We held a luncheon networking meeting here and it was very pleasant. I was surprised at all the types of bagel sandwiches.

This is a poorly run location. Our meal was delayed seven minutes from when the app said it would be ready. Ok, not that big a deal, but we had to wait a long time--about ten minutes --behind others in the drive thru. Why wasnt the person in front asked to pull forward. Also, a sorry for your wait would have been nice. I will still go to Panera, but not this one and I will think twice about any Panera for a late dinner. read more

This is for this Panera - Ridge Road and Kellogg , Wichita , Kansas . Everything was great but please turn the temperature on the air conditioner up because it is FRIGID in there. Save energy and pass the savings onto the customers so this store can have more paying customer after certain hours. Maybe consider closing at 7pm for this location because there are so many bums coming in there to hang out and some are bothering customers. We should not have fear as we're sitting there enjoying our meals. Employees should not have to jeopardize their own safety dealing with the bums either. Upper management - look at your cameras so you can see what's going on. It's such a waste to have it open later because income is not coming in from non-paying customers; therefore, you have to keep raising prices for paying customers. I'm giving 3 stars because of everything I mentioned here. I hope you will take everything here into consideration. read more

Idk if they were mad bc I ordered an hour before they closed but my soup was cold and wtf is this burnt Grilled Cheese & Creamy Tomato Soup. This place is a dump. Waited several minutes for someone to take my order, no one was in line, several employees standing behind the counter socializing. Menu is new and not as many options as they used to have, but wanted to try something new. Macaroni was like warm like it just sits out all day. Salad was fine but fruit wasn't as fresh as it should have been. Price is obscene. Drink area dirty, napkins empty, no one working but everyone socializing. To finish it off a couple employees had to stand by my table with the door wide open while smoking... go anywhere else. read more

Latte didn't come with whipped cream like it's supposed to, still drinkable of course just a little piece missing. We've always had decent experiences with Panera... until recently. My wife ordered an assortment of bagels online for pickup the following day. She picked up the order, drove to work, then discovered that there were 2 bagels missing. She called the store only to be met with bad attitude, indifference, and a bad feeling towards the employee she spoke with. Needless to way, we will never patronize ANY Panera again. If their customers don't mean enough to them to treat them with common courtesy, the so be it. We'll take our money elsewhere. read more

Breakfast at Wichita location Maize Rd and 29th St N was a disappointment this morning. There was no coffee from the time we ordered and when we left. Customers who ordered after us were not told about the coffee situation and continually asked the cashiers or kitchen about the coffee situation. I go to this location all the time as it's close to my house. There have been a half dozen times that they have been out of banana for their strawberry/banana smoothie. Either somebody doesn't know how to order or the company can't keep shipments running as needed. Something needs to change, Panera! read more

It has an elongated oval shape and seems a little bit bigger than the 11-inch pizzas you get from one of those fast-bake pizza places. It was only luke warm by the time I got it in the drive thru. After driving over 700 miles, there is something especially wonderful about ordering through the Panera app to have food ready in 10 minutes. Everything was good and fresh, too. My son had macaroni and cheese and chips, while I had the Green Goddess salad and my husband had Asian Chicken salad. We split a brownie, too, which was great. No pictures of our meal. Service was good but the prices of feeding 3 people, 2 of which were kids was ridiculous!! Went for a light lunch. Ordered two kids meals, half a salad and 3 small drinks. $43.67 and they asked for a tip on top of it. Good food at a surprisingly low price. You can't have breakfast at a fast food place without spending $10 anymore. My wife and I just ate at Penera's for under $10 and the food was great. My hats off to the chef. read more

Okay, clearly I agreed to pay over $6 for a freaking fruit smoothie I could easily make at home for .20 cents but the size of this was shocking. I hate to get on here and leave bad reviews. This was my first time to go to this Panera Bread on the west side. Usually I go to the ones on the East side. I can honestly say I was shocked by how this one was ran. I ordered two bagels, the cinnamon crunch and the cherry vanilla. Both were very good. No complaint there. I asked for the honey walnut cream cheese spread to go with them. When I got my order I noticed one package was slightly opened. I also ordered a large Madagascar Vanilla Cream Cold Brew. It was horrible I couldn't even drink it. It was horribly bitter. If there was any kind of flavoring in it I certainly couldn't taste it. My husband tried to go up to the counter and order me a different one. One of the employees saw him standing there. She was talking to a friend, looked over and saw him, then kept talking to her friend. He eventually came back to the table and gave up. I just told him not to worry about it. One of our friends we were dining with went back up to the counter and managed to get someone's attention to swap out my already opened cream cheese. When we went to leave the coffee they keep in the lobby for people to refill their cups were ALL empty. The employees didn't seem too concerned about refilling them. Very disappointing. I want to like this place, and sometimes every once in a while, I do. Sometimes all the stars line up and I think a small little miracle happens. They haven't run out of anything, nothing has changed, and the person taking my order doesn't have wax build up in their ears and takes down my order as I have said it. And then there are the other times when they run out of bread, or they take my large drink and make it a medium, and I get annoyed. read more

My mom and I went to eat there and food was good but bevs is all wrong I wanted to try the new lemonades they're promoting, yet all 4 i tried were fermented and just looked dirty from inside the container. Looks like there was bacteria growing there was just white stuff on all 4 sides like thing had never been cleaned then my mom got unsweet tea from one of the containers. She said it tasted okay until she was like halfway through her drink she started to feel bad, like I said food was good but I'm quite sure it was that tea that made her feel sick and nauseous. We are now home where she has thrown up twice now and she does feel a bit more relieved but it's something that panera should have considered cause God knows how long those things were there for as they tasted fermented for me. Usually is my favorite Panera location due to the drive through, but lately and most recently this morning at 9 am they were already out of Everything bagels- toasted all the bagels when we didn't ask for them to be toasted. I went through the drive through this morning and was fairly disappointed. They did not give me my oatmeal and I politely went back through and told them. The lady at the window interrupted and rudely informed me that she didn't ring it up and was quick to tell me the price. I'm so dissatisfied with this panera! I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and when I received it luke warm on a dirty plate with some red goo.. I attempted to speak with the person who was directly in front of the plate. He was very rude and told me he's busy right now. After a minute of attitude he told me that the cashiers are the ones who prepare the bagels. I went to the front and spoke with Geoff who is the assistant manager. I said I ordered a toasted bagel and that it wasn't warm/toasted and it came on a dirty plate. He then retoasted the same bagel that came on the DIRTY plate and gave it to me. At that point.. I was done. I got my money back and left. Always a fan of Panera. Consistently decent food and calories posted on the menu board. Way to go! The souffles at breakfast are awesome... I had the spinach artichoke on this visit and it is my fave. This location has a lot of shared booth bench seating, so be prepared for that. I love this location!! All of the staff are so helpful each time I visit (which I go to frequently). Somehow my salad seems better at this location. They ALWAYS get my order right too. My whole family enjoys going and we can each find something we love. My kids love the yummy cookies. Go check out this one! One time I accidentally ordered my food online at a different location and didn't realize it until I got to this location - not a problem! after paying $25 dollars for just two people to have a small lunch, i opened my sandwich and their was large chunks of avocado peel in my as well as my mom's sandwich. this is ridiculous, not only is the price ridiculous for just a small two person lunch but leaving avocado peel in the food is just careless. other than that the food was pretty mediocre, i will not be going back anytime soon read more
