NOT sure why folks are complaining about the price- the price is SUPER reasonable for a 2 hour + boat ride AND for a smaller boat (compared to the huge Lady Caroline and GoodTime) AND for a boat where you don't have to pay for overpriced drinks (what's wrong with that?). NOTE: yes there is a chance the trip might be cancelled IF a minimum # of people do not sign up BUT when you register you can tell how many have already signed up AND if the weather is decent, most likely it will be a go AND they notify you 48 hours in advance IF cancelled. As we neared the ground, we nosed up and accelerated and gained speed and altitude fairly quickly. No one ever spoke about it from the cockpit or the flight attendants. I remarked to the caption on my way out that it seemed like we had a little do over. He never looked at me, as he was typing on his phone, but he did acknowledge me as he said, "yeah, it kinda felt that way didn't it!" I'm grateful for safety and the pilots who for me here safely - as well as all the ground crew, plane crew and air traffic control/FAA and any others who help keep us all safe.

The driver showed up 45 MINUTES late and it nearly ruined our carefully-timed arrival at the surprise party. The second time we used them (DUMB, JULIA. So. Dumb.) -- they drove us to a wedding. I agreed upon the return pick-up time as 12:30am about a week in advance. The dispatch had the order. Then, the driver and I agreed verbally when he dropped us off. "See you at 12:30a.m." Welp. 12:30 a.m. came and went. I had the driver's cell number. He said "You called and said to come get you at midnight. I was there and you weren't." Umm... NO I DIDN'T. Then I called dispatch - which provided little to no help. We eventually had to call a cab to come get us an hour away from home. UNACCEPTABLE. Truly I have never in my life received such terrible customer service. Your job is to drive people and pick them up. THAT'S ALL YOUR COMPANY DOES. And you cannot even do that successfully. Fail. Epic fail.
