The plate of rice with grilled porkchop, steamed egg meatloaf, and fried egg was delicious and tasted similar to what my parents cooked back at home. The menu was on the smaller side compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in the city. However, service felt a little cold and in order to pay after eating inside the restaurant, I had to go up to the register and tell the table number which is odd. On the bright side, I got the food relatively fast after ordering.

There was hair in my food and my cousins . Waitress was a b word , bad service . I told them about the hair and they couldn't even discount me the whole meal and only do half .. not a good experience i have tried WAY better i wouldn't go again. * they also tried to lie and say the hair was from the chili oil flakes

We came here to dine from visiting out of town, and wanted some simple Asian food. The moment we were going to order, the waiter told us right away any type of stir fry food is not available... which is like more than half of the menu so we were limited on options. I got the pork rice plate, and was pretty disappointed as it was not flavorful at all, the pork was so overcooked and dry. Not entirely sure if we would come back.

I came for pho but wanted fish sauce wings as well but the staff said they currently didn't have stir fried food options (the table next to us was eating wings..) So disappointing to hear that. The pho broth was a little sweet for my liking but still good. My friend got the fried porkchops rice plate with a fried egg which was super dry and bland. The steamed egg that came with the rice plate was super mushy and not good. Other friend got duck noodle soup and said it was decent and nothing to rave about. Prices were high for what it is. I paid $18 for my one bowl of pho including tax and 18% tip (tip was included for parties of 6+) Atmosphere was ok. Quiet little place but lots of natural lighting. Overall, I would not come back.

Basil, lime, sprouts, and jalapeños for soup. They really bring you a lot!

Today was my second visit. I really like the pho here, the broth is very fragrant. Everything is obviously fresh and well made. I've ordered the vegetable pho both times and I love the amount of fresh vegetables that arrive in the bowl. I also love that they bring out quite a bit of basil, lime, and other trimmings for the soup. Crab Rangoon was also very good, and obviously fresh. Service is very quick once you order but after you receive your food they don't really check on you much. This isn't a bad thing to me, just know you'll need to get someone's attention if you need something. This is easy to do as the servers seem always nearby. I think they have the same tables and booths as the restaurant before them, which are showing their age, but the floor and other surfaces have been redone and look very clean and refreshed. Definitely recommend visiting. I didn't try it but my friend had the duck soup and raved about it.

Can't go back to Wichita without hitting up a pho restaurant! This is our first time here! Pho was good and service was fast. Did not disappoint! Definitely will go back!

Service was quick and food was good. I had the special pho along with egg rolls and wings as appetizers. The pho was packed with meat! I plan to come back and try more entrees.

Let me start by saying - we were super pleasantly surprised to find a Szechuan place in Kansas. Secondly, the spice wasn't too spicy, so it's more manageable. And lastly, for 10 people, we shared 10 dishes, and it came to only $150.... plus tip, we were still less than $20 a person! That's amazing... that's probably only 5 dishes in NJ/NY, at most. Favs: - Stir fried cabbage, a little spicy but solid. - Veggie lo mein was a hit with the kids, didn't even get to try it. - Egg fried rice was solid, good flavor, enough soy - Hot & spicy fish fillet in chili oil was excellent, not too spicy - Beef in hot sour broth - probably my favorite with the sour pickled veggies - Braised eggplant w/ garlic & chili was solid Just ok: - Braised pork was fatty, and the sauce wasn't as savory as I wanted - Sizzling beef - a little too long on the sizzling plate made it hard by the time I tried it, so probably need to revisit when the dish first comes out and the kids don't delay it - Spicy pig's blood w/ tripe & veggies was ok; I've had better versions but this included a good mix of the offal and veggies. - Potato w/ vinegar flavor - I get the feeling they probably didn't hear that we wanted the one that was spicy; this lacked that peppery ma-la kick. They ran out of the sauteed water spinach, but that's ok... we were full up! Definitely a delicious surprise and good spot to grab food. That being said, service was very slow, so make sure you're aware of that before you go in at a busy time... temper your expectations on speed of service.

The service was a bit slow and looked like they could use more help in the restaurant with host up front and serving. The food was a bit bland.. which isn't a bad thing because if we needed to sauce it up, we could to our own palette with soy sauce. I was expecting the fried rice and chow fun to have two different flavors, but it was very similar flavoring. Felt like I was eating the same thing, just different textures. Fried chicken wings was okay, a bit more batter than what I'm used to. The ambiance on the inside was a nice sit down style.

It's all self serve and they don't even have a dine in option, but they let you dine in if you want to after they package your food to go. It's very weird all around. I just felt like I needed to leave as soon as I arrived. Ambiance: 1/5 The place is cramped. They need at least 1 less table to make it feel less claustrophobic in here. My husband kept getting hit by the front door at our table. The bathroom was sort of clean but also filled with open storage and it looked rickety like it was poised to fall on an unsuspecting patron who was bathrooming. Why not get a shelf that is made for that level of weight? The chairs and tables are cheap and uncomfortable (probably because they don't want you to stay). Overall this is definitely a to-go friendly place over a sit down place. No kid friendly at all and honestly grimy. Feels like a bad dream I had in college after a night of heavy drinking. The food is good though.

I'm a regular at this restaurant because the food is consistently delicious and the service is…read moregreat--but tonight, I left disappointed enough to write this review. We came in as a party of five at 8:30pm, fully aware they close at 9. We ordered quickly and respectfully, excited to enjoy one of my favorite dishes: the chicken katsu. I've raved about it to friends, especially the generous portions--normally two large, pounded-out chicken breasts per order. But tonight was a different story. We ordered a bibimbap, 10 wings, a roll, gyoza, a child's katsu, tempura and two chicken katsu meals (close to $20 each). For our katsus instead of full portions, it was obvious the kitchen split one order between both plates--then handed the scraps to the child's meal, which we were told would be "half" an adult size. It wasn't even close. Not only was the portion insulting, but the food wasn't fresh. The chicken was dry, overcooked, and hard as a rock. I couldn't even bite through one piece--I had to spit it out. When we brought it up, they offered 10% off. Honestly, that felt like a slap in the face. I had just convinced people to come here based on how good this meal used to be, and instead I ended up apologizing to my guests for bringing them here and still paid for meals we weren't fully served. If you were low on chicken, in a rush to close, or just had a lazy cook that night--own it. Don't try to pass off a single meal as two. That's not just disappointing--it's dishonest. This experience was a joke. And if that's how regulars get treated, I will regular no more.

Service was good, and the place is nice, clean, and has a good vibe. The desserts at the entrance…read morelook so good--you want to try everything. The only downside for me was the coffee; it tasted kind of watery. That's why I'm giving it three stars. The food overall has good flavor though.
