We got ramen and some particularly impressive egg rolls. Even the bathroom was humble, but nice. What would I change? All the tableware was disposable, the operation seems almost entirely geared toward carry out. I mostly get why, but it doesn't seem ideal. We enjoyed our meal and our glimpse into a local favorite. It's clear there's a lot of love that has gone into building this place. Looking forward to stopping through again next time we're in the neighborhood.

For example, they had a vegan beef pho which raised some questions. When we asked about the broth, we were told it was beef-based. There may have been a language barrier there, but it left us unsure about what was actually being served. Adding to that, the space was fairly loud - the buzzing of the fan, coupled with music playing at a level that made it harder to relax or have a conversation.
