I had a few questions and the owner responded to my emails directly. Our driver sent us a text message when she was on her way and arrived 20 minutes early. We had a clean Lincoln MKT and water bottles were provided. Upon our return to CLE, we received a text from our driver and we're told which door to use. Quick and easy! After spending over a thousand dollars for wedding party hair and makeup, it did not even last until the pre-ceremony pictures because of how hot and sweaty everyone on the bus was. It was so uncomfortable, and was a horrible experience. To try to fix the air, the bus driver tried to call the company, who did not help at all, and we were instructed to call back after the wedding to request a refund. After the wedding, we did call and were not granted a refund after lots of back and forth with the company. If you value your wedding day look (hair, makeup, etc) DO NOT book Cleveland Taxi Limo. If something goes wrong, they will do nothing to fix it.

Unless you're an important  VIP executive and have a well versed knowledge of the limo industry, steer clear of this company. I contacted them to get a quote for a limo for my kids prom. Everything was fine, the price seemed fair and we moved forward. When the day arrived, a black SUV pulls up instead of a limo. When i contacted them to ask the reason there wasn't a limo there, i was told that i don't understand the definition of what a limo is these days and i should have known from the price what kind of car i was getting. I'm not a frequent limo rider but when i think limo for prom, I'm not picturing a black SUV.  The rest of the unprofessional interaction played out through text (pictures attached). I asked why would i pay for a limo when a SUV showed up, and i was told the miscommunication was my fault. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a limo when i called a limo service.  For anyone thinking of using this company, just know they don't even have any limos available. It is only SUVs so if you're not an important doctor, lawyer,  or executive then don't expect anything else from them.  I truly feel i was ripped off with the old bait and switch. The plan was to give my kid and their friends a memorable experience for this once in a lifetime senior prom. The service was provided and i was willing to pay an adjusted amount for the lack of a limo since at that point, we had no other options. However, when we texted about it the next day, Dave the owner was a wittle crabby from his trip to Europe (which he had to mention as if it pertained to the conversation what so ever). He was completely unreasonable, and accusatory. Let me first start by saying I was given their contact information from my cousins who had used them for their 06/12 wedding. I contacted Don and he was by far the best quote for what we needed for our event. We had a 'GNO' special, where 11 of us went to Blossom Music Center for an outdoor concert. We had the 14 person SUV and it was a surprise upgrade. The driver arrived at my house promptly and dressed to the 9s. He got us to Blossom and told us where we were parked and that he would wait fro us there. 3 hours later, and we found him immediately. On the ride home, he stopped at a gas station in order for us to stop and use the restroom (the ride is about 1 hour, 15 minutes). We got home, and I did a quick scan of the vehicle, and gave our driver (I forgot his name), and extra tip. It was such a great time. 11/22/14 I used Aqua Limo this past weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. Having had such a great experience in 2013, I called Don for quotes, and again, he was by far the best in the area. His suggestion was to do 2 one way drops with the same vehicle. We had 15 people and we were going from Avon Lake, to Downtown Cleveland to the Hofbrauhaus. Our driver (who started out decent) picked us up about 5:45pm. Then we crossed through our development to the neighboring development to pick up 2 more couples. We then were dropped off at the Hofbrauhaus. We had to wait about 10 minutes in the vehicle before we were able to get seated (we had a party of 17). We were a group of 30-40 year olds professionals. We had a fantastic time of hanging out in the 30 person bus and singing to the music and being in an environment without our young children. We were picked up at 10:00pm and after a bit of discussion, ended up being dropped back home to Avon Lake at 10:25pm. I went and settled up with our driver (offering to clean up the spilled popcorn; the bag tipped over), but he said we were good to go. I called Don the following morning and let him know that it was a great time and the service and price were fantastic. There was a minor hiccup after the fact, however, it has sense been resolved. I still have much confidence in Aqua Limo and Don and his team; we would use them again in the future without any hesitation.

Instead, the driver arrived in a Sprinter van that seated only about 10 people max--far short of what we'd reserved and paid for. The company admitted they "sent the wrong vehicle" and apologized, but made zero effort to fix the problem--no replacement bus, no partial refund on the spot, nothing. This ruined our plans, forcing half the group to scramble for alternative rides (Ubers, etc.) and splitting everyone up. To make matters worse, we expected at least a discount or comp given the major inconvenience. Instead, they charged us $770--$70 over the agreed $700 price. When we questioned the overcharge and rude responses, they refused to negotiate or refund anything, just saying "we'll get you a deal next time." There won't be a next time. Strongly avoid this company--plenty of better options in Cleveland that actually deliver what you book. I'd actually prefer walking to a destination in a Cleveland December than using this company again. 0/5 stars - Save yourself the headache.

They make it completely stress free and their professionalism is unmatched. They will pick you up any time 24/7 and always arrive early. In a recent trip, I had to depart at 4 am and it was raining. I found the uniformed driver waiting outside my house with an umbrella and offered to carry my bags for me. When you are getting picked up at the airport, you can expect to find the driver waiting for you at the baggage claim with a sign. If you checked a bag they will know what carousal you are at and will carry your bags to the car if needed. The cars are always freshly detailed, and you overall get a much higher level of service. All of their cars are the highest level of trim typically with seat heaters and leather seats in the back. My favorite is the Lincoln Continental. For a little bit more experience the finer things in life, arrive in style, and quit stressing.
