Maybe they should be renamed Liketran. And oh how I do.

The Laketran team collaborated and arranged to have my phone on the bus waiting for me with the driver for the evening bus pickup! Just as promised, it was with the driver who picked me up. Seamless. Everything that was in my phone's attached wallet was still there just as I had left it. I am so grateful to have it back in the exact condition in which I had left it. I was really panicked and am so relived now. Thank you to Laketran for making this stressful situation work out in the end.
